Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Excellent location round the corner from the station and minutes away from central Manchester. Does get a bit rowdy on Canal Street on weekends where you can hear noise if the windows are open but nothing that is going to keep you awake as the windows are fairly soundproof.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very speedily, any service requests are usually actioned the very next day.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the heating unit is impossible to use so it gets very cold!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Perfect location. Easily walkable for convenience shops and a big weekly shop at aldi. Easily walkable to city centre for shopping and northern quarter for bars, but also feels far enough away to avoid all the craziness and noise of those areas. Super close to train station, ideal for travel and meeting visitors.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Only had to use maintenance once for a small leak under the kitchen sink, and they came to fix it about 15 minutes later

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking at Baird street for visitors is ideal, and the walk to the train station is much shorter than expected - about 5 mins for a fast walker!

In terms of value, the development offers great quality for the price. Considering the location, design, and overall experience, it represents very good value and is definitely worth it.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in this area has been an excellent experience overall. There is a fantastic range of local shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes all within easy walking distance, offering both convenience and variety. The quality is consistently high, and there is something for every need, whether it’s daily essentials or dining out. The area also benefits from well-maintained open spaces and nearby parks, which provide a great balance between city living and relaxation. Transport links are outstanding, with easy access to public transport and quick connections to central locations, making commuting very smooth and efficient. The neighbourhood feels safe, clean, and well looked after. Parking is generally manageable, and services such as bin collections are reliable and well-organised. Overall, it’s a very pleasant and convenient place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team has been outstanding. They are consistently professional, responsive, and helpful. Any issues raised are handled quickly and efficiently, with clear communication throughout. Their proactive approach and attention to detail really enhance the overall living experience.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Honestly, there are very few downsides. If anything, I would say I wish I had known how smooth and enjoyable the overall experience would be from the start. The development, location, and management have all exceeded expectations, making it a great place to live. I would highly recommend it to anyone considering moving here.
