Average, but great staff and potential to be excellent in all ways.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Ideal location all amenities walking distance. Parking is extra but at least available in busy town. Antisocial behaviour has significantly lowered score. Trespassers in building on regular basis, smoking potential drug use and reside in building corner. Kept me awake few times already and I've called police early morning and not resolved yet. Also when we first moved in our fault we locked ourselves out in the evening and the emergency helpline was totaly unhelpful with no empathy esp as wexhad atoddler needing her medicine . The helpline manager did call back and was more empathetic but improved out of hours process would be better.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Again Kinga is the best. Maintenance is responsive but sometimes havw to come back for same problem or has to be reported multiple times.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

As above. Clarifying Internet is included in rent and that there is actually plenty of parking space!

Pretty disappointing from a company who thinks so highly of itself

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Dirty, no bills, no help from the Vonder office. Lots of attitude given from the office. The worst treatment I've ever received professionally is from *Name Removed*. They should be terminated.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Poorly. Slowly. Not completely. The issue reporting process is a nightmare.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The management company, Vonder, acts in a completely disorganized, ineffective & unprofessional manner. Their entire office staff is as useful as a screen door on a submarine. A well-placed phone call from an attorney might get you positive results, but otherwise, you are treated as a waste of their time. Thanks for the chance to leave the review. No one has asked my opinion once since I've been in the property.

All in all we have been very happy with Davidsons, it's just the finishing off of the development that seems to be lacking in quality, but hoping once they have finished and the plants yet to go in have established, it will become the beautiful development we were expecting

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We're situated in the beautiful village of Meppershall, where we have a village shop with a post office, a village pub that serves food most days and a fantastic village hall which has a vibrant social club running many events both during the day and of an evening. Friends have commented on how quiet it is and it's nice that most properties have parking spaces, so we don't have too much street parking on our development.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish we had thought more about some of the locations of the sockets. In particular, the TV socket in the kitchen we would have liked higher up and know from our other requests, that this would not have been a problem to Davidsons had we requested it at the point of choosing our options

What is the best feature of your home:

The spaciousness of our property, the general design and hopefully in time, the view from our property

Overall very pleased

Mrs M (Owner)

Woodlands Rest, SG17

Sept 2024

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Overall very pleased with the location, we wanted a nice village location with countryside walks on our doorstep. The development is experiencing anti-social behaviour from children living in the affordable homes which is a shame.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I understood how the development would be left ‘finished’ as mentioned above the green areas are just weeds.

What is the best feature of your home:

I love the style with its big windows letting in lots of natural light
