The best connected network place around; proximity wise everything is closer like the tram station and there is a couple of supermarkets closer in 10 mins

The repairs and maintenance team do respond quick and resolve the issues soon

The best place to live in accordance to the commute

The apartment Trilogy, has the best amenities and very friendly staff, especially funmi. Always engaging and greeting us with a friendly smile.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management always responses to any of the problems and issues that we raise and resolve them pretty quickly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We wish we would know more about the placement of this development. After shifting here, it is very very easy to commute to any place.

Wide range of shops close by to the building, transport links also close by with a bus stop just outside the building and cornbrook tram stop a minute walk

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

never had any issues or problems with the apartment

The building is really close to the city centre, nearby shops and restaurants

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Really lovely area, it’s good to be a little bit out of city centre to get a feel of city living and outskirts of town

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, staff are really helpful and always help everyone out

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I like that we are so close to town yet a little outside the busyness. Lots of cafes and shops near by and lovely people and walking around to explore

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is perfect and easy to stay connected to the city. This is the only building where any issues are fixed very quickly, without any hassle. My best experience is it’s the front desk, especially the night staff Funmi. She always puts a smile on my face no matter what and I always see her chatting to people who are more than happy to speak with her.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very well. I’ve had no major issues in my time staying here

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only thing I wish was knowing is pets were allowed in my specific apartment. I would have considered it at the start but not caused me issues
