Directly opposite to the mall, good access to grocery shops, restaurants. Not much traffic noise can be heard from the flats.

Limited parking availability - will have to request early on in tenancy/ask about availability long before moving in

Parking is good. Right infront of the town mall with range of dining options and shopping options at your doorstep

Very helpful and prompt. They arrange to fix your problem as soon as they can which is amazing

New build development and friendly staff and continuined development of property

The location is perfect. No noise. The mall is just opposite and the train station is a ten minute walk.

Yes. All issues are addressed quickly and efficiently.

I think the information provided was pretty comprehensive.

Good access to Eden shopping centre and close to train station. Road noise is a problem. Parking is provided.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They do respond to tickets raised but not always very quickly.

It’s a very comfortable place to live but quite a loud area.

The location is extremely convenient in the middle of the town right beside the gym and the Eden Center. It is very quick to get to London. The local road noise can get ridiculous (loud exploding exhausts).

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There was a leak in a communal area. It took longer than expected to fix but it absolutely did get fixed.

I wish I had known how loud the area was. This is only a problem for apartments at road level.
