Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is decent parking available, and it is close to the high street that has many nice restaurants. The mall is close and its a 5 kin walk from watford junction.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been quick to respond to queries, and they have an online maintainance team that addresses any issues very quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The size of the rooms are quite confining for long stays during the winter months.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very convenient location with good schools nearby, a Morrisons directly across the street, and Cassiobury Park within walking distance. The area feels quiet and residential. The street itself is well maintained and generally peaceful.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has always been very responsive and professional. Any issues raised are acknowledged quickly and resolved within a short timeframe, with clear communication throughout.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing worth knowing in advance is that visitor parking can be challenging at times, and public transport links are somewhat unreliable depending on the time of day.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living around Cortland Cassiobury offers a great balance of convenience and green space. You have Cassiobury Park on your doorstep, ideal for walks, jogging and families. Watford town centre, cafés, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance, with plenty of choice from casual to upmarket. Watford Junction and the Metropolitan Line make commuting to London very easy, although roads can be busy at peak times. Parking around the development can be tight, especially for visitors. Streets are generally safe and well-kept, bin collections are regular, and overall noise is moderate for a central location.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, there is an app where you put a service request and it get attended to the next day

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Building should have had more parking spaces in basement.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

WD18 8AT is a convenient area to live, with a good selection of local shops, cafés and supermarkets nearby especially the Morrisons , as well as access to green spaces. Transport links are excellent, with Watford High Street and Watford Junction stations within easy reach, providing frequent train and bus services. Street parking is limited and . Bin collections are reliable and antisocial behavior is minimal. Overall, it is satisfying.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been responsive and professional, addressing any issues promptly and efficiently.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is that the apartments can get quite warm during the summer months due to limited natural ventilation, even though the MVHR system keeps the air fresh and humidity low. It’s useful to be aware of this so you can plan cooling solutions or adjust furniture placement for comfort.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is pleasant, quiet and feels very safe, with nearby open green spaces that are easy to access. Transport links are generally there, although it would be very useful to have a direct bus connection to the nearest Tube station. Living on the street is calm, with minimal traffic noise and regular bin collections. We would love to see a local café open within the building for added convenience. We are especially happy that a nursery will be opening in the building, as we have a baby at home and this will make a huge difference to daily life.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Maintenance is always helpful and efficient, addressing any minor defects or issues promptly and without delay.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known just how welcoming the community is and how easy it is to meet neighbours through events and pet-friendly activities. I also love that Morrisons supermarket is nearby, and I wish there was a café opening in the building to make this experience absolutely perfect.
