there are plenty bin in the street area however there are still several trashes scattered on the street like cigarettes or empty bottle

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

the building management is very helpful and responds fast

nothing in particular because the place is as what we expected

Excellent location in Central Manchester with great transport links. Great bars, shops etc all within walking distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quickly and with no fuss, items replaced or repaired within a matter of days.

Nothing really to add, you can tell its a busy area and the building is self explanatory.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

noisy at night, apartment is hot a lot of the times. Area is close to many stores and the mall and near trams

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I had an issue with the outlets turning off at night, it was fixed the next morning which was great.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish i knew how noisy it got at night even on the weekdays.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Super convenient location with walkable access to anything you could need. Easy access to several tram lines. It can be quite loud at night but with the windows closed it can get quite warm in the flat. There have been a few instances of fights on the street outside and once a bin was set on fire. I still feel safe though as there is a security team outside at printworks. I don't drive but parking is quite expensive nearby.

Yes, they're quite good at responding and are such a friendly team.

How hot the upper floor can get in the summer, the noise level outside

The James is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Manchester. The apartment's location is unbeatable - it's right by Arndale, making it super easy to go shopping and explore the city. Plus, getting to Chinatown, the pedestrianized shopping district, and Piccadilly Gardens is a breeze. The apartment itself is well-equipped and cozy. Highly recommended!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yolanda, the property manager, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She was more than happy to answer all my questions when I first moved in, and she did so with great patience and clarity. She was also very efficient in resolving any issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that the apartment provided a capsule coffee machine before I moved in. It would have saved me from buying one.
