Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
My only reservations about the area is that nothing is open past 6/7pm. There's nowhere to having dinner in the evenings or anything so you do have to drive out for anything. I think a lot of restaurants in the highstreet would do so well if open later. I've never been to High Wycombe and having moved here into this new location and development, I have never regretted my choice. Aside from that, I feel the location is absolutely perfect. It's close to everything you could need such as shops, supermarkets, station, everything. The fact that I rarely need to use my car is so great because everything you could possible need is on your doorstep. Having a supermarket, coffee shop, park and being close to a station were must haves on my list when looking for a location and in High Wycombe where I am, I have exactly all that and more all in walking distance. Having worked from home for the last year and now having to go back to the office a few times a week, the commute to the office, while very expensive, is very convenient. I can be in London with 30 minutes which is quicker than a lot of my friends who actually live within London on the outer skirts. My friends are often quite jealous of how quick that is. All in all, I would not trade the convenience of it all for anything.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
While I've not had many, the management have dealt with any issues immediately. The security gates were one of the main things I've had any dealings with and the management were ontop of it. While this is still not entirely fixed, they have been on the case.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Overall, great location, great development, great landlord, and almost no issues whatsoever.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Perfectly placed for Chinatown, New Street Station and the Bullring. Private parking available in the Forum. Busy area but no noise inside the flat.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Rapid, friendly response. One of the people responsible for maintenance, Christopher, is a maintenance wizard.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
If you're getting a tesco delivery, they don't tend to come up but if you ask nicely they will.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in this area has been a mostly positive experience. There’s a good selection of local shops and supermarkets nearby, and plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Public transport is convenient – buses and trains are generally reliable, making it easy to get into the city centre. The area feels safe and residential, and bin collections are regular. Parking can sometimes be a bit limited depending on the time of day, and there can be occasional traffic noise, but nothing too disruptive. Overall, it’s a comfortable and well-connected place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
A special thanks to Jodie and the Management Team – communication has always been clear and helpful, and any requests or issues were handled efficiently and professionally. Kary was especially responsive and supportive, even during our move-out process, which made everything smooth and stress-free.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in was the schedule and scope of the external building works. It would have been helpful to have advance notice of the planned façade maintenance and to receive regular updates at each stage of the works. This would have allowed for better preparation and understanding of how it might impact daily life. That said, the management team has been responsive to questions when asked, and with more proactive communication, the experience could be even better.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in The Forum, Birmingham offers a lot of positives. It's right in the city centre, so shops, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets are all close by. The Bullring and Grand Central are just a short walk away, which makes shopping and dining super convenient. Transport links are excellent, with Birmingham New Street and Moor Street stations close by, plus plenty of bus routes. Parking is limited, you need to ask when you move-in. The area around The Forum is generally lively but can get a bit noisy on weekends due to the nightlife. Bin collections are consistent, and the building itself is secure and well-maintained. Overall, it’s a great place to live if you enjoy city life and want everything within easy reach.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been responsive and helpful. Kary was very helpful during move-in.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Another thing I wish I had known is that the outside maintenance works can sometimes be a bit noisy, especially during office hours. Overall the building has everything, the location and amenities are great!
