Great range of local shops and a really short walk to the city centre! bus stops right outside the building and it is easy to rent a car or uber from here. Rarely any noise outside, bins are collected on time and antisocial behaviour is non existent here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Maintenance is always super helpful and quick! they always can answer any questions or help out with any decor in the flat too!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I felt like I was really well informed before I moved in on how everything works and where everything is.

Wonderful restaurants very close by and easily accessible transport links. On Whitehall place there is so much choice from coffee shops to restaurants.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any maintenance issues are small and very quickly rectified.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How lovely it is to be a part of the community and with all the excellent events its so easy to make new friends.

I am really delighted with my new apartment. The facilities are great and the staff are really welcoming.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven't had any issues at all so far but the arrivals information has been very helpful.

Perfectly located 15 mins walk from the city center, a nice balance as not in the hustle and bustle but easy access.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I havent had any so this one isnt really relevant but i've no doubt that it would be easy to resolve any issues if raised

How great it is really - I wasnt sure at first but we are so glad we decided to move here!

The Junction is a beautiful development in the city centre, near shops, restaurants and the station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Good responsiveness to any issues. Although in 2 years of living there I haven’t really had many problems as the build quality is high.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Some noise from trains and the flats can get warm.
