Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Transport links are unmatched. Parking availability on our street is difficult, and it can get loud at night due to being next to student accommodation/The Foundry bar. Otherwise the street is great, and we have unmatched access to a Sainsburys, Tesco, and takeaways. Traffic noise can also be a problem sometimes due to the main road leading from Wembley passing by the building. Good access to Pure Gym/newsagents within a 15 minute walk away.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Slow, not well communicated between themselves and decision makers. It took over 18 months or so to fix the West Block ceiling, the bin store has always been a mess for the few years i've been here, slow repairs of doors that wouldn't close properly. Management are nice and well intended, but in terms of getting things done, it could be a lot better. I also booked the lounge for New Years Eve after being told 4 months in advance that this was fine. I checked a few weeks before hand again and was told it was fine. On the day before, I was told it was cancelled without reason, despite having made plans for friends to travel from Cardiff.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There isn't a stable property management team (e.g., long term - itself always changing). Facilities that were described and offered when viewing the property would be taken away a few months later.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There are local supermarkets right next door. For food there's a couple of pizza joints, a Subway, a local chicken shop and a couple of food trucks within a couple mins walk. As far as commute goes, the Central line underground is literally downstairs and buses are easily available within walking distance. Parking is an issue, bin collection is satisfactory and anti-social behavior is quite rare. Traffic noise is normal given there's HS2 works happening right around the corner.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, one issue took a long time to be resolved but that was due to unavailability of parts.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The complaints from other tenants and the issues that have been raised in the past but not addressed on a timely basis.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There’s a growing range of local shops, supermarkets, and cafes, especially around the new developments,. There are some good restaurants nearby, and Westfield is just a short journey away for bigger shopping trips. Transport links are very convenient, with North Acton station on the Central line
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They were responsive and helped us fix any issues we had.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
A tip for new neighbours: explore the smaller local parks and hidden cafes — there are some real gems once you get to know the area.
