Mustard Wharf at Tower Works, LS1

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I have liked living at mustard wharf which is a great location close to the city. It is located next to the train station so is great for commuting to York and nice when returning home when tired.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have had one issue with my washing machine however it was due to the filter being full. The lady came up the same day and showed me how to empty this for future.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is nothing I wish I had known and any questions I have had I have asked to reception.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local area is good. I like how peaceful it is. But I wish that the bus routes were better. As I don't drive I rely on public transport. I take the X6 to work and it feels like a hassle every morning. No anti social behaviour. Neighbourhood geeks very friendly.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always responsive especially Jadine who was outstanding!!! She was so helpful when I was struggling. I appreciate her careful attention to detail

I don't have enough feedback here as Michael did an amazing job when he was showing us the flats

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is no more convenient place to be in Leeds for transport links as it is so close to the train station. There are lovely little boutique like restaurants/coffee shops surrounded as well as some well loved pubs. It’s like its own little world around the canal.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management have been great and had extremely speedy response times at responding to maintenance queries. I emailed re an issue and had a phone call back within the hour.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how helpful and accommodating the staff were going to be as it would have eased my moving anxiety!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is excellent - travelling is made easy as it is so close to the back entrance to the train station. It is a quick walk to the city centre which is convenient and a nice, quiet area. The traffic noise on Water Lane can sometimes be loud which is the biggest downside.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Ellen, Bailey and Laura have always responded quickly and efficiently to any queries or issues and make living there easy. They have always sorted any issues for me quickly and have made living there for 3 years a dream.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew that the parking was such a difficulty as it is really expensive for not a very big space.

Mustard Wharf in Leeds offers an ideal blend of urban convenience and modern comfort. One significant drawback of living at Mustard Wharf is the lack of parking spaces.
