Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Plenty of local area options for food and drinks after work. Very close proximity to the local shopping center.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

As I have just moved in, I have yet to raise any issues at this time.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

This would not have changed my choice, but not knowing there was A/C in the flat would have been nice, though this could have been a miss on my part.

A special thanks to the management team. I won’t name names, but you know who you are. You’ve made me feel safe, welcomed and truly at home. Thank you for everything you do — you’re a real credit to Almere and to all of us residents.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve really enjoy living in the city centre. The views are stunning, and you’re right in the heart of the hub for luxury living in Milton Keynes. There are plenty of great bars, restaurants and food options nearby, so there’s always something to do and everything you need is within easy reach. The only downside is that it can get quite busy and built-up, so if you prefer a quieter and more peaceful environment, city-centre living might not be for you. But if you enjoy being close to the action, with great views, food and entertainment on your doorstep, it’s a great place to live. These are the best apartments in Milton Keynes

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The repairs team are affordable, professional and responsive. Any issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How thorough the end-of-tenancy inspection is 😂 You’ll be very happy with the condition of the property when you move in! 😊 I love the place so much that I chose to renew my tenancy and move into a bigger apartment 👍

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Excellent location. This building is situated in the heart of Milton Keynes, close to numerous restaurants, the main shopping centers, a large Sainsbury's, as well as various healthcare and cosmetic centers, with a gym and spa next door.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very helpful, always quick to respond, transparent and easy to talk to.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The bedroom window does not open fully, which means heat during the summer can be unbearable. However, this also means that the temperature during winter is well regulated.

Manager response

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a 5* review. It means a lot to the team!

Any problems we’ve had whilst living here have been solved very quickly and professionally

The best place to rent in Milton Keynes!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location of the Almere is the best - right in the centre of Milton Keynes. It’s opposite a huge Sainsbury’s to do your weekly shopping in, and within walking distance to some of the best restaurants and bars. There is parking available underground, or you can get a parking permit for £25 annually and park on the street opposite.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are on site nearly 24/7, so they always sort any Issues / problems then and there.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

To be honest there is nothing I wish I’d had known before, everything was as described.

Manager response
