I like how it is very calm here in the junction the neighbors are very good the bad thing is that it is a big far from other establishments

They were quick and very good and very nice with us

i wish I would’ve known the resudance before october

The living environment of the apartment is very good, and the staff are polite and professional. However, there are some areas that could be improved. The hot water supply in the apartment often stops, which is somewhat inconvenient. The garbage room was closed for about a week once without any notice explaining the situation. It's not clear when the garbage room will be open again.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It would be best to reply by email and be as detailed as possible.

What is the approximate range of monthly electricity, water and hot water charges? How can the usage of water and electricity be controlled?

Amazing location and lots of stuff always happening. Train station in short walking distance as well as restaurants and bars etc. parking is limited.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, helped with installing things within the apartment.

I wish I had known about the gym opening being delayed.

I love pet- friendly apartments and various activities , free coffee and good reception. But no gym still makes me disappointed.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management usually responds quickly to reported issues and follows up in a timely manner.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is that some facilities, such as the gym, would take much longer than expected to be completed. I would also tell new neighbours to be prepared for occasional maintenance issues, although management usually responds quite quickly.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building and location are amazing. Same with the facilities(when they get maintained). The management run some games tho, multiple water outages and hot water outtages with no updates and during working hours. If you ask for followup then you need to ask multiple times before they give you any response

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Poorly, will take multiple attempts to speak to people and always fobbed off onto other people, emails or told people arent working

The management would change and standards would dip
