A new home in Manchester. New Vic staff is helpful for every procedure in our moving process from contract signing to indoor facilities, the service is fast and efficient. The building is located in a just fitted location of central Manchester.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There is no specific issue has been raised after I moved in recently

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I do want to see the rubbish disposal area will be more organised and cleaned. More Recycling ♻️ friendly

This is a lovely area, I feel safe here - There is an Aldi which is great, along with multiple cafes along the canal - perfect place

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Whenever I raise something via the app, I always get an email the same day

I didn’t know much about Ancoats until I moved here, I wish I knew sooner how lovely it was

The local area is amazing. Close to supermarkets, high street shops and shopping centres. There are lots of restaurants, bars and coffee shops close by in Northern Quarter. Transport links are great with Victoria station on our doorstep.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I had some problems when moving in with washing machine tripping my switch board. It was dealt with the day after being reported.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The on site parking is quite expensive and limited spaces.

Lovely staff/concierges Parking is a pain but available at 200 beneath the building Excellent transport links so very convenient after a night out

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes respond fairly quickly Sometimes front management appeal to them for a quicker service which works well

Good restaurants nearby It gets windy due to air trapping Very pet friendly

I love the area, it’s central to town so noise is obviously always going to be there but that’s what you get in any city centre building. It’s close to all shops, really close to my work and right by the station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, one of wardrobes broke and they came up within 24 hours I think

I don’t have any issues after being here for a year so no
