The staff are like a family

The staff are like a family, so polite and helpful and willing to support the residents in anyway they can. Always smiling. They keep the building nice and clean and has a lovely home feel to it. If there are any issues then they will resolve the problems. The night staff are lovely, despite working all night are always happy and polite.

There are shops local and you can find everything that you need, round the corner from the tram stop

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Absolutely brilliantly, they communicate well and resolve all issues quickly.

The gym was a pleasant surprise! Great for my health routine.

The building has an open plan design with spacious flats, it is very beautiful, pet- friendly and modern. It is a great place to live. I love the stylish walk-in wardrobe in my flat. It also has very entertaining events organised frequently by the management.

It is the best place in Manchester to live, the building is conveniently located about 3 minutes away from the Co-op, Tesco and the Cornbrook tram Station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No. No issues at all. Loved living here. Would highly recommend

Design, facilities and management is really good! Building management and staff is very friendly and helpful. The building is well maintained and has really nice perks, like the outdoor green space. The gym is really accessible and it’s a nice have to get in a quick session.

The local shops are really nice and close. Transport links are walkable and easy to get to. Very quiet location!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Instant and always willing to help. They’ve helped with everything from being locked out to helping us change the light bulbs.

Nothing, everything was well advertised from the beginning.

Nicest place I’ve ever lived, the concierge is amazing especially Muneeb, he has been so lovely and always makes sure I get in okay when I lose my key! The people are lovely and very accommodating and the gym and facilities are so nice. Events are great

I love the area, it’s such a convenient location and it’s so nice being close to the tram and shops. takes 10 mins to get to work and walking distance to the city centre :)

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not had any issues but every time I need help the staff have been amazing

Literally nothing, this place is amazing would recommend

I love that there’s not individual landlords, it feels like we are protected from all the bad things you hear about landlords. It is easy to access help from members of staff if we ever need help with anything without any issues. No other issues to report, good location.

It is great living so close to public transport and so close to the city centre. Tram is easy to get and the area doesn’t feel as busy as the city centre which is nice.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All issues we have raised with the team have been sorted for us, we have no issues.

Nothing, everything was made obvious and clear upon moving in.
