An exceptionally high level living complex

Living in the Almere brings a high level of comfort with the politeness from the staff situated at the entrance who are always warm welcoming when entering the complex. You have a several communal areas through out the building where they allow you too goo with friends and families. The overall layout and facilities available in The Almere are by far 5*

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Since first arriving at the Almere, I have come too seeing the wide selection of restaurants and bars within a km walk in the surrounding area of The Almere, we also have a supermarket within a 200m walk of the flat complex which is also very convenient. I would say the only downfall with being in The Almere is the parking lay out. Given the area you have to share with a lot of the public which isn’t convenient but at the same time their is under-ground parking which is based at the rear of the property but again has a long waiting list which can be very inconvenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They reply with action and take priority in any inconvenience you are faced with in your flat complex

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The parking honestly is the only downfall, increasing the amount of underground parking spaces would be very convenient

A fantastic apartment complex, meticulously maintained, with excellent services provided by a wonderful in-house team!

Wow! I absolutely love living here. The apartment is spacious and stylishly furnished. The communal areas, including the Sky Lounge and Roof Terrace with a barbecue, are fantastic! The co-working space is quiet and perfect for 'work from home' days. To top it all off, the in-house team, Natalie and Mustafa, are incredibly helpful! 😍

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is fantastic! The Hub offers many nearby restaurants, and there's a Sainsbury's superstore across the road. Centre:MK shopping centre is just a short walk away. You'll also find plenty of open space, including Willen Lake. For commuters, MK Central station is a brief walk away, perfect for grabbing a coffee before your journey. What more could you ask for?

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues have been addressed promptly and efficiently.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Moving in was a breeze. We had access to the lifts from the underground parking and were provided with a trolley to assist with the move.

Great place to live

Everyone is fantastic, honestly one of the best buildings I’ve lived in, and I’ve lived in quite a few. The front desk attendants, Mustafa and Natalie are super helpful, and always ready to provide you with anything you need and answer your questions. When you report a maintenance issue, even on the weekend, your issue is logged immediately and you have sosons attending to it as soon as possible. Don’t think I’ve had an unresolved maintenance issue for more than 48 hours in the Almere, it’s incredible. And they don’t do quick, cheap fixes either, they make sure it’s done properly, and the issue resolved to the best of their ability. Wana the maintenance man is fantastic. The residents app is easy to use, and there are so many community events happening, different fitness programs, wine tasting, bbqs, etc. The post collection is seamless, and secure, never had any issues with my post being lost, even when left in the general mailbox area. It’s also pet friendly, so nice to see so many people’s dogs and be able to pet them occasionally. It’s a nice mood boost. I can’t see myself leaving the Almere until I have to.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There’s a large Sainsbury’s right opposite, which is convenient, and the grounds and gardens are kept clean all the time.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Promptly. Never an issue unresolved for more than 48 hours.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is a free coffee machine! I would’ve invested in more coffee to go mugs.

A great place to live

Sarah (Tenant)

The design of the building is very stylish, comfortable and sophisticated with nice decorations that add a homely and personal touch to the space. The 11th floor terrace is a nice place to hang out with friends or to do some studying/work in the quiet room. The gathering space is also a great space to watch big sport events and to do weekly exercise classes. All of the people who work at The Almere are very friendly and are quick to respond to any questions or issues you may have. Thank you especially to Mustafa who was so helpful and quick in finding a new flat for me and my boyfriend!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

A very convenient location with a good range of bars, restaurants, cafés and a large supermarket on the doorstep. Very accessible by foot to the train station, with multiple trains going to London and across the country. Having the shopping centre close by is also very handy which has a wide variety of shops and restaurants. The downside is the lack of parking availability in the building, otherwise you have to park your car quite far away in the council's residential parking bays. Occasionally there is some traffic noise from the road outside and at the weekends with people going out to drink and eat.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have always been quick to respond and fix any maintenance issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

None that I can think of, the building accommodates a lot of things.

The building has very high-level management from Mustafa and Natalie. I like how everything is kept in excellent condition. I find it very cool to have a gaming area and coworking spaces. it helps a lot in everyday life. The interior is very clean and smells good all the time. Perfect.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are great local shops and restaurants in the area. Various bus services are close to the building. There is parking both in the underground floor and outside the building. Excellent.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management staff Mustafa and Natalie are present to respond to problems or issues very quickly. Perfect.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that all the utilities, such as gas, electricity, and water, would be set up by the management staff and that I wouldn't need to do anything regarding this before my arrival.
