Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I have liked living at mustard wharf which is a great location close to the city. It is located next to the train station so is great for commuting to York and nice when returning home when tired.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I have had one issue with my washing machine however it was due to the filter being full. The lady came up the same day and showed me how to empty this for future.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There is nothing I wish I had known and any questions I have had I have asked to reception.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There are loads of bars and restaurants just around the corner and also 2 tescos about a 5/10 minute walk from the complex. There is little to no noise despite the train station and there is never any issues with anti-social behaviour as far as I have experienced. The roof top gardens and communal areas are also amazing!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team are so so so lovely! And issues I have ever raised (only ever minimal things) have been resolved almost instantaneously.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The fact that there are trolleys in the mail rooms that can be used when moving in or out rather than lugging loads of heavy things back and forth

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
My flat is within a very short walk of the city centre, with a wide range of shops, restaurants and pubs. There are a few very nice pubs a couple of minutes from the site as well, which is very convenient. The area is quiet and very pleasant to live in, with immediate access to the Leeds canal which is ideal for walks/running.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management has always been very prompt in responded and fixing issues that I have raised, and always conduct themselves in a friendly and understanding manner.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I would highly recommend asking about the central heating for the flat, as well as the air filtration system! They're unusual features that I didn't truly understand until a few weeks in, but they both work excellently.

I love that I am very close to the station. The noise of the trains doesn’t get too bad for how close we are. I do wish we had a closer supermarket such as the empty property in town works.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
When issues are raised, usually they are fast if it’s a small maintenance issue in the flat. When the problem is on a bigger scale, it takes a lot longer which is understandable but there’s usually a lack of communication in the process.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Air ventilation is a problem especially in the summer time. Consider getting a place with a balcony.

Lots of local shops and restaurants which is nice because its so convenient. We love Granary Wharf so being so close to the bars and looking at it from our window is amazing. The street is quiet, as it is not a through road. Not many places to park locally however being so central, we have little need for our car so park it 10 minutes down the road.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Laura is great for any maintenance issue that has occurred throughout our tenancy. She is always so friendly and can tell that she loves helping people.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The heating costs are separate to the electric which at first we were concerned with however this makes our bills a lot cheaper than our previous apartment that had manual wall heaters.
