The location is close to the city centre, designer shops, supermarkets , theatre, cinema, great restaurants and cool bars The coach station is a stone throw away, the train station is less than 10 minutes by taxi. There’s ample parking, the surroundings are quiet and green and it feels like living in a resort!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Prompt response to any issues, very efficient service any time of day and night. I had all my maintenance issues resolved quickly and the staff is not only competent but also friendly and patient.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I was aware of everything I needed to know before moving in due to the thorough viewing process, the inventory system provided so much information and the staff is so knowledgeable about the area.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Right next to Leeds Playhouse and a 5 walk to Leeds Grand Theatre if you like a show. 2 min walk to Victoria Gate and 10 minutes to Trinity Leeds. The bus station is right across the road as well so easy access to everywhere around Leeds. Loads of vintage shops nearby and restaurants ranging from street food to michelin star restaurants!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I've not had many issues but they've been quick to respond to the ones I have, concierge are there 24/7 so are quick to help if needed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Go to as many events as you can, great for networking and making friends. They do a film every Friday night in the screen club with popcorn so a great way to see new films without paying cinema prices!

Great space built in the city centre with great access to local transport and restaurants. Everything you could want!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been on a hand to help at every opportunity needed

Everything was described and the experience was everything as expected!

Location is very good and peaceful, only problem is people who move furniture late at night, nothing else is a bother though.

Maintenance issues and having problems with hot water

Just how to finish rent passport quickly, at the second time of getting a new apartment I managed to do it quickly

Close to city centre that you have shops, transport, restaurants & bars within a 5 minute walk bur far enough away that you're not disturbed by it. Leeds Playhouse is literally a 30 second walk from reception.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes - easy to log on app or tell the front desk & always done quickly.

How friendly everyone is - staff & other residents. Events make it easy to make friends.
