Great location as you are a stones throw away from town but don’t have the noisy aspect. No negatives, it’s got everything you need.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Have to give a shout-out to the building management team for always being there for us, Rosh is super friendly and helped in time of need! She’s a star!

Make sure to secure your apartment quickly, don’t miss out.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Coffee shops, restaurants on our doorstep and only a 5 minute walk along the canal into city centre and Manchester Piccadilly station. Very convenient location for work, pleasure and everything in between. The street is very quiet, always kept clean and tidy, no traffic noise when in my apartment, overall a pleasant and ideal location/street.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We personally haven’t had any issues to report, however as we were moving in some extra sealant work had to be done in the bathroom, the maintenance man was polite, understanding and worked the job around a good time for us, he was quick and explained everything to us.

It’s not just an apartment in an apartment block, it’s a home within a home built from amazing staff, friendly neighbours and a strong community.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

lots of shops and food places nearby. plenty of transport links nearby - ubers, trams, train station. hardly any street or traffic noise!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We needed the shower screen siliconing in our bathroom and it was fixed in the same day!

There is so much on offer here, it feels like a community too, not just an apartment.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Ancoats is a nice part of town, and is very much up and coming. You can easily get to the centre on foot or by tram. You’re in the city centre so noise and traffic will always be there, however due to the building position, it’s kind of insulated from the worst of it.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

My only issues were the odd missing parcels, but I was helped with this by the front desk team who were very outgoing for me.

The team gave me all the information before I moved in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living here is great because it’s peaceful and well connected. Easy to go city centre or other neighbourhoods on foot. Area close to tram . Pleasant and comfortable place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management team top, professional and warm. Efficiently and giving us a good comfort and satisfaction, top. Any issue usually resolved in a short time.

Great for social live, great place to live especially if you enjoy the city life and everything within walking distance and quiet and peaceful atmosphere !
