Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I’ve been living at APO at The Holloway for few months now, and it’s been a great experience overall. The building is modern, well-maintained, and in a fantastic central location—just a short walk from Birmingham city centre, mailbox and local amenities.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t had any issues so far, but the management team is excellent, so I’m hopeful they’ll sort it out quickly if anything does come up

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I moved in with a clear understanding of what facilities were already available and what was still being completed.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Par for the course of living by a main road is the noise, however the flats are well sound proofed so only minimal sound comes in. The local area is great and has everything you could need within a 5-10 minute walk which is brilliant - especially with The Mailbox being at the top of the road. There aren't any "bad" parts worth noting, the "bad" bits are just the typical city living parts.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues have been dealt with on the same day, something I haven't had before!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The staff member who showed us around was really informative and shared lots of info which was helpful, I can't think of anything that got missed in our show round.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location, just a few minutes to walk to the Bull Ring/New Street station, and a couple of minutes to get to Gas Street Basin.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Excellent response. Issue rectified in a couple of days

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only thing I would critique and it’s something I didn’t notice because my viewings were in the evenings, there is a needle exchange up the street, so I arrived at my car to find three heroin addicts injecting next to it!!! Fresh needles meant fresh smack!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Pros: The area is good to live in as you are never far away from anything bars,restaurants,the Bullring and new street station. Everyone in the building is quite friendly. Easy services such as parcels and letters being delivered Good restaurants available on uber eats and Deliveroo Rare noise from traffic outside- the flats have very good soundproof Cons: These are literally the only con: Currently no parking at the development or outside the development and the secure parking is at the mailbox- if you want unlimited parking it is £200 a month. However speaking to management they should be parking in Phase 2 which I’m looking forward too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any problems we’ve had the staff and maintenance has responded very quickly. They are great.

The parking situation and the cost of parking in the mailbox😭

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Well, this is one of the most secured & excellent place to live in Birmingham. I've never found place like this before since have been in the UK.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I'm thankful to the support staff at the reception (Hollie). They're very helpful & provide a good assistance. 10/10 for Hollie & Adam as they helped me a lot when I moved to this place. The overall experience is excellent staying at the holloway.

It was my mistake that I forgot my passport. But they already told me.about that. I missed that email.
