I had an amazing stay at Arches Apartment in the heart of Leicester. The location couldn't be any better

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They helped me when i needed help. It was nice of them

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That it is going to be cold, but I loved it anyway.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is very well situated, near a variety of shops, restaurants and green spaces, all within walking distance. As well as close to major bus and train transport links. The negative side of the location is being near student accommodation which can be noisy and the lack of parking facilities nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Fortunately, I've not had any issues in the property, any smaller admin issues have been resolved quickly and effectively.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known about how much of an issue the parking would have been. Also know more about the array of events put on by the team, as there is such a fun variety!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good things are buildings and location but the bad aspects is the Community Utilities they are basically a scam and why tenants are tied to them it doesn't make sense and I wasn't told about them in my contract

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quite good but i feel like there should be more staff especially on reception which is always empty

Water and electric company which feels like a scam, wish i knew about them

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The residence location is ideal, really close to the city centre with convenience stores nearby. The neighbourhood is quiet and rarely crowded.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I hope I knew the utility provider of the building before moving in.

Everything is available from parking, bin collections, security, gym, media room etc all facilities are here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, but they took some time to resolve the issue.

Everything are good here, bad is only the higher rent.
