Overall, we are very happy with the property.
The house is brand new, well located, very well structured and in a very quiet street.
There are a few details to adjust as the house is new and Joe has helped a lot with these items.

All our questions were answered during the process, except for the Concil tax, which we’re still waiting to hear back about. The process seems to take a long time.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We were attended to promptly, Joe helped us well with the relevant items and the app helped a lot too.

The property management has been exceptional. The efficiency and responsiveness during the moving-in process and ongoing maintenance are worth noting. The management’s attentiveness to our needs has greatly contributed to a positive living experience.

Living in my local area has been a pleasant experience. The streets are generally quiet, and the neighbors are friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The presence of a nearby gym and a local corner shop has been quite helpful for convenience. Additionally, the commute to Rugby train station, which offers direct links to both London and Birmingham, has been ideal for my work.

Don’t be put off by the ongoing building work. The builders are respectful and try to limit noise.

The building management has been exceptionally quick to respond to any problems or issues raised.

I recently moved into one of the properties managed by Allsop. The design of the place was meticulously thought out, and it was evident that user-friendliness was a top priority.

Trash and Recycling Services: To gain more insights about the trash and recycling pickup schedule and rules for my area to ensure I am following local guidelines.

Queries were attended to within 3-5 days. Workers seemed to be helpful.
Lovely new development
Design wise it’s ok although some of the finishes could be better. Screws missing, doors won’t shut, aerial points not working etc. so far experience of building management limited but have a few snags to report so let’s see. Ditto property management although so far Joe at alsop been very good

Good local coop that is useful and lovely cafe. The local leisure centre is very near and very nice. The parking is ok although the bays are a bit small. The green walls are lovely but more open space for letting dogs off the leash would be useful

Nice and modern, clean home, worth to move here
I am rather satisfied with the property. We have moved into a brand new and clean development.The management is also quick to respond if repairs are needed.I like the modern solar-powered solution and application-based access control system. For me it is important that the building are pet and family friendly. This is an absolute positive.

The area is very nice and tidy and we have moved into a brand new apartment. There are facilities for recreation, a shop close by and playgrounds for the children. There is also a school and a nursery school. For me the negative is that the highway is noisy and the construction is loud but these are tolerable.

The design of the property is modern, high spec and user friendly. It appears to be good on energy costs has the solar panels really do make a difference.
Joe from Allsops has been great. Always on the end of the phone when needed. The one or two issues that have occurred in the first few months were dealt with swiftly and professionally.

The local area is still developing but once a few more things have opened up it will be perfect. The addition of a pub and possibly another shop would be great. The local traffic is quiet throughout the day.

The cost of a taxi if you fancy a night out is a bit steep.

So far the customer service has been great. Communication is excellent
Lovely quiet place to live
It is a well built smart tech home. The broadband is very fast. There is enough space for what we need. Property management company are always quick to respond, keep you updated and very helpful. Joe has been great. We are very grateful to Allsop for all their help.

A lovely and quiet place to live. It had been very noisy during the daytime while the construction across the street was going on but that has stopped now. Close to a supermarket, parks and bus routes. Bins are collected every Thursday. The traffic in our street is minimal.

An awning, of any sort, over the doors to the garden would have been great. The garden shed could have been a bit bigger.

Any problems we have they respond quickly, keeps you updated and are very helpful.

Well built hi tech homes, good amount of space, property management company is always quick to respond. Some of the apps are useful and easy to use such as logging a problem. Good roads, Gardens could be a bit bigger but nothing to complain about. Good development

Very helpful again. The property manager looked after us very well, everything is at the right place. Property is very clean, everything works perfect, no hassle, very cheap to run with solar panels installed in rooftop, my driveway can be a little bit bigger because sometimes we need to park 3 cars, otherwise no problem so far.

My family love this place. 10 mins drive to supermarket, some nice parks nearby for kids, nice neighborhoods here as people are really friendly, and we fell really safe living in this neighborhood.

Happy with our move to Houlton
Design of our home is beautiful, modern and clean. Love the house and the area and the accessibility to parks, shops and schools. Allsop have been great. Joe has been incredibly accommodating and patient. We are very happy with how helpful and kind Allsop have been

Overall everything is convenient and close by. Our parking seems great but we don’t have a neighbours car to contend with so that may change depending on how big their car is. The construction noise is a bit annoying but expected. No traffic noise, and seems like a quiet area.

Plan everything in advance and make sure you prepare for possible issues arising. Our movers got to our new place before us and we were very late and they had another move to do so needed access. Joe was very helpful and said he could help. Always plan for possible issues arising so you don’t have any surprises

Any questions or worries we had, they came back to us promptly and we’re always helpful
