Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is very lively as there are local shops and restaurants surrounding us yet we can still get peace and quiet.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues are quickly tackled as the building has established a proactive maintenance schedule.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The typical viewing does not capture the full atmosphere of the community. With the lounge and gym space comes social engagement.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local area is amazing. So close to town, northern quarter and ancoats. Shops, gym, cafes, bars and restaurants are so close to the building. Traffic is a bit noisy as just off the main oldham road but flats are well insulated.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

With complete ignorance and stupidity. Would never go to them for any other problems.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I'd known how untrusworthy the landords were as I would never have moved there.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living at The Forum is an exceptionally comfortable and convenient experience that exceeds expectations. A well-stocked supermarket is situated directly downstairs, catering to daily grocery needs, while a vibrant indoor food market and a bustling open-air market are just 50 meters away. These markets offer an abundant selection of fresh, affordable produce, including locally sourced meat, seafood, seasonal vegetables, and fruits, ensuring both quality and great value. The apartment itself features a sleek yet practical design, equipped with comprehensive modern facilities: a fully fitted kitchen with essential appliances, efficient heating, ample storage space, and 24-hour security for peace of mind. The building is well-maintained, with bright, airy interiors that enhance daily living. The staff are consistently warm, attentive, and highly efficient, promptly addressing any queries or maintenance requests with professionalism. In summary, The Forum seamlessly combines convenience, comfort, and top-tier service, making it a truly perfect living space in Birmingham.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The Forum's building management responds to issues promptly and professionally. They log requests immediately, resolve problems within 24 hours, and follow up to ensure my satisfaction.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I knew The Forum had great transport links before moving in, but its shopping convenience surprised me—its proximity to shops makes it truly ideal for living.
