Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The good: The area and views from some flats are extraordinary. Very good location: in the city centre, but far from traffic. Very handy reception that handles your packets. Night concierge. Timely repairs. Downsides: Certain rooms can get very hot during summer. Heating can be very pricey specially for two-bedrooms. Some car alarms go off during the night and that can be a nuisance. Flat design could be upgraded. Not many common areas. Not the best insulation for sound and change in temperatures. If you live near a lift, you will hear it. For some this may be white noise, for others, it may get annoying. If you get noisy neighbours, you will hear them.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management were great, always kind and ready to help.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
In some buildings you only have one lift. If the lift breaks, you can use the lifts of other buildings up to 8 floor and then walk the rest of the stairs in your building. The building uses falconry for pest control and has it own beehive and honey.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The student blocks can be noisy at times especially in the middle of the night. We have contacted police but not much can be done. Blocks facing the canal will be much quieter.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Noise, lift, water supply ... I can't remember now.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew about the noise from the student blocks.

The apartment itself is really neat however it would been better if there were some more spaces for luggage.

The building management has always responded promptly and professionally, addressing any issues quickly and keeping residents informed throughout the process.

Its close to city centre, very beautilful building with aesthetic river views. Lot of place to walk and play with kids

They are quick to respond and helpful in fixing all the issues reported so far

I would say nothing in that sort so far. I hope there wont be any issues when i end the contract. so far no shock
