Everything is perfect. worth the money that we’re paying for. Design is modern. Well facilitated. Very secured. And the building and property management is excellent. Even the staff is very responsible

The Quarters Watford is very nice. All the time nice and clean and smell so fresh thanks to Agata☺️ . The facilities r all working properly and if it’s any problem, Jamie from maintenance will fix it and all is back to standart. ☺️ and Katie the general manager is so lovely. All the time so polite with lovely smile and professional manners.☺️

The Quarters Watford is in great location close to town centre, local shops and train station. Have private parking.

Hi, i am Bash, having stayed here almost 3 months i have only postive and wonderful things to add about yoru team more specifically Jamie, Agatha and Katie. I have moved from another country and had to deal with several variables, feeling welcomed and cared for isn’t one I would expect to feel at the quarters, thank you and happy holidays!

Jamie is a super star there is nothing he can’t help with!!
Very well located, cozy and comfortable.
Clean and tidy. The rooms are small and look a bit dated in terms of design, but they are maintained well. The crew on site is great, very helpful, polite and outgoings. The Management is responsive and attending to any questions and feedback, which is quite nice.

Very close to local shops and stores, access to Rail and Tube is perfect. Parking on site and very short walk to the local park.

It is best to arrange viewing on site due to huge variety of different rooms, with different flavour, which cater to each one’s needs on individual basis.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
In case of issues I raised, I was very pleased with the quick and suitable resolution.
The design allows you to make your room a home whilst you stay there
The accommodation is clean with a very modern design. It is kept clean with great facilities. The design allows you to make your room a home whilst you stay there. There are laundry facilities and parking which is great. The bathroom facilities work really well with great hearing as well.

The quarters is placed in very convenient area close to amenities and my work. Transport links are very convenient with watford junction being 5 mins walk away

Cooking can become a bit of a hassle as there is no stove In room so one should consider that
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I have rarely had an issue with my accomodation but I have noted how they even deliver my parcels to my room sometimes which has been a very kind gesture
Excellent location and well maintained property
Katie, General Manager of the property management, is helpful, pleasant and with a good sense of responsibility. She very often works beyond normal office hours. She is quick in response to tenants’ requests. She demonstrates good leadership & is well respected by staff and tenants alike.
Jamie takes care of the day-to-day building management & maintenance work. He is smart, pleasant, quick minded & hard working. Being a fast worker, he is highly efficient. He has a good work attitude and a strong sense of responsibility. He can go to the root of the problem to fix it. He is actually doing more than one man’s job. A real asset!
Agata is hard working & keeps the property clean & in good conditions.

Excellent location, easy access to local shops, restaurants & Cassiobury Park. A few minutes’ walk to Watford Junction Railway Station & bus stops. Adequate parking facilities downstairs.

Communal kitchen during daytime on weekdays is not open.
Operating hours of heaters inside the room are limited. But the management & maintenance staff have made efforts to accommodate my needs. Thanks for that !

Very quick in response and got issues fixed in the earliest opportunity.
Living at this property is worry free. The management and maintenance were always welcoming and quick to resolve queries and issues. The property being monitored, and keyless cards access make it safe.
The rooms provide adequate floor space for one. Although the Kitchenette in the room could have been ergonomically designed, the furnishings and amenities provided make up for it. Additional services such as laundry and optional cleaning services made living easier.

Well connected to commute stations and bus stops. Supermarkets and smaller convenience stores at walkable distances.

For someone who cooks his own food, it would be much better to have a kitchen on each floor.

Issues were resolved with a breeze. Never had to remind them.
Great facilities
Anti-social behaviour isn’t tolerated so there’s a friendly feel to the place. The staff are always here to help and keep the building clean, safe and secure. Communication prior to visits is always made. Would love a swimming pool on site though. Great service.

It’s a great location near Watford Junction with easy access into London and close to the shops in Watford.

More washing machines and a swimming pool and a bar.

In a timely manner, always checking that you are OK for them to access room.
The front entrance looks nice and always smells nice too.
