Really good location in highcross access to food, gym and transport, private parking however is sometimes noisy from outside

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very well my flatmate had reported some issues that get resolved quickly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That rent would increase after 1 year. That the gates would be faulty often

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Everything you need is walking distance. However if car parking is limited. Being so central you can hear outside traffic with the windows shut.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had issues with the window and they sorted someone to come out that week to have a look.

They host many monthly events which is great for meeting friends.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The good aspects are that we are located right in the city centre so shops and events are easy to get to, public transport is also close by so travelling and shopping is easy and convenient. I wouldn’t say there are many bad aspects, just maybe that living in the city comes with a lot of noise but we get used to that after a short while anyways.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I’ve not really had any issues to raise, but I trust that if I did, Charlotte would handle them quickly and efficiently, she was so organised and friendly during the moving in process I have no doubt she’d help with anything I had to raise.

To be honest, everything was pretty much covered before we moved in, i felt very informed and comfortable that i was making the right choice by moving in here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Apartment in new condition, in good design and spacey enough allow to utilise the areas indoor, management team are absolutely good & show care to both the development and the people. Best thing is getting transportation links easily.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes , they have reposted very well & quick. Staff is so kind.

Best place to leave for family, totally safe. Very good experience so far.

The Saxons is an exceptional place to live. The location is truly unbeatable, perfectly situated with easy access to shops, transport links, and local amenities, making day-to-day living incredibly convenient. The facilities are just as impressive. The building is modern, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, offering everything you need for comfortable, enjoyable living. From the clean communal areas to the reliable security and convenient on-site features, every detail has been considered. Overall, The Saxons delivers an outstanding living experience, you cant complain about anything, highly recommended!

Ive had one issue when i moved in and it got fixed the same day with timely manner.

Everybody is super friendly and willing to help if needed its kind of like a mini family inside.
