Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is great and easily accessible! Obsessed with my view. However being on a one way road and lack of parking causes all sorts of problems especially when having friends/family over, getting deliveries and just simply coming home from work. Just a bit stressful.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been responsive and supportive but still trying to find solutions to some issues!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the car park isn’t going to be finished in July, we won’t see our bills straight away. The address still isn’t registered properly so admin things may take longer than expected.

A well managed community in the heart of high wycombe

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Howard Court in High Wycombe benefits from being close to a good range of shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and leisure facilities in and around the town centre. There are several parks and open spaces nearby, and transport links are generally convenient, with bus services and access to High Wycombe railway station providing connections to London and surrounding areas. Parking can sometimes be limited during busy periods, and traffic congestion on main roads can occur at peak times. Bin collections are generally reliable, and the area is usually quiet, although occasional traffic noise and some minor anti-social behaviour can occur, as is common in most urban areas. Overall, it is a convenient place to live with good local amenities and transport options.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has generally responded in a professional and reasonably timely manner to issues raised. Most routine maintenance requests have been acknowledged quickly and resolved within a sensible timeframe, particularly for common-area concerns such as cleaning, lighting, or general upkeep

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The co-working space and remote-worker lounge downstairs have excellent Wi-Fi, meaning you can easily save on your heating/cooling bills by working downstairs during the day

Excellent Location, Safe Building and Outstanding Management

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in High Wycombe is very convenient for me. The location is excellent because it gives me easy access to my children, local shops and very good transport connections into London and the surrounding areas. There is a good range of shops and services nearby and most things I need are within easy reach. Transport links are excellent by car, train and bus, which makes the area very practical for daily life and travel. The street itself feels safe, clean and generally quiet. Even though the development is in the centre of High Wycombe, the noise level is surprisingly low and when the windows are closed, you hardly notice that you are living in a town centre. The only point I would mention is visitor parking. There are limited visitor spaces on site, although there is a multi-storey car park opposite. It would be a nice improvement if residents could receive a discount for visitor parking there.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has responded excellently to any issues I have raised. Where possible, repairs have been carried out instantly by the in-house maintenance team. If parts need to be ordered or external contractors are required, then naturally there can be a short delay, but communication remains helpful, professional and clear.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known just how helpful the staff are. My advice to any new resident would be to simply ask if you need help, because the team will always try to assist in the best possible way. I would also say that almost everything you need is on your doorstep. Even though the development is in the centre of High Wycombe, the building is much quieter than expected and with the windows closed, you hardly notice the town centre location.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is incredibly convenient, offering great access to the local area while still providing a peaceful place to return to.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team is highly proactive; communication is always clear, and maintenance requests are resolved promptly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew how quiet and well-insulated the building is. Moving into a town-center development, you sometimes expect a bit of noise, but Howard Court is incredibly peaceful and a total haven to relax in. Good facilities and work stations for professionals.
