In a really convenient location, with a good range of shops, restaurants and other amenities nearby. Transport links are excellent, making it easy to get around London, and the area has a good balance of convenience and open spaces. The development itself also feels well connected and welcoming, making it a great place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very promptly. maintenance teams fix both personal and communal areas almost immediately.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Not much, the building is exactly as advertised for the most part and the area doesn't have many hidden downsides.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is convenient, with a good selection of shops, restaurants and cafés nearby. Public transport links are generally good, although parking can be limited at busy times. The streets are usually quiet and well maintained.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has generally been responsive and professional. Any issues I have raised have been acknowledged and dealt with within a reasonable timeframe, with communication being clear and helpful.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how busy the building and surrounding area can get at certain times. It would also have been useful to know more about parking and how quickly communal areas can become busy. Overall, though, it is a convenient place to live.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local area is great for transport links with North Acton (Central line) and Willesden Junction (Bakerloo line, Overground) just about 10 mins away. The local pub is great too, The Fisherman Arms. No resident parking is a challenge but facilities (gym, sauna, spa, games room, laundry room etc) more than make up for it.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management always responds quickly and resolves problems fast.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Would have been good to know more about the social events calendar, it's a great initiative and needs to be marketed more. Perhaps more chances for residents to be part of the social events planning too.

Overall I had a positive experience. The best part about living here was the sense of community and the convenience of everything.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They were fairly quick to responding to issues. Nothing in particular.

The size of the room as the room length and breadth are small.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The surrounding area does not have much to offer in my opinion, it’s well connected to central London if you don’t mind walking 10-15minutes to get the tubes. Wish there were some easy parking nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Haven’t had issues but whenever I reached out I received a prompt response.

I thought finding parking spots was going to be easier.
