The area is a bit rough at night. No free parking options available. CMK shopping center at walking distance, with shops, restaurants and bars.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No complaints but maintenance services are getting worse.

Phone signal terrible, only WIFI calls. Schools in the area are not good. A few downsides but overall a nice place to stay, even if not cheap at all.

Awesome spot—near Campbell Park and Centre:MK. Cool perks like a 24/7 gym and rooftop vibes. Flats are slick, bright, and comfy. Management’s usually on it with fixes, plus free fast Wi-Fi’s a bonus.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management at Solstice Apartments, run by Grainger, is generally responsive and friendly. Maintenance issues like leaks or broken lights are fixed quickly. Overall, they’re proactive with physical problems, though administrative follow-through could improve.

The phone signal—barely get a bar indoors, so I’m always ducking out for calls. At the moment I do not experience any issues with signal

The connectivity to major highways is also a plus for those who drive.

The building management at 801 Solstice Apartments has generally responded to problems or issues promptly and effectively. When I have raised maintenance requests, they have been addressed within a reasonable timeframe, and the staff is always courteous and professional

I just feel very lucky to be a tenant here. This place is super nice

Real mix of stuff- inconsistent across all factors. Some good and some bad, but quality faded over time

Generally well in terms of maintenance, although resident services often made it feel like it was a chore

I wish I had know the originally greta service provided was going to fade away over time

The apartment itself is a haven of comfort. The rooms are spacious with a modern, welcoming vibe that makes you feel right at home. Each feature is designed with resident comfort in mind, from the plush furniture to the well-maintained, peaceful environment.

Above all, the staff at 801 Solstice Apartments deserves special mention. They are simply perfect—always friendly, helpful, and professional. Whether it’s dealing with maintenance requests quickly or just greeting residents with a smile, the staff goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels welcome and taken care of.

I absolutely love this place and only wish I had made the move here earlier.
