Co-Op, David Lloyds and St. Gabriel's school are nearby. There is a children park nearby and bus stop for city center.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Minor issues were there. Once reported they were addressed on time.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We did not had any bad experience. All our neighbors were good and very good area.

Beautiful place to walk with the dog or just a casual walk with friends and family, local co-op within walking distance, friendly neighbourhood and respectful! Very clean and tidy throughout.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have only just moved in 20/01 so yet to use the building management but from hearing reviews from neighbours and seeing reviews I’m sure when I am in need there won’t be any issues and hoping for a smooth service

On going works to the road hopefully they shall be finished soon.

Transport is excellent, local shops are sufficient, can be increased. Great open spaces with parks for the children. My home has private parking however there is also sufficient parking in the area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No real issues, however the rental process was managed seamlessly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No known issues prior to moving in. As mentioned the process was seamless.

We have just moved in. So far it has been excellent. The roads are quiet and plenty of open spaces and wildflower gardens and paths to have a walk or walk your pets. We are a family of 3 and the local children knocked on our door with a big welcome which was very nice to see. There is a new play park opened and they told us all about it. Overall a quiet, clean location with good amenities.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Most internal problems that could be fixed immediately have been completed. Others maintenance jobs for the garden fence for example have been scheduled.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We confused the Ashlawn development with Houlton/Pioneers, the latter being a further distance from Rugby schools. It would be good to have known bus routes.

We have just moved in this week. The house is well built and designed with everyday living in mind. Clean , bright and tastefully decorated. Local amenities are great! Joe has been wonderful. We sold our house and had lots of stressful moments but throughout it all Joe was the one person that made everything straight forward for us! We needed to rent storage as no properties have a garage. I think this company have really got it right ! It’s very obvious they care about their customers and they want them to have a good lifestyle . Thankyou

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We’ve not had any building issues yet, thankfully . Personal moving in issues were dealt with in a very supportive manner.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Would have been great if garages were an option with some properties.
