Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is very central with a quick walk to the train station. Some of the nearby roads can be a bit dodgy with homeless people but it’s easy to avoid these at night.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There have been a few issues but Shari and Julia have been great at helping me and sorting things out.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Sometimes it can take some time for issues to be fixed, for example, the central app where you report maintenance issues and book events hasn’t been working for a few weeks so I haven’t been able to join any social activities with other residences. However, the team have been great at keeping me updated for when it should work again and it doesn’t cause any day to day issues.

Moved in a month ago and has been a smooth and amazing process. Friendly people, amazing hospitality and top notch facilities. Thank you to shari for her welcoming presence and guidance as well as Oliver who has been a great point of contact for general information and setting up when we first moved in. Both always happy to help no matter the amount of times we have called or needed clarity on something.

Very close to train station and other local amenities nothing ever feels to far and this is coming from someone who has gone from driving to walking so convenience is brilliant. Very quiet, clean and mature complex to live in so far. Only issue is parking makes it very difficult when family come over.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not applicable yet as we have not had a chance to yet report any issues. Only some minor issues that are very easily resolved and nothing to complain about

Everything is good and no complains it’s the perfect apartment for a first time family to move into if they dont have a house straight away

The building management has responded perfectly no complains

I wished we got told how to use the boiler and heating to lower the heating on the showers and heaters

Local amenities are great. Easy access to town. The inclusive gym has everything I need. Bathroom is good quality fittings. Window cleaning doesnt happen enough for all the near construction.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Repair requests are handled quickly, but I was without water for 3 days once, and the team gave my access to another apartment to shower

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That there would be construction noise all day weekdays for the year after I moved in

The treadmill is repaired by a third party, so while we push for quick fixes, it can sometimes take a bit longer than we’d like. We know that’s not ideal. I really enjoy living in my local area. It feels very calm and quiet, which makes it a comfortable place to come back to after a busy day. There are useful shops nearby for everyday needs, and there are also some nice restaurants, bars and open spaces within easy reach.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has responded really well whenever I have raised any problems. It is easy to request help through the app, and sometimes the team even comes to fix the issue straight away. They are helpful, friendly and usually make sure the problem is fixed properly. I would also like to mention Shari, who has been very helpful to me since the first day I met her. Whenever I have any problems, she is always kind and willing to help me, which has made me feel more comfortable and supported. Her friendliness and care have really helped me feel at home while I am away from home.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I’d known about the community chat in the app earlier. It’s a really easy way to get to know neighbours, ask quick questions, and feel more connected without having to meet everyone in person straight away.
