Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Quality of bars are good and lots to choose from, not as many restaurants around but more in city centre. Parking okay if you have a car but expensive. Can be noisy at weekends with few clubs around

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Few issues when I moved in but they was quickly attended too.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

You do pay for what you get, it's quite expensive overall but be everything was included. We did get a refund for difference of bills.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Buses every minute, trains every 20 mins and Ubers obviously available everywhere. Northern quarter is great place to go and would steer away from Piccadilly as quite rough. We are on Oxford road so can be quite busy especially with all students.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, not had many but they fixed when I raised them.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wanted higher floor and they said was available and then when I came to pay and sign it wasn't so had to go for lower floor!

Yes issues been raised over my time and resolved. I did wait 7 days once for washing machine issue

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

List if endless on what to do in city centre and you are really at the heart of it all! If you drive then it can be expensive as we thought about bringing car but decided against it as some places was charging £200 a month! They have site security which makes us feel comfortable

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes responded to most of my issues although did wait a while for toilet seat but I think they had to order as they ran out

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The is a bar called amber that can be really noisy across the road.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is really good. It has good transport links for getting in to town as well as getting out of town. Parking is easy having the on site car park makes it really easy and affordable. Shops are convenient for food and it’s easy to get to the shops in town and the Trafford centre. Having access to good places to walk a dog is also good with park and canal. Traffic can be noisy but that’s to be expected on a main road so it isn’t a problem

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Only time I have raised an issue I received help really quickly and the issue was easily resolved so really happy with the help.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That there are some issues with the parcel lockers and codes. Just feel like I it causes unnecessary work for staff to be asked to get parcels every time
