Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Love living at the forum! Local amenities include Tesco and a wide variety of restaurants and other shops. It's a 5-10,minute walk from New Street Station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management have responded to all issues raised. There are a few minor issues I have raised in recent weeks that haven't been sorted yet, but anything urgent is handled immediately.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how great the community is - it would have made finding somewhere to live much quicker and easier! The bin collections happen at very early hours, and the apartments are usually very hot. Definitely worth leaving your windows open for a couple of hours before bed.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very well connected! 10 minutes walk to new street station. Huge variety of food options. Available parking for a fee in the building itself.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have and have been very nice and helpful! Just a bit of a delay occasionally between submitting the request and them getting into contact!

How nice the concierge team is! Would be nice to have someone check in to the flat with me.

Lots of amenities nearby. Bibs are collected very early in the morning though so have to have windows close for them

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not had to raise any issues yet. But they did asssit us when we was having WiFi problems

There is no shaver port so you will need an apdapter.

Near New Street station and China town It’s convenient to go anywhere. The location is not too noisy at night.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The administrators answered questions very quickly

I'm a little confused about the choice of energy supplier, so I hope that next time I can be more specific with the information I'm given.

Garbage collection room stinks a lot. This is the one area according to me needs improvement. If this can be taken inconsideration to maintain good health.

Satisfied as have received quick responses on the problems or issues I have raised.

Good - Amenities we haven't expected would be so good.
