Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Very good flat and really enjoy the convenience of the location. There’s a great choice of shops, restaurants and cafés within walking distance, and public transport links are excellent, making it easy to get around without a car. While it can be busy at times, the flat is comfortable and well placed for city living. Overall, it’s a great option for anyone who enjoys an active, central lifestyle.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management has been responsive and professional when issues have been raised. Queries are acknowledged promptly, communication is clear, and problems are generally resolved within a reasonable timeframe, which gives confidence that the building is well managed
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how convenient city-centre living really is for day-to-day life, as everything is within walking distance. I would also recommend getting familiar with the building management team early on, as they are very helpful and responsive. Being aware that the area can be busier at peak times is useful, but this is balanced by the benefits of the location

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The guys a front desk are 10/10. They are on the ball, super responsive and I have no complaints at all. We love them and they definitely make this place what it is!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
- how good the front desk is! - lovely events organised for residents - not impressed with the trash room, many residents don’t follow rules.
