The location of The Saxons is just perfect. It is close to Highcross shopping centre and the city mall. There is easy access to the bus route. No issue with noise from the surrounding environs
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have responded quickly and helped in whichever way they can

Great location because it’s close to the city center and Highcross shopping mall

Right opposite High Cross Mall, with grocery shops nearby. Transport very near by. Parking available on site at a fee. Traffic noise drowned out by good windows.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Management team is always swift to respond to any concerns raised.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known there are no superstores nearby.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It is a great location, it is walking distance to most of the shops, restaurants and bars. There are lots of a lovely restaurants and bars to choose from in the centre. Transport links are also really good. The only negative is that the flats have limited parking so there is a long waiting list and there isn’t any free parking near us just to being in the city centre.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any issues we have raised have been dealt with quickly and resolved.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
To research nearby car parks on NCP website and yourparkingspace.com if you have a car and don’t get one of the flat spaces.

The Saxons, in the city center, offers easy transport links and a quiet environment. While parking is limited everything is more or less walking distance.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, they responded quickly and effectively. And fixed the issue within the week.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Maybe the council tax aside from that everything is great

Good: convenient location, amenities good and frequently cleaned Bad: finishing on apartment is sloppy and there are already cracks in ceiling and walls, some radiators were really poorly attached to walls
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, however some issues take longer to resolve, ie lifts
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Good: super convenient location and high ceilings in flat Bad: very limited storage furniture even though it is a furnished flat
