Very good development, good management facilities can be better like shops, kids play area and sport field and finishing road surface properly.

I leave here one and half years and still, there is not even one shop or restaurant a part of one lovely bar and dominos pizza. Maine Park is still not finished.

Please review your development:

The countryside is probably one of the worse developers in this area after 18 months part of the road is still not finished. At the front of my house is a little swampy with stinky water and all my attempts to try find out of when this issue will be solved is ignored by management.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Make sure everything is perfect before you move in because a soon as you pay for your property they will stop care of you

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We still have some issue that needs to be fixed but I will probably pay someone to fix , them before ask them to do it for me because they are not reliable
