Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
One of the best aspects is definitely the location — being right in Central Milton Keynes means everything is within walking distance, including Centre:MK, supermarkets, restaurants, gyms, cafés, Campbell Park, and transport links. The train station is also fairly close, making commuting to London and nearby cities convenient.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They usual are so supportive, we have access and quick response from the Solstice team by WhatsApp, emails, mobile and also in the building. Definitely, I'm happy with the all team, who helps me always when I need anything.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I've made my research before I move and so far there's nothing that I can raise to inform here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great area to live. Very safe, convenient access to the mall and easy to get to the train station. Also quiet and not too much going on, making it easy to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very quickly and efficiently, without any hassles.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Allocated parking spaces, if could be chosen based on the building block I was in would be more convenient.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great location with a 2 min walk to the grocery store and bars/restaurants, within 15 min walk of the train station and some green spaces scattered around. Some abandoned buildings nearby do create a sketchy atmosphere at night though.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Generally the staff is friendly and helpful, from maintenance to front desk.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That the gym would not be actually usable at all, the coffee machine would be taken away and WiFi is unreliable.
