Ancoatts is perfect ! It’s got everything you need on your doorstop .More Parking availability would be my only desire

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have had a few minor issues and they got resolved on the same day. The buildings app makes it so easy to report issues and the desk team are amazing too

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

A good, safe area with easy access to the city centre. It's close to Aldi and other local shops, making everyday shopping convenient. Being near the main train station was a big advantage, and it's also easy to get out of the city by car or public transport. Overall, it's a convenient and pleasant area to live in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues or questions were dealt with quickly. The management team, concierge, and maintenance staff were always quick, helpful, and friendly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Make the most of the shared amenities and terraces from the start. We didn't end up using them as much as we could have.

Ancoats is great - 5 mins walk from Piccadilly and lovely walk around the marina. Parking actually not too bad round the new Islington area Pubs nearby that I’d reccomend include anything on the marina and Piccadilly central

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Helped us with several small bits at move in - haven’t needed to use too much but swift in coming back to us

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Everyone who lives here is lovely and there’s a top vibe - have ended up on several nights out with the crew who we met here

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Everything is walking distance, 10 minutes away from city centre, great range of bars, shops and restaurants in the area. Easy access to public transport, bus stop 2 minutes away and tram stops 5 minutes away. Train station also located 10 minutes away. Can be a little bit noisy due to the Leonardo Hotel being located across the street.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management and maintenance resolved all issues straight away and everything was fixed properly first time

Apartments can get very cold in the winter and are quite difficult to keep warm.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location with excellent transport links, cafés, bars and green spaces nearby. The area feels lively, always safe and well maintained.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has been responsive, professional and quick to resolve issues raised by residents.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how convenient and walkable the area would feel day to day. Everything from cafés and restaurants to transport links and green spaces is close by, and the building has a much stronger community atmosphere than expected from a city-centre development.
