The apartment itself is really neat however it would been better if there were some more spaces for luggage.

Living in this area has been a really positive experience overall. There’s a great variety of local shops, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance, offering both convenience and quality.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has always responded promptly and professionally, addressing any issues quickly and keeping residents informed throughout the process.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how busy the nearby roads can get during rush hour

Its close to city centre, very beautilful building with aesthetic river views. Lot of place to walk and play with kids

They are quick to respond and helpful in fixing all the issues reported so far

I would say nothing in that sort so far. I hope there wont be any issues when i end the contract. so far no shock

It’s is a great area. Lots of things to do and great environment. Parking is available and no much traffic noise

They are dealt with very quickly. Always kept updated with developments.

Living on this street is very pleasant, with good parking availability, regular bin collections, and minimal traffic noise. The neighborhood is safe, with a friendly community and no issues with anti-social behavior.

The building management has been excellent, responding quickly and efficiently to any issues raised. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and communication is clear and professional. They ensure the property remains well-maintained, clean, and secure at all times.

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how well-managed and friendly the community is—it’s a great place to live! Also, the local transport links are incredibly convenient, making commuting easy. A helpful tip for new neighbors: parking spaces can fill up quickly in the evenings, so securing a spot earlier is a good idea. Overall, the area has exceeded expectations in terms of comfort, safety, and amenities.
