Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is absolutely perfect - you get the best of both worlds. You’re close enough to the city centre with great transport links like busses and trams that you can jump on and be there within 10 mins. A tram from Cornbrook (which is round the corner) is just a few stops in to the centre where there are lots of bars, places to eat, shops and the Arndale shopping centre. If you like a stroll, you can opt to walk too - it’s not far! It’s also just a short walk along the canal to Deansgate/castlefield where there are loads of gorge coffee shops - look out for the cute canal boat serving coffee and cakes. You’re also not directly central so it’s not too much of the hustle and bustle 24/7, it’s quieter and in the opposite direction through Trafford, it’s about 10 mins to get on to a motor way - so if you travel for work like me, it’s the perfect place to be! There’s a Coop, Tesco and Morrisons all within a few mins walking distance which is super convenient. On street parking which is free 8pm-8am but during the day only allows 3hrs paid at a time. There is another car park a short walk down the street that’s £5 for 24hrs which is super cheap in the city. There is parking at the apartments for £160 extra a month if you are in a position to pay for that. As I’m the only one with need for a space in my apartment, that’s a little too expensive for me but it is underground and very secure so it’s ideal. Bin collection is regular throughout the week, there's a bin room in the basement where the car park is that also has a clothing donation bank too which I think is awesome. Very little disruption - in general around the area, although there's a main road on one side, for those inward facing like myself, to say it's city centre it's pretty quiet and feels safe!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There's been a couple of maintenance things I've requested through the app and they've always been great at solving any issues. Also, the maintenance team are friendly and also fall victim to my gabbing whilst getting the job done haha.  If you need anything done or have any issues with the app, you can just pop down to the concierge who are always happy to help!

It's a VERY pet friendly building which is an absolute bonus for me - I love meeting everyone's pets - I even cat sit for friends I've made in the building so genuinely a win win for me!!

Local shops are right around the corner, also cornbrook tram station is right near the building which is very handy

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

never had any major problems, any small issues get dealt with promptly

Great building to live in, its a shame i move out soon will really miss this place.

Great location as you are a short walk into town , cornbrook tram stop is a minute walk from the building

Never had any major issues with the apartment so far

Fantastic building to live in with helpful staff and great amenities

Apartment building is in a great location close to the bus stop and tram stop, shops are right around the corner as well

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Never had any major problems once a minor issue which was dealt with straight away

great staff and building is really close to city centre

The building is in prime location, very close to the tram station and the shops are right around the corner

Never had any issues with the building or the apartment

Wish the communal area was a bit bigger with personal working spaces
