Its not too bad but definitely could be better if there were more shops nearby, bit of walk to centre but cant complain, I pretty much like it.

They did manage to fix it but never on time take sometimes took ages to fix.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Very close to Arndale which has lots of shops including an Aldi which you can do your food shop in. It is also close to Victoria Station which is very convenient. The parking availability isn’t great - it is very expensive at the complex and there aren’t many cheap options nearby. It is quite loud on the weekends/after there has been football on but I think the windows do a good job at limiting the noise so it doesn’t cause too much disruption.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
It has been very 50/50. Sometimes they have been very helpful but other times, for example when our fridge broke, they just gave us a mini fridge which took up loads of space and told us that was the solution. Also our table was broken when we moved in and they did nothing about it until a few weeks before we moved out.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The price of bills and council tax. We had been told our bills would be about half and what they have actually costed us, we were told a rough estimate before we moved in which is fine of course they can’t tell us exactly but they were almost double the figure they told us.

The location is great and I love how there are nice shops and restaurants near the area. It is also close to Piccadilly station. It is also very close to the city centre.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are very responsive to any major or minor questions I have.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Before moving in I would definitely ask about utilities.
