The Saxons delivers far more than just a modern apartment it offers a community. It strikes an excellent balance between privacy and connection. You get the perks of central city living. We have Highcross mall 1 minute away , transport to all over and entertainment without feeling exposed or overwhelmed all within the area. The staff (special shout out to Charlotte) and the community genuinely contribute to a warm, helpful atmosphere. If you want a place that feels like home, where people care The Saxons hits that mark quite well.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always helpful when ever we needed something. Awesome attitude.

Wish l had heard about it sooner .l would have moved here sooner

Awesome area. Close to everything you need. Plenty of parking areas, timely services and loads of friendly and helpful people all around .

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been very attentive and helpful. Honestly we haven’t had any real issues since we moved in.

The rent you pay at the Saxons is worth every penny.

Everything is great. Right across the street are loads of restaurants. There’s a bus stop right outside the building. The building has multiple exits making it easy to get around. The staff and tenants are extremely nice.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have so no complaints to report. I’m confident they will handled in the future too.

Good location to access shops and not too far to drive to green spaces. Parking is safe and secure as well as good bin collection.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not raised any issues as of yet so cannot say conclusively.

The layout of the flat as we were shown around by a third party at another flat and told the layout would be the same but it’s not. Turned out fine but not fully transparent.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great proximity to local shops, cinema, and St Margaret’s bus station. No anti social behaviour and minimal noise despite being a central area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded promptly to any complaints and issues.

Limited space for parking. Everything else was well explained prior to moving in.
