Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Rented here for 16 months whilst trying to sell my property and we had so many issues. Lots of anti-social behaviour and issues with the car park alarm going off sometimes for over bad hour in the middle of the night. The garage door to the car park entrance often broke meaning you were locked in or out. On a number of occasions this meant I was late for work. The parking is a NIGHTMARE. You can tickets even when parking in your own spaces if you forget to display your permit. The permits have the start of your postcode so depending on your job you might not necessarily want that on display in your vehicle permanently. Even when you appeal to PCM and explain you are a resident they do not care and proceed with the fine. There is only one visitor space in the whole of the Darlington House car park which is ridiculous. Some people just go in your spot and I had a neighbour who returned from holiday to find the estate agents/management company had simply reallocated his car parking space and given it to a new tenant.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How awful the management company was and the massive issues with parking.

What is the best feature of your home:

Being close to the city centre was good and the actual design of the flat was perfect for us.

Good apartment shame there is no parking

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is a Tesco right outside which is helpful for any fast shopping and it's decent large, there is a big mall a couple mins walk from the apartment which has good food places and decent retailers such as handm primark and some high end stores as well. The bad aspects are all the clubs and pubs are on the street over so a lot of drunken antics on the weekend, police activity and fights, but the apartment is good at keeping the noise out and during the day it is fine. Bin rooms get really over filled sometimes as everyone has to use one room. And there is no parking so you will have to pay at a local car park around £4.50 to £6/day

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes I had a problem with the bath room once and they answered me same day and sent a guy to fix it next day.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No parking they were not really very clear about it when we asked, and the price of running the boiler here as it is very inefficient and if left all day will leave you with a nice £300 bill that month

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Close to Cassiobury park and bus stop. Convenient to shop at Morrisons next door and business park nearby. 20 mins to Tube station. Peaceful community and good environment.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Response time to cleaning or repair is reasonable, and prompt in case of urgency.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Smart lockers and online services including reservation of facilities and service request are value-added provisions to the development.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development suits are needs the surgery and the super market is walking distance the construction is new and the development layout iis good. However I wish the 2 bedrooms would have attached bathrooms and not the way they are and probably it could still be remodelled.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

well responded whenever we had called them they have come within the reasonable time and this is appreciated

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The Apt layout could have been better as the living room dining room and kitchen could have been on the lower floor and the bedrooms above but this is not possible
