Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
My only reservations about the area is that nothing is open past 6/7pm. There's nowhere to having dinner in the evenings or anything so you do have to drive out for anything. I think a lot of restaurants in the highstreet would do so well if open later. I've never been to High Wycombe and having moved here into this new location and development, I have never regretted my choice. Aside from that, I feel the location is absolutely perfect. It's close to everything you could need such as shops, supermarkets, station, everything. The fact that I rarely need to use my car is so great because everything you could possible need is on your doorstep. Having a supermarket, coffee shop, park and being close to a station were must haves on my list when looking for a location and in High Wycombe where I am, I have exactly all that and more all in walking distance. Having worked from home for the last year and now having to go back to the office a few times a week, the commute to the office, while very expensive, is very convenient. I can be in London with 30 minutes which is quicker than a lot of my friends who actually live within London on the outer skirts. My friends are often quite jealous of how quick that is. All in all, I would not trade the convenience of it all for anything.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
While I've not had many, the management have dealt with any issues immediately. The security gates were one of the main things I've had any dealings with and the management were ontop of it. While this is still not entirely fixed, they have been on the case.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Overall, great location, great development, great landlord, and almost no issues whatsoever.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Excellent location for transport connectivity - bus , train... even airport is 15-25 min away. Lots of options for eating including the exhaustive option of china town. High street, bull ring and colmore financial district all in walking distance
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
If there is one aspect of the building that I could give top rating without any caveats or hesitation, it would be the building management team. Right from a welcoming front desk to the management team, everyone does everything in their gift to address any issue I have raised ( of which there haven't been many as well.. which probably also shows that they are on top of things in general) Special shout out to Jodie for all the support and Sajina for the daily blackboard updates riddle/joke (genuinely a nice thing bringing a smile or make you think on the way up in the lift)
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
(have to say through my own fault) didn't realise there is limited parking and no "guest" parking. But obviously lot of paid car park options around, so no harm done.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
This development is nicely situated in a commuter town. Ideal for people who want to live out of London but still being able to commute for work. It is also across a shopping centre which provides ease/comfort for essential needs. There is allocated parking for each of the flats which comes in handy.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Ivan and Sarah acknowledge issues and aims to send resolution at reasonable time frames
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Would advise to visit the community and the property to see if it fits your need.
