Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area itself is quite convenient with good access to supermarkets, cafes and restaurants nearby. Public transport links are decent, and the high street isn’t too far. However, parking is a huge issue. There’s very limited availability and the management of parking spaces has been chaotic. Bin collections are often delayed, and the street can get a bit noisy with traffic during peak hours.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Extremely slow to respond. You have to chase them multiple times for even basic things like parking updates or EV charging setup. It often feels like no one takes ownership of problems, and responses come only after repeated follow-ups. Definitely not impressed with their efficiency or organisation.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I’d known how poor the parking situation really is and how complicated it would be to get an EV space or access to the charging system. The management’s communication is slow and inconsistent, and small issues can take weeks to resolve. If you own an electric car or expect responsive building support, be prepared for a lot of waiting and frustration.

Great location, amazing facilities and environment is really warm and welcoming. All the team at Moda are so friendly and helpful.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Straight away, if there have been any issues someone has been able to fix them and it has been done more or less the same day as being reported.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The car parking is a little tricky as there is a waiting list and if you have a car it’s a bit more difficult. But everything else has been brilliant!

Just across the road from the bus station and Sainsbury’s is in the building, really easy to get to anywhere in Leeds
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are really polite and friendly. Charlotte has been really helpful whilst I’ve been here, she’s been able to answer any questions I have.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I think I was well informed, just go to some of the events and meet your neighbours :)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The good aspect is location being close to the bus station and also the overall views of the location. Living on this street specifically is great as it’s close to the city centre as well and not that far from university which is less than 30 minute walk. Therefore I’d recommend this location for students.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I have two maintenance requests still not answered. I have put these issues on the app as a request for maintenance help but still had not been resolved. And did not get a reply back at least. This should be taken care of.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing much experience was great moving in. I would recommend just responding faster to emails as I always faced an issue with that before moving in even up to the date of the move in

Myself and my boyfriend moved into NYS in June and love it here very much! It’s quiet but still close to the city centre which is amazing. Staff are super lovely Shari helped me get back into my apartment after I forgot my keys! Love living here!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Not that we have had many issues despite our dishwasher having a small fault but this was seen to immedietly and fixed!

I feel that we were told everything we needed to know!
