The team is absolutely amazing,,, I have been living here since almost 1 year now and I find it very peaceful , I have rented many properties previously but not found like this one, staff is really helpful, china town and bullring is like 2 mins walk

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very good and serious and they respond as quick as possible

Only that construction work which is going on from long long time now

Living in my local area is generally comfortable. There are several supermarkets, convenience stores, and small restaurants nearby, which makes daily life easy. Transport is fairly convenient with frequent buses and a train station within walking distance, though peak-hour traffic can be slow. The street itself is usually quiet, although sometimes noise increases on weekends.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Everyone I've met throughout my application is supporting and helpful.

The windows is really nice especially in sunny days!

The Forum B5 is located in a very convenient part of Birmingham. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and cafés within walking distance, and the city centre is only a short bus ride away. Public transport is frequent and reliable, making it easy to reach the university and major train stations. The neighbourhood feels generally safe and lively, and bin collections are regular.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Whenever I raised a question or reported a minor issue, the management team responded promptly and followed up until everything was resolved. Their friendly and efficient approach gives residents confidence that any concerns will be taken seriously.

The apartments are very well insulated, which is great for energy efficiency, but it can get quite warm in summer. Bringing a small fan can make hot days more comfortable.

The local area has a good mix of shops and restaurants within walking distance, and there are several open spaces nearby which are great for a quick walk or run. Public transport is reliable, with bus and train links making commuting fairly straightforward. Bin collections are consistent and the streets are generally clean. The neighbourhood feels safe, and there isn’t much trouble with noise or antisocial behaviour.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No issues have been raised yet but the staff has been very responsive with any minor inconveniences raised

More information on where the utilities meter was placed within the flat to help monitor resident usage

The building is in the city centre, so it is very convenient and close to many facilities. There are plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants, and bars within walking distance, ranging from independents to well-known chains. The Bullring and Grand Central are also nearby, offering a wide choice of shopping. In addition, the area has excellent transport links, with frequent buses and trains from New Street Station that make commuting easy. Overall, it’s a comfortable, safe and pleasant place to live in city centre.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management is very responsive, and the property management team provides clear communication and support whenever needed. Thanks to their efforts, the development feels well cared for and offers an excellent balance of convenience, comfort, and quality of life. A special thank you to Karrie, who went above and beyond to assist us throughout the process of renting our flat. Her professionalism, patience, and friendly approach made everything much easier and far less stressful. We are also very grateful to the maintenance team, who were quick, helpful, and efficient in resolving issues. Overall, the entire team has made our experience smooth and positive, and we truly appreciate their excellent service.
