The apartments have access to its own gym, swimming pool and a beautiful communal space. I live in a one-bedroom apartment which is spacious and has big windows with a nice view and loads of natural light coming in during the day. Design of the apartments is modern and perfect for my needs.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I can confidently say that living here has been an absolute pleasure, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a top-notch accommodation in the city. The location is superb with supermarkets, cinema, theatre, and cafes and bars at its doorstep. The combination of attentive staff, perfect location, and fantastic amenities makes it a truly remarkable place to call home.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The staff here have consistently gone above and beyond to make sure residents like myself feel welcomed and valued. Their professionalism and efficiency in handling any queries or issues have been truly impressive.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I was aware of everything what I needed to know and the staff ensured this.

A lovely starter apartment

The apartment was a bit small for its price. However that was made up for in droves by both the facilities and the staff. With a gym, studio, sauna, 10m long pool, and even with working and communal spaces you can use. It definitely makes up for the aforementioned price. The weekday staff are lovely. Keshvi and Izabela are wonderful and accommodating and really go that extra mile to help. The weekend staff does leave a bit to be desired as they usually try to hide and pretend they are not in. Maintenance is generally good and fast acting.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The apartment is very close to the centre of town with everything you’d ever need within a 10 minute walk. The only issue is that on Fridays and Saturday nights there is a lot of noise from the Athena and the brick and beam. However this is usually gone by midnight as they close at 11

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The office and maintenance staff generally respond well and promptly to any complaints or maintenance issues. I had a broken heater and cooker and within a week brand new ones were installed

Occasionally, the staff host gatherings which is a great chance to meet your neighbors

Recently, our old mattress became unusable, making it extremely difficult for us to get a good night's sleep, especially with a newborn in the house. Keshvi was incredibly kind and attentive, listening to our concerns and promptly arranging for a brand new mattress to be delivered. This was particularly thoughtful given that our home is scheduled for refurbishment in a few months, at which point we would have received a new mattress anyway. Nonetheless, she prioritized our immediate comfort, ensuring my family could sleep peacefully. Keshvi and team consistently goes above and beyond in her efforts to resolve any issues that arise. Her dedication and extra efforts are greatly appreciated. Kudos to her for always putting in the extra mile.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area boasts a diverse range of shops, restaurants, bars, and open spaces, offering both variety and quality. There are numerous dining options from casual cafes to fine dining, ensuring something for every taste. The bars are vibrant, catering to different nightlife preferences, and the parks are well-maintained, providing excellent spaces for relaxation and recreation. Transport links are highly convenient, with frequent buses and a nearby train station making commuting straightforward. However, occasional delays and overcrowding during peak hours can be a challenge. Living on our street is generally pleasant, with ample parking and regular bin collections. Traffic noise is minimal, and there is a strong sense of community with low levels of anti-social behavior.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management (Keshvi, Izabela and Shaban) has been responsive and prompt in addressing any issues or concerns I've raised.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew about the floor creaking throughout the house.

Keshvi and Isabella are so professional and helps in every possible way when you have a query. Both have looked after us the past couple of years and honestly could not ask for someone better! If they cannot help they will point in the right direction. Always they handle any problems with the highest professionalism.

I appreciate the amenities, including the gym, pool and the outdoor courtyard. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and shops.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Maintenance man -Sheban is fantastic and always willing to help in any way possible, even going beyond his job description to provide the ultimate customer care!

It would be nice to have some outdoor space where you can meet other tenants, your neighbours.

Has for the management team at Queen Street Quarter, a vast improvement and changes can be seen. well done to the team. On a serious note the changes that i have seen and what residents have said, is that in a short space of time changes are noticeable.

The area is full of local amenities, and is central to all. with a wide range of amenities for all ages.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I've had very few issues in my apartment. The bin areas had been a problem with rubbish on the floor, but this has dramatically improved recently.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The road at the front gets noisy, but that happens everywhere in the city centre.
