Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living here has been an absolute pleasure from day one. we are directly opposite the shopping centre and just 5 minutes from all of the main supermarkets. The restaurant and bar scene is also just 5 minutes away . Nearby open spaces and parks are beautifully maintained, perfect for morning walks, weekend picnics, or simply unwinding after a long day. Transport links are excellent — regular and reliable bus services connect the area with ease, and the proximity to major road networks makes commuting by car a breeze. The train station is a 15 minute walk, making tmy daily commute a breeze. Highly recommended!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Sophia , Ryan, and the cleaning guy (I forget his name) who have been very friendly and helpful dueing my tenancy.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Flats are really quiet, no noise at night and absolutely no interference from neighbours or aBOVE

Lots of pubs, bars and coffee shops. Also right next to the shopping centre. Various travel links. Good area

There are no bad aspects of living in this area - location is very central with good transport links and and easy access to the shops and restaurants.

The building management responds to all problems incredibly fast and efficiently.

The most important insight is that you need to pick your parking spot wisely.

I’m very happy with the location. Everything I need—shops, restaurants, and open spaces—is within walking distance. Transport links are convenient, making commuting easy. The area feels safe and pleasant
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We recently had an issue with our oven, and I wanted to share how impressed we are with the service. As soon as I emailed about the problem, Sofia responded immediately. She quickly arranged for the issue to be checked and resolved. This is not the first time I’ve sent an email, and Sophia arranged everything so quickly for me, which is really great. A big thanks to Ryan as well, who came promptly and replaced the oven for us. My husband and I are really happy with how efficiently everything was handled. We feel reassured knowing that any problems in our flat are addressed so quickly and professionally.

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how quickly the management responds to any maintenance issues. so efficient !

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It’s basically part of town, that’s how close it is to everything - nice shops, groceries, restaurants, etc! Excellent transport links - less than 5 mins walk from the bus station and 15 mins walk from the train station. The only reason I gave the value a 4* is due the the soundproofing which could be better for my flat which is right by a road so there’s a fair amount of traffic noise and maybe a bit more of a private patio would be nicer for full privacy and homely feel. Besides those bits, it’s great and I’d recommend!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Sofia and Ryan are prompt and really helpful in answering any of my questions and keen to get the job done to any requests. Even simple things like accommodating moving my personal post box to a height I can reach it which was really nice of them. Sofia was particularly fantastic as she initially showed me the property and supported me throughout the process.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Only WiFi works in my apartment, no O2 cell service, but I don’t mind that as my WiFi is great and it’s probably dependent on your phone provider. One point to really think about is where your flat is positioned. What you might not hear when viewing or bother you then, you may not be able to get to used to after, like the noises from traffic, lift and people speaking (outdoors and indoors just outside flat). However, I personally can deal with it because as soon as I shut any room door and I’m not in my hallway entrance, I can’t hear the indoor noises at all, just outdoor maybe. That’s the only point I have that I feel can be improved, and that’s very particular to my flat, this may be unlikely for most the flats in the building. Everything else is great!
