Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Love living at Mustard Wharf. It’s on the more expensive side, but you get what you pay for - brilliant service, luxury flats, and peace of mind. Ellen is really helpful.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, repairs are always dealt with very quickly. I’d have appreciated more notice/exploration of rent reduction when noise disrupted me working from home, but this does appear to be a one off.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I’d have signed a longer contract! Once you’ve experienced living somewhere like Mustard Wharf you want to stay.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Mustard wharf is in the perfect location in my opinion! Great local pubs/bars/restaurants all within 5 minutes walk and right next to the train station it’s easy to get in and out of Leeds for friends and family and although so close you can’t hear any of the trains from the apartments! Tesco express for last minute groceries being 5 minutes away is really handy and bake making the best pastries is a highlight!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We haven’t really had any issues with living here just a small leaky tap which was resolved almost as soon as we notified it as an issue. Very efficient and helpful!

Cross keys pub behind mustard wharf does a great pub quiz on a Thursday and make you feel like a regular instantly! Everyone in this area I have come across has been really friendly!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We loved the location - being close to coffee shops/ bars and restaurants. Its close to the train station & easy to get on the motorway, lots of street parking near by too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When we first moved into the apartment blocks we had an issue with the stove which took a while to fix but since then any issue we have had has been fixed quickly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The flats are so quiet (not because of lack of people but they just seem to be built well) - we hardly ever hear our neighbours which surprises a lot of people when they come over - its very peaceful to say you are in a city centre

Received an amazing cleaning service provided by Andrea and another lady this morning, thank you so much!

Yes they have responded to problems/issues raised.

I did not know there was a formal check in and show around available as well as a moving in service.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Fabulous place to live with friendly and helpful staff. I really enjoy the resident events including the quiz and painting classes arranged by Kourtney!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always respond quickly and efficiently to any concerns. Jack is also very attentive and always happy to help.

It doesn't take long to settle into Mustard Wharf with the friendly staff and residents.
