We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

Brilliant facilities including lounges, gym, roof terrace and organised events. Unfortunately the washing machines and dryers are located separately and at a considerable cost per wash. TVs in communal areas are often not smart and unable to use with sharing screens.

Modern living space and building interior with stunning architecture in the main hall. The entire building is tidy and kept clean, with lots of communal areas that are often free to get some work done outside of your room. There's a gym which is convenient and relatively well stocked though not great for heavy weights. The games room is a good edition but at the moment only the pool table is working. Packages are collected by the management team and easily collected from them. Corridors can smell a bit weird sometimes. The gardens out the back are a nice touch to get some fresh air.

The designs are fine and are quite neutral which is nice. Facilities could be better there is a games room but only a pool table in there. The gym facility is great and easily accessible as is the laundry room. Only problem is the lift has been broken for a few weeks now and nobody seems to be in a rush to fix it! Otherwise great.

Design of building is lovely with great facilities & gym is very useful. Many different rooms with tvs, enabling parties & social events. Downside is definitely the circuit laundry with only 6 washing machines shared between over 400 people, generally some broken so can be difficult

I don’t have anything to fault on the design of the building. It has everything you could ask for such as a gym and multiple social and study areas. The only downside is for so many people the building could have a few more washing and drying machines as sometimes they are all occupied or left full. However that is a very minor issue. Property management is fantastic and the delivery system is great.
