The amenities are really good, i have lived in the apartment for almost 2+years moving out as i am leaving the country. Staff is helpful and responsive. Njoyed my stay here

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I dont have anything specific to say. Everything was pretty clear from day 1

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Landrow is central to Birmingham city centre and in close proximity to shops, stores and restaurants. It is also not too close to the main roads, hence traffic noise is very minimal. Being in the city centre, uber time is not long and buses are available.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Reporting on the app brings about swift response and action.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Common areas, lifts and hallways are always clean and quiet.

Save your money, protect your peace of mind, and rent somewhere with a more ethical management and a building that actually functions.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
As a former tenant and after chatting to other former tenants and neighbors it seems there is a pattern with attempting to siphon your entire deposit when you leave regardless of what state you leave the place in... using extortionate and incorrect charges upon moving out, including double-charging for "damage" and "redecoration" and they will try to charge you for pre-existing wear and tear. Save your money, protect your peace of mind, and rent somewhere with a more ethical management and a building that actually functions.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Never providing a solution for the actual problem but instead deflecting the blame.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Lots of options for pubs, restaurants around, shops and the Bullring are walking distance. You are 10-15 min walk from Snow Hill and New Street stations. The street is quite busy though, it will be hard to find parking. There is a lot of rubbish on the streets and this was what mostly put me off living there. Obviously not the management fault, but an unfortunate issue of busy areas in Birmingham.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Super efficient and friendly. Specially Khalil has always been outstanding.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The walls are thin and if you are unlucky like me to have a noisy neighbor upstairs, it will be annoying.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Really central and ideal to get to both central town and the JQ. On street parking can be a nightmare at times.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Quickly and always offered support and help when needed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
My only thing would be how cold my flat would be - it’s pretty dark with it being in the corner so doesn’t have loads of natural sunlight, but generally freezing and takes ages to heat/doesn’t contain heat, but that’s because it’s above the garage. Bills were also extremely expensive for the first 18 months - can’t be helped when it’s through a third party, but made it really difficult to afford on my own.
