Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area has good shops, cafés and parks within walking distance. Transport links are reliable with frequent buses and nearby stations. Parking is available at any time as we have in house garage - secured along with bike storage. Traffic noise is not present at all as we’re not close to any busy road or exposed to any peak hours of activity.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Responds are very quick, assertive and reliable without any hesitation

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing, everything was communicated beforehand and very well

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's a lovely area to live in, lively in the wider area, and peaceful in the immediate area. Close enough to the train station and plenty of buses. Very close to the beach.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have had an issue with intermittent hot water and our concierge has been very helpful.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The flats are well insulated, so we don't seem to need to put the heating on even when it's freezing outside and it's very quiet. We don't hear any noises from neighbouring flats.
