Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

A Morrisons on the doorstep is very handy. Also, the Harlequin Centre is only a 12 minute drive away and I believe can be easily accessed by bus too. The centre has so many great shops and there is an abundance of restaurants and cafes. There is parking under the building (at an extra charge) which is really convenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded very quickly and have dealt with things efficiently

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Didn't realise quite how high the standard of the furnishings and general build of the apartment was

Unfinished Move-In & Ongoing Bin odor Issues

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This place is nice so far, but they don’t provide parking, so you’ll need to arrange your own. Morrisons is the main option for parking, though it would have been ideal to have it on-site. The area itself is okay, with a supermarket nearby as well as some parks. Overall, it’s a good space.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I did submit a maintenance request, but unfortunately received no response for some time. That said, my favorite aspect of living here has been the reception team—they are always so friendly and helpful, and they’ve truly made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Daanish, in particular, has been outstanding. He’s proactive, attentive, and ensured my maintenance issues are finally being addressed tomorrow, which I’m certain is thanks to his follow-up.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

To be honest, I am happy here overall, aside from the issue with the chute odor. I’m genuinely grateful to have my own space and to be creating my little humble abode. I was already aware of the parking situation, so that wasn’t a surprise. The place has been great so far—though perhaps my view is helped by the fact that I haven’t received any bills yet.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Watford has superb transport links into London, whether travelling by car or train. It is a vibrant community with a variety of eateries, bars and clubs

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Concierge was reduced from 24 hours to 12 hours making accessibility limited

What is the best feature of your home:

The views from the high floors is stunning but seat availability is limited.
