The local area is a great place to live, with a good selection of shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and green spaces all within easy reach. The neighbourhood feels safe, friendly and well maintained, making it suitable for families and professionals alike. Parking is generally available, and bin collections are carried out regularly without issues.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have had a very positive experience living in this development. The reception team is always friendly, responsive, and professional, handling all queries and issues efficiently. Parcel management is well organised and reliable, while the communal areas are consistently clean and well maintained. Security is excellent, making the building feel safe and secure at all times. Overall, it is a well-managed development and a great place to live.

Another wonderful aspect is the exceptional management and staff who genuinely care about residents and work hard to make the living experience outstanding. Building management has always been extremely responsive, professional, and helpful whenever I have had any questions or concerns. Danielle, Lisa, and Floyd consistently handle everything quickly and efficiently while maintaining a positive and caring attitude. Communication is excellent, and they always make residents feel heard and valued. Their dedication to providing outstanding service truly stands out and greatly contributes to the overall positive living experience at Solstice Apartments.

I wish I had known just how welcoming and enjoyable the community would be before moving in. The atmosphere at Solstice Apartments has exceeded my expectations in every way. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and very well-maintained, and the staff especially Danielle, Lisa, and Floyd truly make the experience exceptional. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication create such a positive environment that it immediately feels like home.

One of the best aspects is definitely the location — being right in Central Milton Keynes means everything is within walking distance, including Centre:MK, supermarkets, restaurants, gyms, cafés, Campbell Park, and transport links. The train station is also fairly close, making commuting to London and nearby cities convenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They usual are so supportive, we have access and quick response from the Solstice team by WhatsApp, emails, mobile and also in the building. Definitely, I'm happy with the all team, who helps me always when I need anything.

I've made my research before I move and so far there's nothing that I can raise to inform here.

So far so good, nothing to complain about just wish the house was properly cleaned before I moved in

All good at the moment, nothing major to complain about

That i would need my own cleaning service, to clean before I move in

Milton Keynes city centre has most shops i need. Soltice apartments are just across road. Bars clubs and restaurants are literally 5 minutes walk away. Train station 5 minutes by taxi. London is just an hour drive depending on traffic.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Exemplary ,all issues are resolved sharpish. If they can't help on the spot they arrange to come back at a later time.

Nothing bad to say. It has been a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
