Yes, our property manager Mr Mustafa Dar promptly responded to all our concerns.

Not much - I emailed and clarified all queries with Allsop team.

I’m really happy living in this area. All the essential shops, restaurants and services are within a 10-minute drive, and the quality of local amenities is very good. Transport links are convenient and I haven’t experienced any major issues. My street is quiet with good parking availability, reliable bin collections and no noticeable anti-social behaviour or traffic noise. Overall, it’s a comfortable and pleasant place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, the building management has responded quickly and helpfully to any issues I’ve raised, and communication has always been clear and efficient.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Everything has been great overall, but one thing I wish I had known beforehand is that the mobile signal in the area isn’t very strong. It’s not a major issue, but it’s something new neighbours might want to be aware of.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good - new area, design of the houses is not packed, Have a good view with enough privacy. Quite area, bin collections are on time. EPC rating is high as new building give us confidence to move-in. Bad - close to primary school, everyday kids walk pass-by and kick the rocks on pathway to roadside/everywhere for fun. Adults accompanied does not tell the kids to stop and I need to get out of the house to stop them.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have a property manager handling living issues - Mustafa Dar who is very supportive. We emailed him for urgent issue - heating system stopped when outside is 0 degrees!! He reacted superfast and helped us to ensure we can keep warm at nights before repair workman visit. He shows his dedication when he further his arm's length on our long-waited enquiry with finance team. A trustworthy manager in this new site is crucial.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Parking - I have only has 1 parking space which I am not aware as we need 2 cars for transports to work. Garden door does not have curtain hangers and rod set up, would prefer to have one for keep house warmer and more privacy.

So far so good I am happy with the area I have not experienced any major issues . Parking is good . Bins collected every week.

Mustafa Dar has been really proactive in responding to all our queries and makings sure issues are resolved .

Non because I checked the area before moving so I knew what to expect .

The area is centrally located with easy access to major attractions, including railway stations and key amenities. It’s exceptionally clean and well maintained, contributing to a pleasant living environment. Our point of contact, Mustafa Dar, has been consistently responsive—even outside office hours—which has made our experience smooth and reassuring. Many thanks for the excellent support.

Building management has been consistently responsive and professional in addressing any issues raised. Maintenance requests are acknowledged promptly, with clear communication on timelines and resolution steps. Whether it's a minor repair or a broader concern, the team ensures follow-through and keeps residents informed throughout the process. Their proactive approach and courteous handling of matters contribute to a sense of reliability and trust within the community.

British Gas took nearly a week to respond, which was longer than expected, and the heaters are currently taking time to warm up properly—something I wish had been addressed sooner for comfort during colder days.
