A really clean, spacious and well-maintained development with excellent facilities. The gym is a particular highlight and has everything you need. The team are also super friendly, approachable and always happy to help, making it a really welcoming and enjoyable place to live.

Building kept well, good design, apartments quiet to live in never hear anything from neighbours, good amenities and great management staff always happy to help with any issues and keep updated with future issues that may impact or require checking ie boilers

I have genuinely enjoyed living here and would happily recommend this development to others. The building is modern, well maintained, clean and professionally managed. Whenever any maintenance issues arose, they were dealt with promptly and efficiently. A special mention has to go to the team, who really made the experience so positive. Abbey was incredibly supportive from the very beginning. She was accommodating with our move-in, made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and throughout our stay was always approachable, friendly and available whenever we needed assistance. Mia has also been absolutely fantastic. She is genuinely friendly, professional and incredibly accommodating. During the final days before our move-out, she went above and beyond to help us complete everything that needed to be done. As it was our last day at the property, she handled requests very quickly and provided outstanding support, which made what could have been a stressful day much easier. Craig also deserves recognition for the excellent work he does. Whenever we experienced any issues in the apartment, he was always there to help, responding quickly and resolving problems efficiently. It was reassuring knowing there was someone so reliable available whenever needed. Overall, the staff are what really make this development stand out. Their professionalism, friendliness and willingness to help made our stay a genuinely positive experience.

The building is quite lovely itself. They have a wide range of different apartment layouts and styles and they have furniture available, which was quite handy for me being that I am moving in from abroad. Applying for accommodation was super simple , I was able to book a viewing a month or two in advance and secured the apartment on the day of the viewing. Abbie the residence coordinator was super helpful in answering my questions on the day and through email after. The apartment itself has a lovely neutral interior with integrated appliances that give it a nice and luxury feel (depending on how you style it). The washing machine is placed inside the storage room so makes little to no noise while using it. The fridge is nice and spacious and there is ample storage space in the kitchen for someone like me. The bathroom is my favourite part as it is something I’m quite particular with. Lovely neutral colours with a large mirror cabinet that can fit a lot of your bathroom items, although the shelves aren’t that tall so you can’t fit taller items in it. There is a nice tub with a shower that has a good amount of pressure so it’s perfect for a good scrub or a relaxing bath. One downside is that sometimes the water goes cold or starts cold i.e. the heating is a bit unregulated. But I found that restarting the boiler or switching the shower off and on does the trick. The building has a good amount of amenities for example a nice air conditioned gym which is perfect for cooling down when working out. It has a residents lounge, lovely communal kitchen, many meeting rooms and working from home areas and a gorg media room which is perfect for movie nights or even just watching a few episodes of your favourite show. There is also a business lounge on the other side of the building but I haven’t found much use for it. Lastly they have a reception/concierge which will help with packages when delivered and letters come straight to your door. Finally, there is a nice terrace that is good for lounging when the sun is out or getting a bit of fresh air. Unfortunately, it’s not regularly kept so there is a bit of growth between bricks and random weeds growing amongst the plants. The chairs are a bit scattered around too but other than that it’s a nice enough area. Also in term of repairs, I have only had one situation so far which was minor but was attended to quite quickly by the lovely maintenance man Craig. He is very friendly and came as soon as possible. The management that I have met are very nice and friendly and elevate the experience of the building. Bonus: They have a number of events on a regular basis which makes it easy to meet and interact with new people which is amazing for an introvert like myself. I always look forward to going to them.

The design is beautiful, I’m in a studio so the walk through wardrobe to the bathroom is an incredible feature. The lighting system is great too where you can turn on isolated rooms so easily. There are so many sockets aswell; all placed into smart places. Every question I have had (and there have been many) has been answered quickly with no fuss too
