Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in this area has been a really positive experience. The nearby canals offer peaceful green spaces to relax or go for a run. Public transport links are excellent, Manchester Piccadilly is just a short walk away, and there are tram stops and bus routes nearby that make getting around the city or commuting super convenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has always been quick to respond. Any maintenance requests or questions have been handled professionally and without delay, which really gives peace of mind.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I’d known just how convenient everything would be once settled in — from the resident app for booking amenities and reporting issues, to how quiet the apartments are despite being in the city centre. It’s little things like that that make day-to-day living much smoother. I’d also recommend new residents make use of the shared spaces early on — they’re a great place to work or meet neighbours, and they help create a real sense of community.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The castings is very well located,excellent access to shops such as Aldi,local Sainsbury’s and local amenities. The surrounding area feels safe and lively with plenty options nearby. Parking and waste collection are well organised. Primary school Co-op Academy walking distance for 10 minutes. Overall the local community is pleasant and well maintained.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team has been excellent in responding quickly to any issued raised. Maintenance updates are always communicated clearly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Everything has been as expected, but it would be have been helpful to know more bit about recycling before moving in. Otherwise the move in and settling process were smooth and the support from the team made it an easy transition.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s quiet, but still very central to everything. We get to enjoy the benefits of living in the city centre, while avoiding the noise at night time and during the day. Transport is probably the only issue, if you don’t own a car and as a university student I do quite a lot of walking

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t raised any issues, I’ve had to buy a new key after losing my old one and that was done very quickly for me.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

You really have to make the place yours, it’s very simplistic when you walk in, it can get boring but you have the creative freedom (as long as you’re within the tenancy agreement) to tailor it to you comfortably.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is no bad aspects. It’s a really calm area. Very peacefully. And also quite easy to access the city centre.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management respond very quickly and effectively.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew the building had other students, I would’ve been less worried about meeting people around my age.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I’d say that my overall; experience has been good! Pleasant and thoughtful staff, especially when in the early process of getting into the flat!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Amazing, they responded so quickly that I didn’t even notice there was a problem!
