Excellent transport links with the Elizabeth line less than 5 minutes walk from the building. The high street is also less than 5 minutes walk away. With access the most stores you need. There is an ASDA less than 10 minutes walk away.... In terms of Food, you have access to really good chinese / Indian restaurants and the usual fast food chains like KFC / MCDonalds, all within walking distance. Parking is available in the building, but it costs £100 a month which is normal for the area. In terms of traffic noise, I guess you will probably only be hearing the trains as the flats are right next to the track... But given the excellent sound isolation in the apartment, I barely notice them with the windows closed. I generally feel safe going out at night in the area, but it can get a bit dodgy past mid night
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Always, and very quickly. They have an excellent maintenance request system via the tenant portal
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I'd try to sign up for a long term contract that limits rent adjustments for the whole term, with the current rate of inflation, I don't think it would be long before the rents hit 2k a month in no time.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The availability of transportation and the convenience it offers have been commendable. However, I would like to bring attention to the issue of parking availability. Although I do not own a car, many of my friends do, and we often find ourselves having to park quite far away, specifically at Asda, which is not ideal. I believe it would be beneficial to consider implementing a grace period of one to two hours for residents' family and friends to alleviate this issue.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Their speed is impressive and incredibly efficient! I’m all for it – thumbs up!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had been familiar with the neighborhood before I moved in.

I’ve been living at APO at The Holloway for few months now, and it’s been a great experience overall. The building is modern, well-maintained, and in a fantastic central location—just a short walk from Birmingham city centre, mailbox and local amenities.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven’t had any issues so far, but the management team is excellent, so I’m hopeful they’ll sort it out quickly if anything does come up

I moved in with a clear understanding of what facilities were already available and what was still being completed.

The location is actually pretty decent because we have a number of shops we have a Tesco superstore, and we have a Tesco express nearby

I have never raise any complaints or any issues, but my flatmate had some issues in the initial stage, and they actually took the measures and they asked they got people to fix everything

Yes, because I have been Liverpool for last two years. I wish I knew this place bit earlier.
