Excellent location, facilities and management but at a high price tag

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

North Acton is fairly quiet and was previously a heavily industrialised area, which has now transitioned to residential properties. There is a Tesco Express and Sainsbury's local within a 2 minute walk from the apartment block. The tube line (central) is within a 3 minute walk and very convenient for commuting to central London. Noise levels are low, you can hear the tube line, but you get used to it. Never had any issues with anti-social behaviour.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any problems I have been raised have been address the same day or next, and usually Dilip, FM manager, will come up my apartment to investigate the issue himself. He is also really friendly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The prices on the website aren't always correct and you can expect to be paying more than that.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Rehearsal House is located in a lovely and convenient area. There are many local shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby, and it’s easy to find everything you need within walking distance. Public transport links are excellent, making it simple to get around London. The neighbourhood feels generally safe and friendly. The only issue is parking — it can be quite difficult to find a spot, especially in the evenings or weekends. Apart from that, it’s a pleasant place to live with good local amenities.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team has been very responsive and efficient. Whenever an issue was reported, they acted quickly to resolve it, whether it was maintenance or general inquiries. Communication is clear, and they always follow up to make sure everything is sorted properly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only thing I wish I had known before moving in is that parking in the area can sometimes be challenging, especially during evenings or weekends. Apart from that, the experience has been excellent, and the community is quiet and friendly.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

North Acton underground station (central line) is a 2-minute walk away, Acton mainline (Lizzie line) is a 12-minute walk away. A small Tesco and Sainsbury’s less than a minute away by foot, a large ASDA is a 15-minute walk / 5-minute drive. Area has 8-10 large towers and mainly university students / young professionals. There’s a gym nearby (there’s a gym in the building anyways), cafés and many good Mediterranean restaurants.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The highlight of the building is the management: always available, going above and beyond to help, very quick with maintenance requests, they’ve become more like family than anything else.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The good food scene in the surrounding areas! In a 15-minute walking radius, there are many excellent restaurants.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is perfect and residence and so friendly, nice neighbourhood and so many amenities, walking satiate from shops restaurants parks and schools and great transport links, there is also on road parking and off site parking too.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish to have know more about parking availability as the off site parking is Abit distant. Also that they do not refit the kitchens after they expire

What is the best feature of your home:
