Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Overall living in Moda is good and convenient. Good side is that Sainsbury is downstairs and bus stop, town centre and playhouse is also nearby. Bad thing is that only Sainsbury is only an available option, if including few more would be better and if there are coffee shops and restaurants nearby would be much more nicer. The chair in the study room a lot of it are broken and it would be nice if there are another study room.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It’s generally quick. Usually respond within a week but occasionally respond more than a week

The furniture such as curtains are very good quality as it’s protected from the light. But the chairs in study room a lot of it are broken. The lift is out of use frequently

Brilliant welcome when considering a move here and a stay in Leeds. The Senior Manager, Shari T was extremely welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, patient, calm, helpful and friendly.

Always responsive and helpful to a high standard at all times

It’s very convenient to live in Moda as I have access to everything such as grocery stores, bus stops and it’s also very close to the city center. I also love the nice the staff are, especially Shari who is always nice and helpful.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The response is always quick whenever I have issue in the flat, they would sometimes come to fix it right away if urgent.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how social and lively Moda New York Square is. It’s amazing for meeting people, but it can get noisy, especially during weekends and events. If you value quiet study time, bring noise-cancelling headphones or choose a room facing away from communal areas.

Lovely place to live with a sainbury’s just below, very close to the bus station and the city centre

Maintenance team engineers always efficiently resolve any issues. Thank you to the quality manager for always following up too!

Recycling location for electronics wasn’t very clear

This area is right near the centre, easy to access most areas in Leeds, really close to most shops and easy to go around

Yes they always respond , if I have had any issue, it is always solved

How easy asking is and how it’s helps a lot, I wish I asked more cause they are very helpful
