The area was a short walk from the city centre, really liked staying here. Lots of local amaneities nearby also

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They were very helpful, like I said, Tom helped me with contacting the right departments and have the correct emails

Wish I knew what I could do more in the area, as there is lots to do

Moda in Leeds is a 10 minute walk from the city centre and so the main facilities are easily reachable.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They were always very responsive and nothing was ever a big deal for them.

Nothing springs to mind. Living in the development was very stress free

Decent location though the college kids screaming and shouting is annoying. Heat can be unbearable in summer.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Kit came to help assist with a hot water problem and was very quick and efficient. 5 stars for him!

As mentioned above may want to consider heat during summer

I love the fact that everything is close by. Its really convenient to have bus stops close by. Even the train staytion is five minutes away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They responded fast promptly and resolved any issues i had straight away

I wish i knew there was a parking space available!

Living in this area has been an outstanding experience. The community is welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help, which creates a genuine sense of belonging. The neighbourhood is clean, safe, and well maintained, with excellent local amenities including shops, restaurants, parks, and recreational facilities all within easy reach.

They have been very quick with any problems or issues that I have raised
