One of the few buildings that have a swimming pool, sauna and gym

They are one of the few buildings that have a swimming pool, sauna and gym. They’re all well maintained and always clean. Management is perfect, they repsond to my repairs request or questions on the same day and resolve any issues asap. There is a concierge service as well which saves me a lot of headache

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s very close to the train station. It can be a bit noisy due to nearby bars, the Curve theatre and Athena

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They responded very fast and resolved the issue as soon as they could

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Lots of good neighbours, parties managed by the office

A Great place to have a Leicester life.

Siddharth (Tenant)

Great Team, always ready to help. The development is clean and the lounge area is the best aspect of the building. The building is well planned and is an amazing place to live in. The Gym is small but gets the job done in regards to keeping fit. The pool and sauna is kept clean on regular basis.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good Aspects: Good Neighbourhood, close to Railway Station, close to city centre. Near cultural quarters so a lot of bars, art exhibition and theatre shows are a stone throw away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are very quick to respond to any questions for concerns we have. They solve any issue we have in our house within 1 or 2 days max.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew how good the lounge area was before moving in otherwise I would have moved in sooner.

Highly recommended

I have lived here for three years and absolutely love it. The staff, from Shaaban to Keshvi and Isabela, are phenomenal. The location is perfect—I can walk everywhere due to its central location. The common area is great for hosting dinners, and the facilities provided are very convenient. One of my favorite aspects of the building is the view towards the cathedral. Additionally, they organize fun parties and events with free food and drinks, which are always a hit.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Parking is available with a fee and despite being in such a central location, you are still far away from late night noises and traffic making it perfect for people with families or people who work shifts ( as well as everyone else really) The only drawback would be if you lived on the third floor in building 21 as it does not have a lift

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They immediately look into it and provide a solution. They are truly brilliant

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Some flats require more heating due to poor insulation or high ceilings but I personally only found it inconvenient in one winter out of the three

Hi Areege, Thank you so much for this excellent review. I'm so pleased to hear that you've loved living here so far, and I hope this continues! While it looks like you have been thoroughly satisfied so far, if there is anything we can do to turn this 4 star review into a 5 star then I would be really pleased to hear it. Thanks again,

Onsite management is really good and responds efficiently

The main attraction for me after the location has to be the onsite facilities, every so often like to do a workout so having a studio within the building i live in is really convenient. The residents kitchen is also really amazing to have as it gives you an opportunity to host family and friends. Onsite management is really good and responds efficiently. My apartment is nice and a very good size, perfect for me as i am living alone. The only criticism i have is that the bathroom doesn't have a window so its difficult to keep ventilated but that's not a issue for me. The building is nice and quiet usually and i have not experienced any issues and it's a pleasure to call this building my home.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location is perfect for someone like me who needs to commute for work daily as the train station is a couple minutes walking distance, there are some really nice bars within the cultural quarter which means you don't have to go far for a nice relaxed drink.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues have been dealt with in a timely manner and the turnaround time for maintenance requests is very good.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wasn't aware the management hold regular events for tenants to meet each other and was very impressed by this.

Nice place to live!

The management team is lovely! Always here to help for the residents. Building 21 needs some upgrade, however management team has arranged some works to improve corridor areas already. The communal area is one from the biggest advantage. The pool, gym or the residents lounge are always kept clean and tidy by lovely cleaner Karen.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location, near to the train and bus station which helps with travelling to work. I am happy with fact that building offers car parking spaces as when I am having visitors, I don't need to worry about looking for the car parking options nearby. There is so many different restaurants and pubs in this area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always responds are quick and staff is very helpful!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I believe all have been clearly explained and shown either on the viewing or move in day.
