Kwam, James, Samson & Ralph have been very helpful with everything, whether it’s a small or a big ask! Nothing ever is an issue and everyone always greets you with a smile.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues or problems that we had raised in the past have been responded to and solved quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We wasn’t aware that the fire station was so close to the building so it can get a bit noisy at night time.

Kwam, James, Samson & Ralph have been top class with me and fiancé always extremely helpful and go above and beyond! These guys make this place what it is as we love living here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond quickly and resolve issues efficiently.

Nothing really everything was straight forward really happy with the service

I’ve just recently moved into angel gardens and I must say the location is perfect. I’m close to everything I could possibly need and I don’t even have to go far. Trams is a few minutes walk away from me, the bus station is around the corner so getting to places isn’t hard. The staff have also made my move in easy, the concierge team consisting of James, Ralph, Kwam, Samson & Ike have been amazing and the leasing team Sharon & Mary made my application process smooth.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have just moved into angel gardens so I have no maintenance requests but I have met the team and they have assured me they will be attentive.

Nothing, everything is perfect so far and hopefully it continues

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is an excellent place to live. 10 minutes walk to anywhere you would need to be. Grocery shops within a stones throw and so many bars and restaurants once you walk into northern quarter. It is far enough away to avoid the loud noise and rowdiness but close enough to be on your door step pretty much

Very responsive, always dealt with same day pretty much

That the extra amenities such as the cinema room, private dining come at an extra cost where as most other buildings have these free of charge

Living I. The local area has been great! Massive respect to concierge staff Ralph, KWAM, James and not to mention big Tomy

Very very effectively can’t complain what so ever and it’s brilliant

How amazing the buildings looked after and how close it is to everything
