Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Overall the local amenities are good. Onsite parking is very secure, no issues. Any traffic noise is blocked out by decent double glazing.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Overall it’s been a good experience, I waited longer than I would have liked with some issues due to staff holidays which was a little disappointing.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Council tax banding, absolutely appreciate this isn’t a big deal in the grand schemes of things. But I’m still unsure:

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Vast variety of shops restaurants and bars as it’s located centrally in Milton Keynes. Most facilities only 10minute walks.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes very quick and via an app that you get access to.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I was told that wifi was included but it’s just pre installed and you need to pay separately but that is a minor issue.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Located close to train station and Hove shops. Generally quiet and modern. Poor back house management lets down residents and front house team
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Front office yes but zero follow through where it mattered
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That the offers of free passes etc were largely nonsense

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good connectivity into London Waterloo. The town centre and area around it has a good range of stores and restaurants.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Whenever there are any issues, they are dealt with swiftly by the team.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Probably if a recycling drop off for heavier items, once in a couple of months or so, could be organized then that would be great.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location of Tasman Court is amazing, it’s so close to everything local but far enough away to not suffer from noise and tourist issues. Parking was always available with the permits provided and bins were cleaned regularly.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They eventually sorted the issues but it took so long and made such a mess in the flat that resulted in a lot of damp. They gave all our deposit back however
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew what Abri we’re known for, with response times
