The area is very open landscape , with children play grounds and walking tracks for exercise and dog walking. Local co-op and regular transport options to town centre . good off road parking . Friendly community on our street las we all moved in around the same time

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team has been very responsive to our needs and fitted grab rails in the bathroom's and a a rail outside to aid mobility , they have a very friendly and responsive approach to resolve any queries as soon as they are able and update you on progress and then follow up once issues are resolved

I think everything was covered in the initial enquiry and viewing and the process documents prior to moving in

Lichfield is an excellent area with lots of restaurants and local facilities including a marks and Spencer being built near to the site.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Organised property team and both Katy and Alice have provided speedy responses to support us during move in.

That the water company is paid to two companies rather than one

We’ve really enjoyed living in Houlton /Allsop. The development has a lovely feel, with green spaces and a welcoming neighbourhood that makes it feel like home.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very prompt always ! Especially since Lynn has started - she’s really changed the experience, slightly bumpy before that.

Nothing really - just so peaceful and amazing. Cannot think of any faults really !

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Love the quiet and peace of the area, in addition to being close to nature. It's also quite close to and accessible to local shops and facilities.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management have been great, with quick response to any issues. Facilities contact Kuljot, is always quick to respond and support which is brilliant and reassuring.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Neighbourhood is really great, with the odd mild traffic during morning rush hour which is expected anyway.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

A lovely community and attractive place to live.. commute to A1 couldn’t be easier! A few nice coffee shops and a lovely bar in the area with a good sized Coop on site too. Haven’t experienced any issues with any aspect of living in The Hawkings. Lynn on the property management side has been very helpful.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Lynn has been great.. very helpful. Resolved an initial issue very quickly for me too

There is digging early as it’s an active site but this didn’t really bother me!
