The location of Broadside is amazing, so close to local facilities and the area feels safe. Local parking available very frequently for free (2 hours) and then after 6pm parking is free on the roads which is really convenient. Short walk to northern quarter, shops and plenty of restaurants. No experience of anti-social behaviour.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Issues upon moving in but this was resolved, have not had any further problems to raise.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That parking is a lot easier than anticipated in the local area

There a free gym at the property and a lounge as well. Also there are quite many shops nearby like Tesco and Saintsbury.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Absolutely fantastic building management staff, there are available almost 24/7.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

As mentioned before, it would have been nice the view the exact same apartment before moving in

It’s really pleasant to stay at The Forum. The neighbourhood feels safe and convenient, with good transport links and nearby shops. The management team is amazing, very responsive and helpful whenever there are any issues.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has always responded very quickly and handled issues in a professional and appropriate manner.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is nothing specific I wish I had known before moving in, as the overall experience has been positive and met my expectations.

Really convenient for shopping as Bullring is just less than 10 mins walk from here, even the best Asian restaurants are just down the building.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team are all very kind and efficient in solving any problem you have.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We have monthly events as those events are really nice, I would moved here earlier if I know that.

The property is in a very ideal location, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and the train station is only 10 minutes away. I've had no problems with the area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded quickly and had someone to do the repairs at a reasonable time.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the cladding works would begin 4 months in after moving in!
