A fantastic place to live with modern comforts, great light and space, and a positive community feel. While parking was a known drawback, it’s a temporary situation as the building is almost getting ready for this fall. I’d happily recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a bright, modern home in a friendly and evolving neighbourhood.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They were prompt in response to any issues I have faced. Always keep updating on things going on.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I was told every information while I was viewing like Pets not allowed, parking will be available later this year. Clauses and everything so no surprises at all. With benefit of Wifi included into rent which can be upgraded to higher plan for less margin. Freedom to choose your power supply provider. Overall Everything was awesome with very minimal issues.

The apartment is near everything you need, like conveniance store, restaurant and the train station, also it is very close to the canal to go running !

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quickly when i got an issue with the sink for exemple, got resovle in 2 days.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Birmingham council tax is very VERY high, like twice what you have in France

Rubbish bins are always collected, the reception staff and other residents are polite- good location, easily linking to the bullring mall and station, the building is soundproofed to traffic noises, parking availability is limited.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The staff were quick to respond to and problems that arose, to fire alarm drills and leaks, any concerns were met in a day or two and fixed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We wish we knew that parking space is very limited and none.

Local access to the City centre means a lot of restaurants and bars are within walking distance, with the train station 10 minutes away for longer distances ,or plenty of busses also available nearby. There are multiple gyms as close as 1 minute walk away. Traffic is relatively busy which would make regular driving more difficult, but it won't be heard when inside due to good noise proofing. It is easiest to walk to most places.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not applicable as I have not raised any issues at this time.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Check your postcode as the postcode for the flat and for APO may be slightly different. This will help when you set up bills .

The proximity to New Street station is ideal for commuters. It is also surrounded by 24 hour convenience stores which is very handy.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have not had any issues whilst living here. However any questions and requests I have, they are prompt with their responses and are willing to help!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

When I attended my viewing, I did not realise the toilets do not have storage space. However, it’s not the worst.
