Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is amazing, it’s right in the centre and has all kinds of restaurants within a 10 minute radius. There is a bus stop right next to the building which makes it quite convenient when planning my travels.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I lodged a complaint regarding the blinds which I accidentally broke, they management was quick to respond and fix the issue.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew it sometimes gets noisy on weekend nights as there is a club right around the corner.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Indigo is located in city centre, and that too in protest of the city centre- a stone's throw away from super market, bus stop and mall.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, always. There's a portal to report problems, which in turn always get attended to.

We were given multiple options and viewing, keeping in line with the priorities checklist we had

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

From Indigo point, where i am currently living, its located in the heart of the city. Tesco, pound land, and queensgate shopping centre are within 5 minutes walking distance. Also bus stand just 2 min walk away. Bin collections are doing wvery friday. There aren't no any traffic noise, also the windows are sound proof.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I've raised about 2-3 issued to date and at all times I reciprocate sufficient support.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That pets aren't allowed in our flat type. (We had the urgency to adopt a pet after moving to this flat).

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Walkable distance to Tesco, Poundland, Asda and other retailers and restaurants. Only paid parking and traffic noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Lift are out of order often and it take longer time to resolve however we are kept informed on this.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Council tax band - we expect it to be B , but ended up paying for C band.

Good: Location Property Restaurants and bars in walkable distance Bad: Property management Parking No Gym Bin collection Noisy Knocking doors

Few issues has been resolved on time , but we had someone knocking door during late night.

Council tax band. I have been told that the band will be B, but ended up paying for band C
