Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The James is in an absolutely amazing location — right in the heart of Liverpool with everything on your doorstep. There's a fantastic range of shops, restaurants and bars all within walking distance, making it super convenient for day-to-day life. Transport links are brilliant too, with easy access to the city centre and beyond. It really is hard to beat as a location!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any time I've raised an issue or had a query, the team have been incredibly quick to respond and always follow through to make sure things are resolved. It's so reassuring to know that the management genuinely cares and takes things seriously — you never feel like you're being ignored or fobbed off. Really sets The James apart from other places!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There's not much I'd warn anyone about — it really does live up to expectations!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is absolutely fantastic and very convenient. There is a superb range of shops, cafes, and restaurants right on the doorstep, meaning you never have to go far for a great meal or evening out. Transport links are also incredibly convenient, with reliable bus routes and a train station just a short walk away. The street itself is mostly quiet, with just normal amounts of daytime traffic noise. Bin collections happen on schedule without any issues.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Havent had to raise any issues so far, but Im sure they would be very attentive and responsive.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Overall everything has been pretty good to be honest. Perhaps only slight inconvenience is that the chairs dont fit underneath the desk so you sit a bit far out when trying to work but its not a major thing. As mentioned though is an excellent and super convenient place to live in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very dog friendly area, especially with Liverpool one having chavasse park and dog friendly restaurants, and it’s a nice walk alongside the promenade. There is lots of glass on the floor on the street outside and rubbish left especially after the weekend so you have to be careful. Parking is difficult and if you have a car you need to source your own parking which is expensive. The Wetherspoons next door is loud but they shut the outdoor area down at 10pm so it’s quiet after that, they also leave their lights on at night time so outside is always super bright when trying to sleep.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t had any problems but they have responded quickly to any queries I had. They’re very accommodating, I work long hours so I can’t collect my parcels and they leave it either in my room or outside my door which is a huge help. They’re super organised and they have a great attention to detail and I feel really well looked after ❤️

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wetherspoons next door don’t turn their lights off at night time so it’s always super bright outside when trying to sleep.
