We're delighted to hear that you're enjoying the apartment, communal spaces, rooftop terrace, and views, as well as the service provided by our concierge and maintenance teams. It's great to know that you value the location and all that Ancoats and the city centre have to offer. We appreciate your comments regarding the utilities management service provider and connectivity arrangements. We recognise that the transition period has caused some uncertainty for residents. Updates regarding the new utilities provider were issued in July, and the new provider should reach out in due time. We appreciate residents' patience throughout this process and remain committed to providing clear and timely communication as soon as additional information becomes available. It's also encouraging to hear that any maintenance issues you have experienced were addressed promptly by the team. Delivering a responsive service remains a key priority for us.
