This apartment building is close to highcross mall and the city centre. There is a nearby Sainsbury local for quick access to shopping.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I had a fast response to any maintenance issues, and these havent been many.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I dnt have ang specific good or bad insights, what I saw at viewing was what I got.

I viewed 3 or 4 other properties before the arches. In my opinion it offers the best value for money as the quality is just has high as some of the really expensive apartments nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Promptly. As mentioned previously I had a faulty washer and they changed it free of charge.

The parking can be a challenge. Thankfully they gave me a discount code to park at a local ncp.

The location is perfect and makes travelling easy. However, the lack of parking is very inconvenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Easy way to report issues and good communication and response time.

The tax I would be paying, the estimated amount I was told was much lower.

Great location right by the city centre, with shops nearby and easy road access in and out of the city. Parking locally can be tricky, but otherwise a very convenient place to stay.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The app makes reporting any issues really easy, and they’re always quick to get things resolved. The team are incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive, making the whole process simple and hassle-free.

I wish I’d known more about the parking situation before moving in, and I’d also recommend exploring the local area beforehand to get a better idea of what’s nearby.

Great being within 5 min walk of city center, everything need within walking distance, local shops near by
