We love living at Wellesbourne!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We moved into our two-bedroom apartment at Wellesbourne on Preston Road a few weeks ago, and we’re absolutely loving it. The amenities are stunning—everything is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The staff have been incredibly friendly and helpful since day one, which made settling in so easy. The views over Preston Park are beautiful, and there’s always something to do in the area—whether it’s a walk in the park, grabbing a coffee nearby, or exploring Brighton. One of our favourite things has been the social area downstairs—it’s a great space to relax or work from, and the resident socials that are organised really help you feel part of a community. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to move here!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Every efficient. I was able to contact the front office and maintenance via the Hestia app

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I’m really looking forward to is the possibility of there being a shop/cafe or gym on the ground floor of the building.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good aspects: Preston Park right outside, there's shops nearby, off-licenses, paypoints, and bus stops within 1 min. Somewhat negative aspects: No supermarkets close-by (within 4-5 mins).

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They're super quick to respond and the liaising with the maintenance team is also very efficient. I had a call from the engineer within 2 days, and that was during the bank holiday!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How easy it would have been when I was moving here, they're all so helpful and patient.

Fantastic area to live in - family friendly and with lots to do! Lots of activities and nice restaurants nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They did take a while to come back to us when we had an issue but they have explained why and apologised for this. So it’s good overall :)

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The balconies are great and spacious as well - you can have amazing views of Preston Park!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development is close to local parks and countryside with local shops being in easy distance for walking and cycling. The design of the houses is really good. BUT finish is poor and management of the site very poor.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That they are primarily a social housing provider - quality doesn't seem to be in their thinking,

What is the best feature of your home:

The design of the house is lovely and the location near to Cranleigh and the Countryside
