Leicester is an increasingly popular option for property hunters seeking homes in the Midlands. House prices were enjoying a boom prior to the uncertainties of 2020 and are expected to bounce back thanks to the city’s strong economy. Historically connected to the textiles industry, retailers like Next, Asos and New Look have major sites in the city. Firms like KPMG, HSBC and British Gas also have offices there. Walker’s Crisps is also based in Leicester, operating the world’s largest crisp factory!

Really close to the city centre and all of the shops but just far enough away that it is a little quieter. Saturday nights can get a little noisy but the windows are generally good at keeping out the sound. Close to both the bus and train station. The building is also close to some great bars and the theatre.

Building management is always helpful and very friendly! The building has a good small gym and the pool is small but nice to swim a couple of laps in. Maintenance issues are always handled quickly and are well resolved. the building is always kept clean and it is a nice environment to be in.

The kitchen smoke detectors are quite sensitive so it would be a good idea to cook with the fan on if you are frying anything.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management is very helpful and quickly responds to any maintenance issues. all of our issues that we have brought up have always been resolved as quick as possible, even when additional parts needed to be ordered.
