Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Close to rail links (across the road from a station) and with 15 mins walk of both major stations to get anywhere in the country. Right behind the main shopping district as well as in sight of the river. No parking. There is a pub right outside but doesn't create any anti social behaviour or excessive noise. Excellent choice of restaurants and shops around the corner.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Nothing major, I created a ticket but it was more to ask if my payment had went through. There is a useful ticket system for enquiries where you can create new and see old enquiries. Far better than using email

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Kitchen is probably a little smaller than I'm used to, you will need to get groceries often and there isn't really space for lots kitchen equipment. Not a problem though as there are many grocery close by and major superstore about 5-10 mins walk away

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is very convenient and well connected. There are plenty of supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and small shops within walking distance, which makes daily life easy and comfortable. Being in the city centre means transport links are excellent and everything is easily accessible. Despite the central location, the street generally feels safe and manageable. There can occasionally be some city noise at busier times, but overall it is a practical and enjoyable area to live in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team has always been very responsive and professional. Whenever I raised a maintenance issue, they acknowledged it quickly and arranged repairs without unnecessary delays. Communication was clear and efficient, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I genuinely felt that any concerns were taken seriously and handled responsibly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known earlier how easy it is to build connections within the building. The management team regularly organises social events for residents, which makes it very easy to meet new people and get to know your neighbours. The community atmosphere is genuinely friendly and welcoming. Many residents are respectful and considerate, which creates a positive living environment. The events are well organised and often include complimentary bakery treats, which is a lovely touch and encourages interaction.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The city centre location means I'm within walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants, museums and galleries. Opposite James street train station and close to Liverpool One bus station. Being in the centre can be a little noisier on the weekend but it is usually quiet after 10pm.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t raised any problems since moving in one year ago.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is noise from outside but not ordinarily from neighbours.
