Expensive however facilities are good and issues are dealt with quickly. The general area feels clean and neighbourhood is friendly

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Promptly with no issues at all, I am impressed with this

I was provided with all information needed prior to moving in

Great location to the city centre, close to the m1 but feels closed off and residential also. Only bad aspect is when football is on the traffic is terrible getting home!!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, had an issue with our fridge recently and was replaced within a few days no issues at all.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew you needed a permit permit straight away!! Don’t get caught out get it sorted as soon as you move in

I have been here 10 years now. Great communication from Placefirst. Maintenance could be a bit more proactive but on the whole a great place to live

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have took my request on board and most of the time the issues are resolved in a timely manner

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Pets weren’t allowed in the upstairs properties but are now. I can hear upstairs dog walking around and things

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Cross Heath Grove is located very close to Leeds, the city centre, with less than 10 or 15 minutes , I can get to the city to go shopping and work. The benefit of location is one of the biggest values of Cross Heath Grove.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes but response is a bit slow. And the only way we can contact is through email , plus that we have to wait a few days to process any request even for emergency.

We can have more parties to welcome new neighbours.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We've been here since the development opened in 1988 and overall enjoyed living in our home. From time to time some residents have not been suited to the area and have moved away, but we like it.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Problems have been generally expedited to a satisfactory degree.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We were new tenants back in 1988 when they were built, so we knew about everything before we moved in.
