Perfect location in the centre of town with all the bars/restaurants and shops on your doorstep. Also within walking distance to all the transport links. Overall nice safe area to live in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes any issues we have had within the flat have been resolved quickly by the on-site maintenance team

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The Apo team make an extra effort for seasonal occasions and decorate/put on events in the communal areas which is a nice touch. Makes the building feel very homely and welcoming.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Honestly love the location, it’s right by the docks so I get a great view, it’s also extremely close to everything I need in terms of food, utilities etc.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any problems I have get solved pretty much the next day.

The cost of parking is quite high for anywhere near the building.

Living in this area has been a really positive experience. One of the best things is how convenient everything is — there are plenty of shops, supermarkets, and cafés within walking distance, which makes daily errands easy. Public transport is also very reliable. The neighborhood feels safe and friendly, with a real sense of community. There are parks and green spaces close by, which is great for relaxing or getting some fresh air, especially on weekends. I’ve also appreciated how quiet the area is in the evenings — it’s peaceful without feeling isolated

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t had any problems during my time living here, which speaks to how well the building is run. That said, any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, the management team has always been incredibly accommodating and responsive. They’re approachable, professional, and genuinely seem to care about resident satisfaction. It’s reassuring to know that if anything ever did come up, it would be handled quickly and efficiently.

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how great the community events would be! The management team does a fantastic job organizing regular parties and gatherings — they’re always well thought out, fun, and a great way to meet neighbors.

APO is a gorgeous place to live. The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of Liverpool, just a short walk from the docks, Liverpool ONE, and a great selection of shops, restaurants, and bars. The building itself is modern and well-maintained, with excellent facilities like a rooftop garden, gym, and co-working spaces that make everyday living really convenient. The community atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and the management team is always professional and responsive. Public transport links are also fantastic – I can easily get anywhere in the city or beyond without needing a car. It's been a brilliant place to live, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for city-centre living with great amenities and a lively neighbourhood vibe.

The front desk staff at Apo Copper House go above and beyond for all residents and make a real effort to get to know everyone in the building. They’re not just helpful with day-to-day tasks - they also take the time to build genuine relationships with residents, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Their approach makes the building feel more like a community, and their constant support and professionalism truly enhance the living experience here.

One thing I hadn’t fully appreciated before moving in is just how welcoming and community-focused the building is. From the friendly front desk team to the regular resident events, it’s so easy to feel at home here – much more than you’d expect from a city-centre apartment!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The good: The center of Liverpool is basically in your back yard, everything is close and almost all facilities are available. The bad: Very limited parking spaces around.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Their service is prompt for maintenance or quickly fixable issues; however, larger matters beyond their immediate control require significantly more time to resolve.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had been aware of the parking difficulties, and that being centrally located in Liverpool results in significantly higher car and motorcycle insurance premiums.
