Property Management To day I had a tough day with hyperoptic our building provider , inspite of several chasers in the last 35days they could not solve my upgrade for Internet. Charlotte came to my rescue exactly at the right time 0400am to 0900am for one of my toughest 4 hour online certification exam. Her alternative support to execute my task was wonderful. I can never forget this day . I successfully cleared the most difficult and very expensive full of effort in the last 3 months study. Key point. Understand the tenants urgent need and find an alternative to help him over come his issue. Well done Charlotte 👏

New building good location used to be a very old hospital.

Nice locations and management team! A bit easy to lost as it is too big. 404 I would hundred percent recommend my friends to rent here if they need it.

Book a parking space in advance maybe as I think the car park is a bit full

The Saxons is in a great location—safe, central, and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Transport links are reliable and convenient, and it’s easy to get around. Parking can be tight at times, but the area is generally quiet and well-kept with good bin collection.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management responds quickly to issues and resolves them efficiently. They’re approachable and seem to genuinely care about the residents’ experience.

Access for pedestrians is quite limited — there’s only one entrance available for those walking in. It’s secure, but it can be inconvenient at times, especially when carrying things or meeting guests. Having an additional pedestrian access point would make a big difference.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good thing is it is very close to city centre. And around many nice restaurants. It is very close to the main bus station too. Bad thing I guess is the is the building opposite to ours is quite noisy especially during weekends.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes the reception team is very helpful. They are always responsive and very friendly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I have known about the boiler. It is very energy consuming and it costs us a lot to electricity bill

This area is very convenient, located near a large shopping centre with a wide range of shops and restaurants, as well as easy access to public transportation.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The team is very supportive and helpful. Whenever I needed support Charlotte and Leslena were quick to help.

I wish I knew the car park policies and the pets that were allowed.
