Great location right in the middle of town with simple access to shopping, bars, restaurants, cinemas, theatres and galleries all in walking distance. Easy parking in a surprisingly quiet area given the central location.

Please review your development:

Well designed flats with excellent facilities such as gym and communal areas. Facilities are well managed, issues dealt with quickly and effectively and there is always a friendly smile on the main desk. Flats have the facilities you need, including efficient broadband, which makes living here simple and easy.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The flat is very warm, meaning no heating required since the first week of January. This was impossible to tell before I moved in but isn’t a problem.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have had few problems, but every time I have asked for something it has been quickly understood and forthcoming

Overall it’s good in terms of shops, nearby interests , location, park, movie theatre, train and bus station

Please review your development:

It’s good. Good service and friendly team. The parcel room arrangement needs to be changed as in better security. I have lost or my parcel items have stolen multiple items. I think rest alll are good in terms of design, facilities, management and property management.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Rent is very expensive as in unfurnished, higher wifi charges + parking charges.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they don’t response and solve the issue within 1 weeks time. Still there are issues and i prefer a yearly once free service or repairs from management team.

The high street is dwindling. Full of kebab shops and charity shops. The bars are ok but again they are deserted most of the time.
Due to the facility being in the town centre parking is at a financial cost which is not ideal and if you’re paying for something you expect to be able to get a space which is not always possible. Getting out of the area between 8 and 9 Monday to Friday by road is always difficult due to the amount of traffic.
Being close to the Embankment and river is a real perk though. Some lovely walks and nature.

Please review your development:

Having the apartments all with white walls is very stylish however after 4 years there is evident marks and dirt, getting the facilities team to just come and touch up the apartment is near on impossible. If there is something broken then the response time is spot on. The communal areas are well kept and the gym is a real gem!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The building has some apartments that are available on booking websites so there are often strangers coming and going and the carpark is full of vans.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, I raised an issue with a leak and the response was adequate.

Close to high street and Lidls is about 2 minutes away, which is great! Quite a few addicts live nearby shouting, which is intimidating.

Please review your development:

A very modern apartment complex design wise and the facilities are amazing. It’s ideal for people who work from home plus you get a gym with good quality equipment. The building management are helpful and concierge and cleaners are friendly. I also love how clean it is, as it always looks so nice.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had had a welcome booklet I could refer to.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They fixed a toilet leak issues within 2 hours! I was quite impressed and was not expecting a same-day response.
