Central location makes for convenient living. The Great Eastern pub can be noisy but are doing more to police it now.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Robin has been fast and responsive to any maintenance requests, and accommodating with any help or concerns we've had.

How noisy The Great Eastern pub can be, especially on Friday and Saturday night.

The building is in the city centre, so it is very convenient and close to many facilities. There are plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants, and bars within walking distance, ranging from independents to well-known chains. The Bullring and Grand Central are also nearby, offering a wide choice of shopping. In addition, the area has excellent transport links, with frequent buses and trains from New Street Station that make commuting easy. Overall, it’s a comfortable, safe and pleasant place to live in city centre.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management is very responsive, and the property management team provides clear communication and support whenever needed. Thanks to their efforts, the development feels well cared for and offers an excellent balance of convenience, comfort, and quality of life. A special thank you to Karrie, who went above and beyond to assist us throughout the process of renting our flat. Her professionalism, patience, and friendly approach made everything much easier and far less stressful. We are also very grateful to the maintenance team, who were quick, helpful, and efficient in resolving issues. Overall, the entire team has made our experience smooth and positive, and we truly appreciate their excellent service.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing especially as i think the team provided all necessary information before my move in

Nice choice of restaurants around the building, also very near to the Bullring shopping centre and New Street Station, so it is super convenient. We are very happy to living here as our home in United Kingdom.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Kary is very responsive and always follow up the issue with us, overall the management team really good and appreciate their assistance as always.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I don't think we need something before moved in, because they give us a tour when we move in.

lovely team and very central location

location is quite handy , in front of the shopping mall so couldn't be any closer to shops, have m&s, primark, big Sainsbury's not very far either (maybe 5-6 min walk)

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

raised some concerns about some light issues and everything has been fixed quite quickly or as quick as they can as sometimes equipment needs to be ordered everyone in reception including security are always very nice and friendly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

it's personal but I quite like to know who my neighbors are for noise/friendliness/ etc but this raises other gdpr concerns
