accessible location, safe location with good security, staffs are very helpful and friendly, complete facilities. the place is also bring so much happiness, as we move in the place feels like home and so cozy. the building management really takes a good responsibility of their tenants

there are plenty bin in the street area however there are still several trashes scattered on the street like cigarettes or empty bottle

the building management is very helpful and responds fast

Everything works very efficiently. Any grocery stores shopping centres movie, theatres bars, clubs et cetera is very easily accessible. They provide many additional things when moving in such as cutlery drawers for clothes and the staff is very helpful and welcoming.

Everything I need is so close to the apartment! Grocery stores, movie theatres, bars, restaurants, and so much more is just a short walk away .

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The first floor is a bit noisy w the bar below but not much else

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The bar downstairs in noisy and the pull out couch is just a bit difficult to figure out

We would like the flat to be equipped with storage space such as a wardrobe. Security would be appreciated to prevent bar patrons from loitering in front of the flat. It can feel like an invasion of personal space and privacy. Our home should be a sanctuary where we feel safe and comfortable, and having someone loitering outside can disrupt that sense of security.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The flat is conveniently located near shopping malls and supermarkets. There are also parking spaces at the entrance which is very convenient. federal and some other restaurants in arndale are also very close by, as are the bars. The downside is that it can be very noisy at night, the bar and restaurant downstairs are very noisy. The soundproofing of the flat is average, sounds outside the flat door can be heard in the room!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Mail was handled promptly and flat repairs were quick

Please take care of all things while the flat receptionist is working, e.g. courier, room maintenance.

I hope that some activities can be held to let residents get to know each other and make friends. Like Christmas or some kind of welcome events to let tenant to join in.Another solution is that some rooms have Windows facing the hallway, which is a little uncomfortable

Our apartment is conveniently located just across from arandale, the largest shopping centre in Manchester and surrounded by many supermarkets and shopping centres. The apartment has a gym and reception, and the staff are nice and will help you with any problems you may have with your stay.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, my room is affected by the acoustics of the gym downstairs. The staff will help me turn off this stereo at night to solve my problem

I would like to know the layout of the house, facilities, parking, restaurants nearby

Modern and simple, but lacks storage function

The building where the apartment is located is an old building. It looks classic from the outside. However, because the building is relatively old, the insulation measures are not perfect, and the heating needs to be turned on all the time in winter to ensure the indoor temperature. In addition, the interior design of the room is very modern and simple, but it lacks storage function. Long-term tenants need some storage space. Finally, the management service of the apartment was in place, and the staff was warm and friendly.

The apartment is conveniently located in the city centre. Just outside is the arndale Shopping Centre, which has many shops and a wide variety of shops. Besides, the transportation is also very convenient. There is a lot to walk around and tram station is nearby. Victoria Train Station is a 5-minute walk away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It is suggested to add some storage homes. Strengthen building insulation system.
