lovely area to live in. It’s close enough to the station to make getting around easy, while being within walking distance of the shops, restaurants and the Playhouse, so there’s always plenty going on nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

If it is maintenance or something concierge can solve is always resolved quickly. But if it requires the in-building management, it never gets done. Only if it gets escalated to moda external management

The hot water always stop to work in December and the car park door isn’t automated

Living here is very convenient, the close proximity to the bus and train station is a plus for me. Easy access to the city centre gives me a variety of shops, pubs and bars to visit.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Ivana responds immediately when she's around and always keeps me updated and always ask for feedbacks. Sotiris who works during the night also comes through for me.

Tenants within the building are the nicest people you can meet anywhere, and it's never a dull moment when we get together

It’s been great, met great people living here and the the easy access to amenities and stores makes it worth it a lot!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Theyve been very helpful, and continue to encourage me to let them know if their help is needed

Overall, my experience has been very positive. The building feels modern, comfortable and well maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere. The location is convenient, and the facilities make everyday living easier. One tip for new neighbours would be to familiarise yourself with the building’s amenities and procedures early on. The community is generally friendly, peaceful and enjoyable to live in.

The development is something which isn’t existing in Leeds anywhere else. I haven’t seen something which catches my eye as much as thjs

When I called the issue was fixed nearly straight away on the phone

I wish I knew about all of the garbage shoots, I’ve been using the same one

The good is the apartmenr itself, really liek the spec, the bad is the noise level in leeds and the riff raff soemtimes in the centre

Great, very fast and always willing to go the extra mile
