We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

This development came up several times during the conversations about a move to Leeds. We did a lot of research and viewed the area many times before finally booking a viewing and securing our new apartment. We've lived in many rented apartments in Leeds and London and this is by far the best, it's worth paying the extra to live in a clean, quiet, well-maintained, safe, secure and friendly environment. The community hosts (Matthew, Polly, Justine to name a few) and the maintenance team have been fantastic in supporting us with any issues and answering about a million questions. Top tip - Make use of the trolleys in the parcel room on move-in day and with heavy parcels.

Overall, while I found the staff to be generally friendly and polite, my experience living at The Junction fell short of expectations. Despite paying the full tenancy amount prior to my move-in date, I encountered an unexpected delay due to technical issues, resulting in a stressful situation where I was asked to stay in a hotel for 2-3 days before being able to move in. Additionally, the water supply experienced intermittent disruptions at night without prior notice, which was particularly frustrating considering the property was advertised as a state-of-the-art apartment complex. Furthermore, communication regarding the tenancy extension process was lacking consistency. While I received an email a month before the end of my tenancy inviting me to extend, I was assured by Customer Service that ignoring it was an option. However, when I inquired about the move-out procedure a week before leaving, I was unexpectedly confronted by a member of senior management who questioned me impolitely about my decision not to extend the tenancy, which left me taken aback by their approach. Lastly, it's worth mentioning that there were instances where the staff displayed delays in responding to emails. This lack of prompt communication added an additional layer of frustration to the overall experience at The Junction.

My one bed apartment feels very spacious with lots of storage. It's thoughtfully designed and has been furnished beautifully. In terms of communal areas, there are two comfortable co-working spaces with free coffee and bookable meeting rooms. The outdoor spaces include a gym area, dog park and green space with tables. The staff - especially Matthew, Polly and Abby - are so kind and welcoming, along with the manager Lisa. The maintenance team are also very helpful.

Facilities are good. Would be helpful if the security doors were locked at night instead of being left open. Anyone could just climb over if they really wanted to. This seems to have not been acknowledged. The events are not very well advertised!!
Manager response
Dear resident, Thank you for taking the time to complete a review; I truly appreciate your feedback. I would love the opportunity to meet and delve deeper into your comments to better understand how we can improve. Your insights are invaluable in helping us enhance our services. As you may have noticed from our recent communications, we have an exciting mini-market coming up in the next few weeks. Stay tuned for updates! Hopefully, this addition will make your trips to the local Sainsbury’s in Wellington Place less frequent. Our meeting rooms are fully bookable via the residents’ app or by contacting our front desk directly. Feel free to book in advance to secure your spot. I’m disappointed to hear that we may have fallen short of your expectations. Please reach out to me directly or via reception so we can arrange a meeting to discuss your concerns in detail. Looking forward to connecting with you soon! Warm regards

Everything is good so far. I love the ideas of the designs and is actually quite special one in Leeds. Would say if is possible make the the F1 more secure especially the ones near the fans. And maybe a little bit more tress and flowers would be nicer
