Excellent place to live in Leicester

I have lived at Wullcomb for more than a year and I could have not chosen any better place to live in Leicester. It is a very friendly environment, I really felt like home here. The staff are extremely helpful, everything is maintained at high standards, always clean and spotless. The highlight is the communal area at the 5th floor of the building, it has an amazing view, social events organised are organised here, you can also book the area for your private events. Overall excellent place to live in!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great communal area, coffee shop, city centre location. Parking space as well. It might take a while until you get the space, I was lucky to get one when I bought the car. No bad aspects.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Bath tube issue answered and fixed immediately in just one day or two.

The design of the building is modern yet simple. The building management is top class any issues were dealt with quickly and made life for me very easy as it was my first time living alone. Karl & his team were always very friendly and happy to have a chat whenever time allowed and I appreciate them all

The building is in a prime location in Leicester city centre. There is an abundance of shops restaurants, pubs & gyms in the local area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They responded quickly & efficiently. Any issues I raised over the years were fixed to the highest quality possible.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only issue I would say is that my flat in particular was dark on most days as its location wasn’t the best.

The time spent at The Wullcomb has been absolutely excellent. Everything was smooth and organised from the process of viewing and renting until the last day of leaving the apartment. We deeply appreciate the management team who looked after us throughout. They have been thoughtful and gracious towards us, and they are the best, undoubtedly.

Handy city centre location, close to the bus station, restaurants, bars and local tourist attractions.

They were efficient and warmhearted towards any and every issue that had been reported, and we are grateful for their efforts and considerations.

Great place to call home

I rented a 1-bedroom apartment here for just shy of 2 years. During this time I lived *very* well; I was in the middle of the city, I had on-site parking, and my own (quiet, clean, & comfortable) private space. The neighbours were always pleasant, management were super responsive, and the concierge team were an absolute pleasure. I would 100% recommend!

Ideally located; the Wullcomb is in the centre of town (literally across the road from Leicester's Highcross shopping centre) yet easily accessible by car and other transport links.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. The management team were always very responsive and eager to help.

There's a shared space on the 5th floor that's definitely worth checking out.
