Great Location, Well-Managed & Easy Living

Pomona Wharf, M15

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Pomona Wharf is in a really convenient spot and is close to the city centre but a bit quieter. Cornbrook tram stop is just a short walk away, so getting around Manchester is easy. You’ve got plenty of bars, restaurants and shops nearby in Castlefield and Deansgate, plus nice canal walks. The area itself is generally calm with not much anti-social behaviour. Parking can be a bit tight at times, but manageable. Overall, it’s a good mix of peaceful living and city access.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management have been responsive and easy to deal with. Any issues raised are usually picked up quickly and there’s clear communication throughout, so you’re not left chasing for updates. Repairs are handled in a reasonable timeframe and the team are approachable and helpful, which makes a big difference.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking can get busy at times, so it’s worth sorting a space early if you need one. Also, parcel lockers are really useful but can fill up quickly, so it’s good to keep an eye on deliveries. On the plus side, the area is quieter than you might expect for how close it is to the city, and the tram links make getting around really easy.

I've been met with friendly and professional people that have solved the issues every time.

The Trilogy, M15

Mar 2026

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The Trilogy is well placed with super convenient transport links with the tram and bus. The Banyan Tree close by is a really lovely cafe to have as well as the nearby Tesco and Co-op grocery stores. The apartment building is generally quite quiet and I have had very little disturbance living here. The streets are generally also quiet, apart from the odd person on the odd weekend.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management have been super responsive and helpful with all issues. I've had a couple of times where they have come out to change a fire alarm battery or support with my central heating and each time I've been met with friendly and professional people that have solved the issues every time.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The Trilogy is well placed with super convenient transport links with the tram and bus.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I think the living area is good, it’s tidy and it has the tram stop near by which I think is very good. The scrap yard is the only down fall for noise here whenever my apartment is facing it.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has responded to issues or queries in a effective manner which makes my living so much more easier.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wished I knew that the scrapyard was here as before I didn’t know about it.

Good option for city centre renting

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Excellent overall, very close to city centre, transport links, shops and restaurants etc. Parking availability is an issue, but probably similar in most city centre rentals

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have had an issue with WiFi one time and it was fixed quickly (within 24 hours). I have had issues with water temperature and pressure in the shower, that was also fixed very quickly with a replacement shower head.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Rooftop closure time is 10pm each day. WiFi has 2.4ghz and 5ghz options and better to use the 5 for most things, but some of my devices only capable of connecting to the 2.4, which is sometimes a bit slower.

The Trilogy, M15

Mar 2026

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I’ve really enjoyed living in the trilogy. Locality to shops, the people, staff has made living experience a joy. Everyone is super friendly. Having a parking space has made my commute so convenient and whenever I’ve had an issue it’s been resolved in a timely manner. I honestly have no complaints besides the monthly resident social stopping. Funmi and Muneeb are honestly the greatest! Always such a pleasure to see them.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always been prompt and no issues to raise. Had issues securing a fob for the car park but was swiftly sorted.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Just want the resident social to come back. Use to be such a good way to meet the community here. But beyond that I’ve loved loving here.
