Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We adore the locality of Mustard Wharf, there is a wide variety of eateries, bars and cafes which we love to go to on an evening and weekend. There are also a number of other features of the area such as walking along the canal, barre pilates studio and the Doubletree Hilton sky lounge which are also lovely places to have close by. The area has a lovely nightlife feel with a nice buzz, but always feels very safe. Being so close to the train station is also so helfpul with travelling and has made our journeys much less stressful! Overall we love living in this area!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any maintenance request we have had has been dealt with very quickly and always resolved well.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If you are wanting to bring a car and pay for the parking space, there is quite a long wait list to be able to do so!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Mustard Wharf is in the perfect location! Close to the train station for travel and visitors without being noisy! Granary wharf right next to us has a great range of bars and restaurants that I regularly go to with friends. Walks down the canal are great as I have a frenchie so great to have a nice walk on my doorstep! Tesco express is just a 10 minute walk for any shopping I may need to get. Feels like I have everything on my doorstep living here! The whole area feels very safe and living on my own that is most important!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have had an issue with the lock on my door and maintenance fixed this first thing Monday morning when I notified them late on the Sunday evening! Ellen also came to check everything was working ok for me and that I was happy! Over than that I’ve had no other issues

I got everything I needed from the viewing and any questions I had were answered promptly

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Tower works is conveniently located in the city. It has quick access to the city centre as well as being a lovely and safe area to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any problems have always been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Brett has been super responsive and has helped us out with any issues we have had.

How wonderful and safe the surrounding area is and all of the amenities.

We’re in a great location with access to the train station in under 4 minutes. Great access to the city with new businesses arriving at mustard wharf directly. Overall the area is quiet with a few exceptions that are quickly handled.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management have been great, very quick in responding! Massive shout out to Ellen, she’s gone above and beyond since I first viewed an apartment until even now, 10 months after having moved in.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I’d have like to see more of the gym, something that matters to me is my health and fitness. Possibly seeing a bigger investment in that area!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location was excellent, especially as we were new to the city. The view from our window was amazing. Leeds High Street was a short walk. Restaurants, you're going to be spoiled for choice on Deliveroo! It was great having the train station so close. There's local coffee shops, a Tesco, and pubs minutes away. If the High Street hasn't got what you want there are buses to The White Rose Centre within a few minutes walk too. There's a car park very close by opposite the Double Tree hotel when you have guests. We never had or needed any of the parking spaces under our building so can't say how easy they are to obtain. There's next to no noise from traffic or trains which was amazing considering how close we were to the train station. Some of the nearby venues can play loud music on special occasions and it can be quite late, until 1am. But that's rare.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been good. We had a couple of minor disagreements, but reached a compromise. They were particularly good when I had concerns about noisy neighbours, smoking or litter. Both Bailey and Ellen have been particularly helpful at finalising our tenancy. However, it can be difficult communicating sometimes and don't always get a response. Also, as mentioned above, the electric meter readings situation isn't ideal.

Busy periods in the gym. When it's busy, 7 or more people in it, it can be very hard to use. Number of student residents.
