Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
-10 min walk to the train station - Easy access to the city centre/mall less than 10 mins walk - Fairly quiet and opposite to the police station
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes issues raised are still unresolved unfortunately so it’s been very frustrating and tainted my overall experience.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Building quality really poor. Not conducive for long term living and clearly a lot of the works being done are an after thought. No proper insulation extremely cold in winter and extremely hot in spring/summer months.

Good area, close to all necessary amenities (train station, supermarkets, bars, etc). Not to bad road noise are houses are pretty wel noise insulated.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Sometimes swiftly, although some problems (such as the draft in windows) have not been resolved
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Better view of my current flat, although was impossible at the time as the building was not yet finished.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Very convenient location. Train station is a 10 min walk and a 10 min walk to a large shopping centre. Overall really impressed with location, everything you need within a 10 min walk.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
All issues are addressed within 24 hours. We have been really impressed with how quickly issues are resolved
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There are lots of wows at Arbour. Like being able to rent out communal spaces. However given the size of the apartment block, it’s not always easy for the features to be accessible.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is excellent – just a short walk from Sainsbury’s, local shopping centres, and only 10 minutes on foot to Milton Keynes Central Station. The area feels safe, with a police station nearby and secured car parking. Public transport is reliable, and the proximity to shops and restaurants is very convenient. The street is quiet most of the time. Bin collection is extremely convenient as it’s located underground – no need to drag bins to the street. There are occasional noise issues on windy days due to the courtyard layout, but overall it’s a pleasant and well-connected place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very responsible and responsive – they act quickly when it comes to appliance issues like the boiler or the ventilation system. However, some building-wide problems like lift or shutter faults can take longer to resolve and tend to reoccur.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how loud the courtyard gets on windy days – the noise can be quite surprising.
