The location of the Kell is great right by the water with a lovely view , on site parking and easy transport links

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have always responded within 24 hours and dealt with any issues which has been minor

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I recommend to use the sitting room area which is nice and peaceful The WIFI works great as I work from home and it is more than enough for working all day .

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Multiple range of shops in the area like a Asda, Lidl, and a Londis. Just over the road is a restaurant. Amazing convenience to anyone living here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management have always been helpful. In my case I had a problem with the water heating and they gave me a in depth guide on how to set the timers for when the water is hot and cold. Very helpful

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How nice and respectful the other residents are in this building, even when passing another resident they always look happy and when I talk to them they have nothing bad to say about the place or the staff.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I have lived at the Kell since 2021. The reason why I like living here is because it is close to where I work and it makes commuting to and from work less stressful. There are local shops around to do your grocery shopping for your convenience. There's private parking and its secured. The management is always readily available to address any concerns you may have.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any problems and issues raised has been dealt with promptly.

I wish I had known parking payment was not included with rent.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very good location with shops and pubs in walking distance, and even some activity’s to do if you go a little further out

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always happy to help and always extremely helpful with any problems that I have ever had

Wish had known what the area was like before as it’s helps to get an idea of a community

Bar right across the road. Several super and mini-markets within walking distance, including a londis attached to the building.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The routine issues have always been dealt with promptly and professionally.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish I had moved in sooner, love the independence with the safety net of a good community. Love that it's dog friendly.
