Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The property is in a quiet, residential neighbourhood with easy access to the train station. There’s also lots of parking available.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
There is a property manager you can always reach out to for issues. The property manager reaches out to the service providers who then come for the fix. I have had most of my complaints resolved quickly with the exception of my electric hob which took a grueling 5 weeks for the manufacturer to replace. That was hell
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
None. It’s my second time renting but so far this might just beat my previous apartment where I lived for several years.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great proximity to the train station into London and Birmingham, also very close to shops, supermarkets and leisure
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Always someone on the grant desk to speak to or communication through email
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That one of the roof gardens plays music the other does not, one is great for reading etc the other is good for having friends/family over

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Location is very convenient for CMK and the station. Sainsbury’s is a short walk away and Morrison’s only slightly further. MK train station is five minutes walk. Parking is available in car parks around the building for £25 per year on residents permit. The building is super-quiet. No traffic noise at all. Anti-social behaviour is minimal to none.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very quickly and effectively. All arranged via the app.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Small things, refuse room location is sometimes not discussed, also bike room location.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is great, the building is just across the shopping mall and public transport is very accessible as the bus stops are nearby.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are always helpful and make sure any queries or concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I think the only thing really is the closest big supermarket is a bit further away but it's not a deal breaker. Just to know the residence team is great and I think that makes a world of difference as a tenant.
