Fantastic proximity to Liverpool One, the docks, and all the great restaurants, bars, supermarkets and nightlife that Liverpool has to offer. It’s right next to James street station (c. 4 min walk) and near Moorfields just beyond that + Liverpool Lime & Central, so fantastic for transport wherever you need to go.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Immediate and friendly responses, and prompt assistance when needed. They were also quick to comment or try to resolve issues for residents preemptively and keep us informed along the way.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Docksiders discount! Make use of it. And also the amazing range of restaurants / bakeries nestled within the Docks - would’ve been a lot fatter by now if I had known beforehand.

Great local area — the location couldn’t be better, right by the city centre, bus station, and Tesco.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They consistently resolve all issues efficiently and ensure problems are handled promptly and effectively.

Nothing much everything was good and better than expected

We are in the perfect location for bars restaurants and entertainment. The view is lovely and so picturesque

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very promptly. The maintenance team here make the effort to respond quickly and are always friendly to adress issues with. The team on the desk yinka, Sophie and Sapphire go above and beyond to welcome you. They are a bubbly and lovely group of girls to be at the front, they have always helped me and made me feel at home easily

How much I would miss the staff when moving out !!

It is very convinient since its oocated near the city centre and there is also a bus stop nearby which is very good

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I remember once my fridge broke down and they immediately replaced it with a new fridge

How amazing the place would be if i had known sooner i wouldve moved in here a long time ago

It’s an amazing environment to live in, the facilities are great and the apartments are all new . In addition the staff are great and make you feel like family. Yinka and Sophie are great and always brighten up the day

They are very quick to respond and it’s very easy to report an isssue using the app

Wish I moved in from my first year because I lived in a different building before
