We like Lina House very much. Our flat is well-designed and comfortable, and the communal parts of the building are very stylish. We've had a few small snagging issues but Touchstone have dealt with them speedily and have been very helpful. We would highly recommend moving here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We love being able to walk to Chiswick, and it's great to be so close to the overground and the tube!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Touchstone have been very patient and helpful when dealing with the snagging issues we've had.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

When we moved in, we didn't realise there was a pre-payment meter for heating and hot water which is set up with an eco-friendly heat pump energy system - we put £150 on it, and it looks like this will be enough to keep us going for six months. To have such a low bill for heating and hot water is a huge bonus, and we are very grateful for it.
