Living on Strand Street near the Albert Dock is very convenient, with plenty of shops and restaurants close by, plus great access to the waterfront. Transport links and walking routes into the city centre are excellent.. Bin collections are usually reliable, and the area is lively rather than quiet.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Really quickly in few minutes and solve it the same day
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That it has a beautiful gym so that I don’t renew my membership in the gym before joining.

There are a lot of restaurants, bars and tourist activities nearby. Also, there are a lot of schools and Universities.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, in a very good manner.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
To have the bills of the department. Only I wanted the refund of the payment I made twice.

Location couldn’t be any better. 5 minute walk from the main city centre. Loads of bars, cafes, restaurants and shops all within a stones throw.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
No issues have had to be raised so far. Everything going smoothly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had paid attention to what comes with the flat. It is furnished but to a basic standard. There’s no cutlery, pots/pans, appliances (like a toaster/kettle) so make sure you come with all your kitchen utensils.

I like to much this area is very safe for my kids and the convenience stores and restaurants are very good as well. Living in the center gives many benefits. You can go walking everywhere and are lots of choices of publica transport

Good accessibility to the central London. Adjacent to Kew Bridge station and 10-min distance to Gunnersbury station. The drawback is the distance from the central of Chiswick, Richmond and Ealing. Apo Kew is in the middle of them. But it is fairly ok if you are used to visiting these areas.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management generally responses to the maintenance issues promptly although timeline for repairs would be another issue.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I expected the closed relation with management as those in Liverpool. But it would be hard to expect due to the scattered location of flats, however the quality of management is the same as those in Liverpool.
