Good place to live in general but at least one of the lifts is in constant out of service and not place to parking

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
the best are the transport links, it's very easy to get to London center, but the cons are the traffic noise at all time day and night, the dirty streets, there are no bin letters enough, there are a lot of glass bottles broken everywhere, the green areas are completely neglected, and there are no possibilities (in real life) to get a parking space or to park near of the building.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
In my experience, since we took the flat I had to report a problem with one of the windows (it doesn't close) they sent someone to check it, but unfortunately he told me that it needed to be fixed from outside and he depended from the management to do the repairs (to get the confirmation), and never happened, the window still doesn't close.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It would have been nice to know that the traffic noise is very loud all day and night, the streets and pavements are always dirty and the green areas outside the building are completely neglected. And that you cannot get a parking space in the building in more than a year, so you have to manage te get a parking (far) because there are no possibilities even on the streets.

It's very convenient for public transport( trains) especially and having a small Tesco 1 min walk away. The only annoying thing is the parking and even when friends come and drop something , they get a ticket for just waiting for 5 mins outside, even though they are in the car. the ticket people are not genuine.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, they always willing to help no matter what.Louis at the front Desk always going an extra mile to help me and from observing he treats everyone the same ( well mannered). In the past, the front desk weren't as helpful as him. I'm happy with the level of service it has drastically improved.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The tenants are well respectful, and the community and transport links, I would 100% recommend, the only bad thing is the prospect of the building that was sold 3 years ago ( just a bit disappointed)

We’re aiming to have it completed by the end of the year. In the meantime, the gym remains available to all residents. We completely understand your frustration with the parking situation, especially when it impacts your visitors. Unfortunately, as the surrounding roads are managed by external parties, parking enforcement is not something we are able to directly control. The location is great, very close to the underground station and shops. Would definitely recommend it

They’ve been very responsive and resolved all issues promptly

Good - the vibrancy of living in Icon Tower. The place is well connected on the Circle Line and Elizabeth Line

We haven’t had any problems that have arisen, but I understand they are very proactive.

Do not worry - it is a well managed development. We have enjoyed it.

Amazing location, Tesco and Sainsbury are just a 3-minute walk away. Access to both Elizabeth and Central lines makes getting around London so much easier.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, all recommended repairs have been attended to whilst we've been here. The FixFlo app works well, and the response times are good.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Wish my kids were granted access to the gym at the age of 15, instead of 16.
