Always had a pleasant experience staying here, I really love the landscaping in the whole community and the walk ways are so good.

They always try to resolve the issue, had a few issues and they were dealt with in a professional manner

The community is better than expected and the people are really good 😊

we have lived here for just over 3 years and its been gr8 so far. Good location relative to major road networks.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Lynn was very helpful and responsive to understand and help to resolve the issues/ repairs that needed immediate attention .

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing much to complain. overall its been gr8 experience

Lovely modern homes that are light, airy and spacious. Everything needed for a comfortable home is provided in terms of appliances, energy efficiency and broadband. Very happy

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very responsive, with a dedicated property manager who resolves things promptly. Conor and Ben whom Arrange everything prior to tenancy are superb too

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Ensure when you move in that you register the battery for your energy supply as the bill free system only works once it is registered and not upon registering with the supplier.

Lovely area, peaceful and great local walks. Leisure Centre and community hub nearby are nice, good parking.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Really prompt and super efficient. Hannah is so helpful!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No access to loft space so make sure you have storage alternatives.

Lovely area. Short walk into the town centre which is very convenient for those that don’t drive. Bin collection is inconsistent there will be times where bins won’t be collected and residents have to contact the council.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Orphee was very quick to respond to my sink pipe leaking

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That we weren’t allowed to park outside the building and that we have to park at fort Amherst who typically always are busy and car park full.
