Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area has a great range of shops, restaurants and bars, all within a short walk, which makes daily life very easy. There are plenty of places to eat, from casual spots to nicer venues, and the open spaces around the city centre give you somewhere calm to step into when you want a break from the busy streets. Transport links are very convenient with trams, buses and trains close by, although it can get crowded during peak times. Living on the street feels safe and lively, with regular bin collections and well kept surroundings. Parking can be limited and traffic noise is noticeable at times, but overall the location is very practical and easy to live in. The concierges including Beth and Helen are wonderful!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

n/a - not raised any. But when we have had issues, they've been fixed quick

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish i had known about the free hot chocolate machine and that it's so windy

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Central location very useful; lots of shops for picking up everyday items like milk and bread; nice restaurants close by including Rudy's Pizza; easy to get buses and trams as they're a 5-min walk away. Recent roadworks to the main road has created issues with deliveries having to use side streets/rear of the development; building has parking but a lot of the buildings nearby do not so the roads do get clogged up during evenings and weekends, sometimes even with careless drivers going the wrong way down the one-way streets; you do get some anti-social behaviour from a lot of the buildings around (sound travels across the street) but the building managers of both the surrounding buildings as well as our own are really good at resolving those issues if you raise anything with them.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very approachable and they listen to all queries/issues, applying a triage system. Urgent issues are always dealt with in a timely manner.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

In the age of screens and digital technology, it's still amazing to see how much more you can get out of people by simply getting chatting to them and making friends. The building team are always very professional and helpful, but this is amplified when you get to know them directly and you can just run any queries/issues past them and get guidance right there and then. It also makes them handling things like your parcel deliveries far, far easier!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Its really good area and it’s quiet compared to the city centre but still close enough that you can get into town easily. The tram stop is just a short walk away which makes commuting really straightforward, and there are plenty of supermarkets, food places and bars within walking distance. MediaCity and Salford Quays are nearby which is great for restaurants and walks by the water. The street itself is generally calm with very little traffic, and it doesn’t feel crowded. Parking can be a bit limited at times which is probably the biggest downside, but bin collection is reliable and it’s a well-kept area overall. Noise isn’t really an issue and any problems tend to be dealt with quickly.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Really well manager by the team who are onsite and Savills

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known about the near by scrap yard sometimes it can be loud.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is great, right on top of some local shops, these are renowned to be expensive but a short walk to more affordable shops. Close to some of the citys best restaurants and bars. Transport is good for mainline travel across country at Piccadilly, closest metro link is a good 10minute walk. No local parking available without increased cost and if you do choose to park on the street you will get a ticket in certain hours and also run a risk of theft.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Like aforementioned, any issues you may have will be fixed within the same day or the next working day but this does exclude the issues with the windows. They supported me when I had my vehicle stollen from the property. I was made aware that the vehicle is left at own risk, but some future security should be looked into for the way the person gained access to the building.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

This is a great place to live if you wish to be involved in a community that is social and makes you feel welcome. Whilst the local area is mostly safe be aware this is still city centre living and be cautious of any vehicles you have being parked around the area. Invest in some secure parking.
