Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Pros - Independent bars and cafes, close to the train station, scenic views of the canal. Cons - noise pollution from trains and traffic, not close to any affordable supermarkets or shops.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Ellen was super patient and helpful when it came to renewing our tenancy; she made us aware of our options and was very flexible and supportive when we were unsure about our decision. Other things regarding maintenance or any queries we have have always been dealt with almost immediately.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parcel deliveries can sometimes be inconvenient but that is more so to do with couriers who either don’t follow delivery instructions or don’t follow the rules of the parcel room, meaning sometimes there can be delays or confusion around getting your parcel.

Unbelievable, there is such an array of high quality shops, bars and restaurants in the local area. Parking availability is incredible, we live right next to leeds station so it's great.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Ellen is always available and on hand to help with any of my queries/issues.

How incredible the street festival is, and I hope to see more in my time here.

So close to the city centre but alternatively granary wharf is close which has bars and restaurants Crown point is also very close if you want avoid the city centre and avoid lots of people Very close to the train station south bank and buses to various destinations a close walk away

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

If I have had a problem then the onsite managers are always able to resolve any issues Ryan is always able to resolve any issues as is Michael Ellen is always able help and pass on any issues she is always very professional Laura is also the longest member of staff here being here as long as myself but always able to resolve any issues I may have The consierge team are also very professional and it’s good to know are on site 24 hours a day Elaine is also a long time staff member and always cheerful Tuntu is always very friendly so it’s good to have reliable staff on site All of the staff are always very friendly Kourtney does an excellent job keeping us all informed of any on going events planned

When I moved in in January 2021 it was obviously a smaller community As more apartment blocks have been completed it has not affected how it was as a smaller community

Lovely surroundings Very close to the train station and city centre Nice cafes and restaurants within the complex Expensive and very limited car parking

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All issues raised have been fixed promptly with no hassle

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

While I don't find it an issue due to not being as loud as I would expect and good soundproofing, it is worth knowing the trains do run until late and may disturb you if you struggle with noise at night.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Mustard Wharf is very well located by Leeds Station and 5-10 mins walk into the town center. Everything you need on your doorstep. I can't fault the area where the development is located. If you like city living, you'll love it here. Some of the best coffee shops are here and the area is great for families and students. There are still a lot of buildings being built near by so occasionally there is some noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have not had any issues to report since living here.

I signed up to Beryl bikes recently but I could have made use of it sooner with the development discount.
