Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
This is a great location as there’s a variety of shops and restaurants within walking distance (less than 10 minutes) from the development. The quality of restaurants is solid, with a mix of casual dining spots, coffee shops, and a couple of upscale eateries. There’s also a park just a short walk away which is lovely. Links for public transport are amazing - the train station closest is a 5 minute walk away and there’s plenty of bus stops around. You can get to Central London very quick. There’s a car park attached to the development so you’ll never have a problem parking.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I can’t say I had any problems while staying here but any questions I had were answered straight away.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I’d known how responsive and efficient the team working here were. It’s been a pleasant surprise to see how quickly they address any issues or maintenance requests, making the living experience much smoother than expected. They’re a very polite and friendly team.

A perfect location, you aren’t hearing the loud city noises, but you are very close to the city. Nice 10min walk and you are in central Watford. In top of that 5min walk to Watford junction with a great connection to London! Euston in 15-20min multiple trains every hour!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They responded immediately, often our an hour I already got help and all was fixed! Even in the closure times they responded so quickly and helped me extremely.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I think they were very transparent with me! But i would always check the current state of the room, here it was great that it was like described.

Located with convenient access to motorway, local shops and amenities and within a stone’s throw from Watford junction, and for me, within a close driving distance to Watford General Hospital
