Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Recently moved into The Almere and I love it! It's in a great location as everything from shops, restaurants and train station are all a short walk. There are also plenty of lime bikes and scooters to use right outside if you don't have a car.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Haven't needed to raise any concerns with the management but there is someone on site if you did need anything.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
About all the wonderful events they do! Can't wait to try them :)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Being situated close to the hub & having a variety of restaurants in walking distance and a large supermarket so close it’s right on the doorstep. The Almere is a very easy and convenient way to live, We are on the first floor & have found our apartment is very quiet, which is a surprise & spacious. Jill the cleaner always makes sure to clean spotless Our issue is the parking my wife has a registered blue badge but for me Parking is a huge problem so parking underground would be ideal and certainly less stressful however this comes at a premium rate we which is a huge downfall in my opinion.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
When we moved in it was Jasmine who personally went above and beyond to help us settle in. I am not very good with Technology so she took the time to go through this with my wife & by the time the boxes were unpacked my wife and her soon became friends.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Parking is a huge issue every day traffic wardens are outside putting tickets on cars; I personally feel that the cost to park a car is very expensive £120 each month really should be lower especially with the rising costs of living. The Almere is a very friendly place to live; making new friends especially if you have a dog and very sociable.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location of the Almere is brilliant. Close local supermarkets, restaurants and bars. MK central station is a 10 minute walk. The flat is located in the centre of MK meaning that travel anywhere across the city takes little to no time. I personally don't use public transport - but there is plenty of local residential parking (requiring a permit). If anything this is the only slight problem with the property. It does not have nearly enough on-site parking. Car is parked ~ 10 minute walk from flat.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I have not raised any issues yet - although the staff are always happy to help.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Just be aware of the parking situation. There is on site-parking, but it is at full capacity. Permitted residential parking is a short walk away - not great on a grotty winter day, but a small price to pay for a great flat.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The positives living here are the local amenities on the doorstep being in close proximity to the Sainsbury’s and a wide range of restaurants is very convenient. We would also like to say it has a very good feel everyone is very friendly and if we wanted quiet that’s ok if we want to mix we can do that too. We don’t hear any noise either. The downside I would say is parking although it is offered for a price it can be extremely expensive if you had two cars.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes as I have said nothing has been an issue if they have been busy they will always come back later that day!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
After one viewing we knew that it would be a very sociable place to live. Having a dog can also be a great way of making new friends. Having a community board is also a great way of getting to know your neighbours, activities too would be a fab way of getting to know people.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Important and good for me: center of the city, next to the train and bus stations, next to local shops and pet shops, next to the parks for a walking.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
all staff are very friendly and answer all my questions. My window issue was fixed the same day when I posted the ticked. This is amazing!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
this is my first experience of renting in UK, and it was so difficult to find a pet-friendly place + furnished one so I was happy when I was approved. Other things was not important for me.
