There's a nice park near the development. It's in a great location as its close to public transports. There is also a local shop in the development.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I recently moved into Apo Barking development but the management team have being welcoming and helped make my move in on the day easier. Abbey was helpful, friendly and engaging.

All relevant information were given to me beforehand

Nothing bad just great people around and also being looked after. Also Abigail has looked after us as well and the whole team

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded very well to us me and my wife with any enquiry we have had

The whole team has looked out for me and my wife with any issue and enquiry they done well especially Abigail

Great people, great neighbours! Bin collections are always on time. There isn’t any noise from neighbours

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been really fast and quick with their responses

The amazing events we have at apo! The parks and the cafe’s we have close by.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area surrounding the development is bustling with numerous shops, restaurants, and bars, and there's also the possibility of finding open spaces such as parks.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They always respond to me as quickly as possible; I have nothing but good things to say about them, particularly Andreja from the host team, who is very helpful, polite, and always ready to assist.

In my view, the app available to us residents is quite beneficial. Whether you need advice, wish to buy or sell items, share information, lodge complaints, or meet new people, it serves a variety of purposes.

Customer service is great, especially from Andrea. Roof terrace access and events is a big plus. I wish there was more flexibility in moving between apartments though

Haven’t noticed much . Management was very helpful to any queries I had. So was karmdeep.

Nothing that comes to mind - all was great. I L think studio is something that could be advertised more
