There are several open spaces and parks nearby, providing great spots for outdoor activities and relaxation. • Transport Links: The transport links are quite convenient, with multiple bus routes and a nearby train station making commuting easy. The connectivity to major highways is also a plus for those who drive.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management at 801 Solstice Apartments has generally responded to problems or issues promptly and effectively. When I have raised maintenance requests, they have been addressed within a reasonable timeframe, and the staff is always courteous and professional

I just feel very lucky to be a tenant here. This place is super nice

Real mix of stuff- inconsistent across all factors. Some good and some bad, but quality faded over time

Generally well in terms of maintenance, although resident services often made it feel like it was a chore

I wish I had know the originally greta service provided was going to fade away over time

From the moment I arrived, the comfort and convenience of this place were apparent. The location is unbeatable, ideally situated for easy access to local amenities and transport links, making my daily commute and leisure activities a breeze. The apartment itself is a haven of comfort. The rooms are spacious with a modern, welcoming vibe that makes you feel right at home. Each feature is designed with resident comfort in mind, from the plush furniture to the well-maintained, peaceful environment.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Above all, the staff at 801 Solstice Apartments deserves special mention. They are simply perfect—always friendly, helpful, and professional. Whether it’s dealing with maintenance requests quickly or just greeting residents with a smile, the staff goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels welcome and taken care of.

I absolutely love this place and only wish I had made the move here earlier.

Location is well served and in the proximity of the CMK shopping centre. Campbell Park is also very close. Parking available but no free spaces.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick response, particularly in relation to repairs and maintenance issues.

The secondary schools in the catchment area are not great.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lots to do in the area and the building is right by the centre but away from the hustle and bustle. In 2 minutes you can get into the shopping centre, in 5 to the theatre, bars, mini golf and a night club and 10 to bowling, cinema, arcades, restaurants.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, I contacted them about a lock and another issue I had when I moved in and they responded quickly and solved the issues.

I would have liked to have known about how much of an issue the phone signal problem was.
