Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The Castings is a great place to live. From the staff at reception as you come in, to the amenities and the living space. Everything is top quality and it is a great place to live. It is excellent to host friends in the Dining Space, great for working from home and also has a wonderful cinema room.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quick to respond and deal with any issues promptly. Great service.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing really. If anything, I didnt realise how amazing the location was and how quiet it is in this area whilst also being close to the city. Only a 10 minute walk. I would recommend this place to anyone looking and feel grateful that I live here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location of the local area is perfect. Far enough from town where you don’t hear any traffic / loud commotion but close enough where you can be anywhere within a 20 minute walk or if you’re feeling lazy it’s a 2 minute walk from the tram station. Only thing I’d add is a sports bar but that’s because I am a big footie fan apart from that it’s perfect.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management are so efficient and always promptly deal with any issues

Everything was covered there was no issues when moving in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is fantastic, quiet yet within easy walking distance of great restaurants, breweries, and local shops. It strikes a really nice balance between being peaceful at home while still having plenty of things to do nearby. Transport links are convenient and everything feels very accessible. The street itself feels safe and well-kept, with no major issues around noise or disruptions.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t raised any issues so far, which in itself speaks to how well things are run. For general questions and smaller requests, the team has been very responsive, approachable, and helpful. They are easy to reach and quick to assist, which gives a lot of confidence in the overall management.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would recommend completing the referencing process as early as you can, as it helps move everything along more smoothly. Ask as many questions as you can during viewing. I would also recommend checking in pre-move-in cleaning to make sure everything is completed to your expectations.

Legendary staff!! Always smiling friendly and helpful. Makes it a pleasure to live in the building!!

Yes they have been very quick to handle any issues ive raised

The cinema room is tough to book due to high demand!

It is right at the city centre ,5 minutes away from the train station Piccadilly and still far enough from loud traffic noise

I could not find a package and the staff has helped me track it down

Walls are a little thin Not much of a parking lot
