Game days and parking! not a biggie and won’t affect all, but we have a parking space and it means that we have to keep in mind the game days. But I wouldn’t say this is bad, just something to note

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s a very well-connected area, and I can see it has a bright future. We need some more facilities nearby, but I think that is coming very soon. It is generally quiet, and feels fairly safe.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, anything raised was dealt with efficiently. The management that was here when I first moved in was not as good as the current team.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

You can get to central London in less than half an hour

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great area for walks and casual dining and still close to all public transportation to get around town

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Matt and Ben have been outstanding on any question or need all day around, since day one of my move into the building. The speed of service and attention to detail on any matter has been a piece of mind for me and other tenants I speak to in the building. Great service and true management skills ! anyone at reception is super friendly and helpful to connect the dots immediately on any needs or questions.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Found this building at the end of my overall search and should have found it earlier :)
