Perfect location close to shops, bars and restaurants. Two train stations and several tram stops within walking distance make travel easy, including to suburbs like Didsbury and Chorlton. No car park in the building, but plenty of street parking nearby

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The maintenance team resolves any issues promptly, and the front desk staff are friendly, helpful, and always available to assist.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The building is pet-friendly, and unlike many others, there’s no extra fee to register your pets.

Central location which is close to good transport links. There is Lovely communal outdoor space and very close to town. Very close to loads of bars and restaurants and shops

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management and Maintenance team are very accessible and helpful

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I can’t think of anything I would needed to have known about the building as it’s all excellent

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love this flat so much. I usually move every year but this is the first year in 5 years I will be staying where I am. The location is perfect, so convenient. There's a Tesco over the road, a Sainsbury's and co op a short walk and plenty of bars, food places and entertainment. Theres many gyms close, an Aldi a 10 min walk away. It's not noisy, no disturbance/ traffic noise. There is plenty of parking close too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very easy and efficient process to log any maintenance issues on the app.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I have no faults, I am very happy living here. Really recommend!

Plenty of nearby parking options, everything you could need in terms of local amenities and shops, minimal antisocial behaviour due to location, and close by to loads of good food & bars

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any repairs or requests we have logged have been responded to timely and efficiently

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

All of our questions were answered when viewing and nothing out of the ordinary has arisen since moving in - the team are super helpful so any questions or concerns are always answered

Great location, very central and easy access to a multitude of bars, restaurants and high street shops. Equal distance from Victoria and Piccadilly. Traffic and noise is only apparent if windows are open (9th floor) otherwise very quiet.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Immediately and always with a friendly willing attitude.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Information on the single yellow parking around the building, parking is actually okay!
