Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Canning Town is a very convenient place to live, especially for transport. The Jubilee line and DLR make it easy to get around London, and there are plenty of local shops and supermarkets nearby. The area has also developed a lot since I moved here, with more places opening nearby. Overall, I've found it a convenient and well connected area to live in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Whenever I've raised an issue, the building management team have responded quickly and the problem has usually been resolved as soon as possible. I've always felt that issues are taken seriously and dealt with efficiently.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I'd known how much of a community feel the building has. The regular events and gatherings make it easier to meet other residents, which isn't something I necessarily expected when I first moved in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location as its near station, with good tube and bus network. Can be noisy due to level of street busyness and traffic but with windows closed it's fine. Bin collections are good.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

As commented above building management are excellent. They are always there to support and friendly and have been accommodating to my requests.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I think the standing rate charge for the utilities are expensive, and there doesn't seem to be any flexibility in supplier. I would have thought a building like this a more favourable rate would be negotiated.
