Best development within Wycombe.

Howard court is definitely the best development within Wycombe. It's located perfectly and highly secured. The development is always kept clean, Aakifah and her team are very friendly, approachable and co-operative. The team are swift in their responses almost immediately and the issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently even if reported in late hours or in weekends. The facility of having your post delivered and signed by reception is a great service and hassle-free as you don't have to worry about missing your parcels.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's located perfectly and you feel you live inside Eden centre. Yet,It's a private development, isolated and traffic soundproof. The security within the building is great as you have to fob in few times before getting into flat which is great and safe. You have great access to all of the local shops, restaurants and the train station is within walking distance. The only downside is the WiFi connection and mobile network signals is poor sometimes.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The development is always kept clean, Aakifah and her team are very friendly, approachable and co-operative. The team are swift in their responses almost immediately and the issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently even if reported in late hours or in weekends.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Everything we wished for was as expected or better.

The local area is vibrant and lively

The development has a very modern design, we have tiles on the entrance and the stairs and apartment levels have carpet. The communal areas are always clean and there is no cluttering. The management suite/reception has also a very modern style, plenty of seating area with sofas, booths, toilet, table and chairs, kitchen with microwave and oven a d washing machine for dishes, coffee machine and a fridge where they keep the milk and free drinks. We also have a TV and pool table in a separate living room space and you can also watch Netflix o that TV. There is also a big kitchen space that you can rent if you're planning a gathering, this is also the space we use for our community activities when we do our celebrations such as pancake day, Christmas and others. We have garden within the development, free space to enjoy some fresh air, play with the kids and also to let the pets run free (there is a specific time for the pets to run without leach). The property management is very friendly a d helpful, there is also a handy man with is there to help with any issues you might have in your appointment. The property management do take our safety very serious, they send people to check fire alarm and fans in all apartments. For all works that need to be carried out such boilers check or any other engineer work, the staff will send a notification in the app we have a d they will also send an email to ensure we do not miss any announcement or notification. The gym we have in the building is well equipped and the also have a trainer that comes twice a month to give classes in the gym. You book the classes though the app. As a whole I'm happy to live in Howard Court and don't have plans to move?

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is vibrant and lively, it's the town centre and the transports are all near by such as bus garage and train station all within 8min walk. If you looking for restaurants, gym, cinema, pub, etc... they are all less the 10min walk plus we also have a gym in our building which is free for all residents. The building is located in a busy road (mainly during the day because of the car park for the shopping centre), but this is not an issue as all the apartments have double glazing. If you're a resident, you can rent parking space for £50 per month inside our building. If you have visitors, they can park for free in the street behind our building or they can park in the Eden shopping centre car park which is just in front of our building a d the prices are reasonable. Bin collection is normally on time, I have never seen all the bin full and we are organised enough not to place any bags outside the bin buckets. Although we are in the town centre, since I moved here (2. 5 years ago) there has only been one inside, I heard a group of people chanting as they passed near our building. As mentioned above, you'll not notice the traffic because of the double glazing.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They tend to solve the problems quickly. They give clear time lines as to when they expect to solve your issue, how they will solve and who they will contact to solve the issue. They will also keep you updated on the status of you issue.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew about the community activities they organise for the tenants. We had cinema day with snacks, halloween party with DJ, Christmas wreath making, and we also celebrated other cultures implant dates such as diwali and Chinese new year.

Howard Court is well organized, has polite and very kind staff who help us with everything we need. one ready to be seen and the repair management of common areas that is a little aside. but other areas such as fitness, leisure, pets area, cleaning are well managed.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The apartment is well located, airy and very comfortable. The only negative point is that we live in an apartment with only one bathroom, this is due to the layout of the one-bedroom model. We love living here!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, always responds promptly to us and resolves our questions or problems.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Before moving into this building I knew nothing about Howard. but it was well located

Very good choice for central Wycombe

KP (Tenant)

The development is really good, modern, good noise insulation. Any difficulties are resolved quire quickly. The price is within reason for the overall prices in the area considering how expensive buckinghamshire is. The facilities are very good, there is a small gym with equipment and some classes available without extra fees. As said above, management staff are fantastic at resolving any issues quickly.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Central High Wycombe location, very close to local amenities and transport links. On the negative side the road can get quite busy during rush hour however this is the case for all central areas. The bin collection is regular and the management of the development has oversight of any difficulties that come up. Parking is available in the development and other local parking areas are nearby e.g. eden shopping centre.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they have been amazing, and when something was within their control it was resolved really quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The traffic noise however I don't think it would have changed the decision to rent the apartment.
