Wide range of shops close by to the building, transport links also close by with a bus stop just outside the building and cornbrook tram stop a minute walk

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

never had any issues or problems with the apartment

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The building is really close to the city centre, nearby shops and restaurants

Really lovely area, it’s good to be a little bit out of city centre to get a feel of city living and outskirts of town

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, staff are really helpful and always help everyone out

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I like that we are so close to town yet a little outside the busyness. Lots of cafes and shops near by and lovely people and walking around to explore

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is perfect and easy to stay connected to the city. This is the only building where any issues are fixed very quickly, without any hassle. My best experience is it’s the front desk, especially the night staff Funmi. She always puts a smile on my face no matter what and I always see her chatting to people who are more than happy to speak with her.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very well. I’ve had no major issues in my time staying here

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only thing I wish was knowing is pets were allowed in my specific apartment. I would have considered it at the start but not caused me issues

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good selection of local shops. Fairly limited external parking. Good connection to transport into the city. A great sense of community with other people in the building and very helpful and friendly faces.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded promptly and efficiently to solve problems or issues

Surrounding developments in the area as there is lots of building work. Also where to safely park

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Really impressed with the location, literally perfect. Transport links are ideal, and some great shops nearby. Chester road can be a little noisy at night.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The maintenance team has always responded very quickly and have been very helpful.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew more about the events on! Oh and also maybe about the lack of air con in summertime.
