I love the location - living right opposite Eden Centre gives perfect access to everything that town has to offer.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, building management responds to all comments and deals with any issues swiftly and efficiently.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I did a house tour before moving in, so I knew everything about the property. Definitely recommend taking one before moving in!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This part of High Wycombe has great easy access to the shopping center and restaurants. About a 18 min walk to the train station. Wycombe Swan and Wycombe Arts Centre has great shows, and the Rye park is closeby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have quickly addressed any issues we've had, which have been small repairs. Hope the service will be the same if something bigger happens.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There are vacant commercial spaces attached to the building. I realise now seeing them everyday they are quite grim spaces. Hopefully they will eventually be filled but Touchstone could do more to make it look nicer while empty. May encourage more businesses to want the space (and could keep rents down!)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Howard Court is a very convenient area to live in as we are right next to the shopping centre and train station that takes us straight to London.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have never had an issue, if anything had to be fixed we would mention it to Farah and Sofia and they would be very responsive and get it sorted. Thank to Ryan for all the maintenance help

Wish we had moved here earlier as we absolutely love it right now

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lovely area to live in, it is clean and the residents and the staff are very friendly. Farah and Sofia are amazing, whenever we have an issue they are always attentive and quick with maintenance issue. And always ready for a conversation and check up on us.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues we have we report to the main team, and they get back to us immediately making us feel heard.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew about this place sooner! I would love to stay here as long as possible.

Excellent place to live with a very good communal area and everyone is friendly, the sites are kept very clean at all times

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Assistance was consistently and immediately provided or handled.
