Clarendon quarter is close to the local Morrisons for a quick food shop. The building is peaceful and quiet especially in the evening, residents are respectful of the living space.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very quick response and very helpful with maintenance requests

There is plenty of good transport networks. Walking distance to the university, city centre and the hospital is close. Multiple takeaways, a retail park and a gym is nearby.

Close to the city centre, good takeaway shops nearby and safe. Parking is expensive but with council permit okay

The location of residence is conveniently located. Parks are in walking distance, a morrisons store is just a minute walk away. Also, it is just a few minutes walk off the main street allowing ease of access to city center while shielding from the noise and bustle of the city.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management is prompt in resolving any issues that are raised by tenants.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew how or what energy providers were other tenants using, to save myself some cost.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It's a quiet area, close to the University of Leeds, with a few shops and restaurants nearby, but not many. The bad aspect is that there is no bus stop near, you have to walk a while, which is not a big deal for me, but not the best thing either.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I didn't have any issues yet, so I really cannot answer that.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The only thing I wish I knew before I moved in is that the location doesn't have many bus stops nearby, but to be honest, I would still live there if I knew before.
