The local area is quiet and pleasant, with good transport links and several nice shops and cafes nearby. It feels safe and friendly, and everything I need is within walking distance.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I would like to leave a very positive review for Paul, who has helped us several times with maintenance issues in our flat When we had a problem — whether it was with the light switches, the washing machine, or other small repairs — Paul always came very quickly, usually first thing in the morning. He is always cheerful, friendly, and professional. Paul clearly knows his work very well. He fixes everything quickly, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. It’s always a pleasure to see him — he brings such positive energy and really cares about doing a great job. I believe the company should truly appreciate and value such dedicated employees. Paul is an excellent specialist and a great example of how customer service should be done. Thank you, Paul, for your hard work and great attitude!

I'd like to know more information about the rules of living in a building. In general everything is fine.

I have moved to London 3 years back and this has been my only residence since day 1. It has all the convenience a person would look for. Everything like transport to restaurants are at a walk of 1min. I would recommend this property to everyone.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Aa mentioned above Paul - the maintenance guy always resolves all the issues as soon as possible. Cheers to him.

The property only has around 5min walking distance from Canning town station and has sainsbury local next to it, so it is very convenient.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I was wondering where I can view my checkin report

I wish I knew that a referral can earn £250, because it is actually one friend living in Fizzy introduced me.

There's wide range of stores and shops around to choose from. It's also only 5 minute walk to the station.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Since we're all new to London, they tried their best to help with whatever enquiries we have. Really appreciated that

You will have to take the trash all the way down to the ground floor, through many doors, to the back of the building. I'm fine with it but it could get a bit inconvenient from time to time

Yes, and that’s down to both Mariya and Paul, everything raised has been resolved in minutes from reporting, brilliant and very efficient

Able to access the rear of the building for deliveries made things even easier than expected
