Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Kew Bridge is a lovely area, it’s close to Chiswick and Richmond for big, known stores but at the same time not so busy as those neighborhoods. The essentials are covered: supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, gyms; And most importantly, it’s very well connected: district line 10 min walk and the train station just outside the development. Despite not being crowded every time, finding a parking spot is hard, as there are many buildings and most of the surrounding streets are for permit holders only. APO for instance has parking spaces available but because of the stadium it’s inconvenient: if a match takes place on a weekend (which basically happens every other weekend) you can’t use the parking road 2 hours before and after the match.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Fast, assertive, and very helpful. Everything was sorted every time we had an issue, luckily it wasn’t that many, but they’ve been always mindful about our needs
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Every week they bring a food truck where residents can buy at discounted prices, it’s a nice initiative… but, if your flat view is the central square between Galleria, Marsden and the stadium, the smell is not nice, mostly in the summer

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The development is in the city centre of Liverpool - its super vibrant, with easy access to shops, transport links, restaurants, the Albert Dock - everything you could want.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management have responded swiftly to any issues, even “out of hours”. We’ve never had a problem.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Its a super pet friendly building, and you’ll often see dogs in the lifts on the way for their afternoon/evening walks. Its very well insulated.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good bits would be the area and proximity to everything. Can get around everywhere pretty easily and the area is general not any trouble. Bad would be the increase in cost being improportional to the improvements received.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Usually quite proactive with fixing it and where delays they tend to communicate which is nice.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew that access in and out fo the building would be so inconvenient. no buzzer on the second door for guests is quite unfortunate especially when the second lift doesnt work. Forces guests or anyone with a buzzer like delivery ti either use the stairs or the resident to come down. Other than that, Options with furnishing and future planning if could change (think this is more personal or my case but I couldn’t think of anything general tbh)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in our local area has been a great experience overall. Ikechukwu, Samson, Kwam, and Ross are all wonderful neighbours — friendly, respectful, and always willing to lend a hand when needed. The community spirit here is strong, and everyone looks out for one another, which creates a warm and welcoming environment. The local shops offer a good range of products, and there are several nice restaurants and bars nearby that cater to different tastes. Open spaces are well-maintained and perfect for walks, exercise, or simply relaxing outdoors. Transport links are generally reliable and convenient, with buses and trains running regularly, though traffic can get a bit heavy during peak hours. Parking is usually available on the street, and bin collections are consistent and efficient. There’s very little anti-social behaviour, and the area feels safe both day and night. Overall, it’s a pleasant and comfortable place to live with a strong sense of community thanks to people like Ikechukwu, Samson, Kwam, and Ross.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been very responsive and efficient, addressing any issues quickly and keeping residents informed throughout the process.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is just how friendly and supportive the community is. The neighbours, including Ikechukwu, Samson, Kwam, and Ross, make the area feel welcoming and safe. I also didn’t realise how well-managed the building is — maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the shared spaces are always spotless. For anyone new moving in, I’d suggest taking advantage of the local parks, cafés, and transport links, as they really enhance the quality of life here. Overall, it’s been a very positive experience living in this development.
