The best thing about our Bellway home is the ground floor which had high ceilings. Any minor snags have been dealt with in a efficient and friendly manner. Having owned a David Wilson home, I would say the build quality is better and the support is superior.

Local area is quiet with local amenities including Sainsbury. There is a local GP surgery and schools are aplenty.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quickly and efficiently. All issues were small and quite minor

I wish we had known the options for upgrading the kitchen appliances

The street lights around this area are not working and makes it hard for pedestrians to cross at night as they may not be able to see This area also needs a playground for young children so that they can relax and play and meet other child children

The house design is good and in a nice location, we havent switched the the management company yet so bellway are looking after the grounds. They seem to be doing a okay job! The building is still ongoing which can make it hard to get out the estate however its understandable. The sales team were always lovely and ready to help!!

Love being more in the village but still close to shops

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Sometimes but has to be pestered, snags took a while and no one has checked up after our 2 week snag list

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That you have to chase them and wont be informed a great deal. Snags are done very last minute with little notice or none at all.

Lovely little estate that is growing gradually.

Lovely design of building. Would be nice to have a dining room area into back garden rather than living room. Good quality build. However have had a few issues with the bathroom but they were fixed during snagging. Estate is easily to follow. Good mixture of brick and slate colours so not all the same. Be good to have a postbox nearer on the estate. Be good to have a local garden near by or sheltered park area too.

Would be nice to have a local shop on the estate however local shops are close by in the village which are a 10min walk.

Nearest community facilities, what community groups are about.

Modern design,nice choice of bricks. Nicely planned,plenty of green spaces,parks and playgrounds when it get finished. Helpful management,they will sort any litl thing you need regarding a house.Happy to provide a skip when you move to get rid of all of thw rubbish.
